My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Lora and CJ are to young children who would love to own a dog and they have asked their parents for one, however, they are told that first they must learn all about how to look after a dog and all of the responsibilities that come along with owning a pet, so the two go on a quest for knowledge.

Their research includes reading lots of books, talking to other dog owners and observing dogs, they learn all about grooming, vets visits, training and everything in between, they learn about how to look after a dogs health, wellbeing and all of the fun as well!

Will Lora and CJ get their wish of owning a dog and everything that goes along with it? This is a wonderful book with a lot of educational and inspirational meaning all set out in an easy to understand way which will benefit anyone, young or old who wants to own a pet in the future.
