This was a fun romance with paranormal elements which was unique and different to other stories I have read by this author. I also love the medieval aspect and being transported back in time to that era, when women were damsels and men were knights. The authors writing really brings the sites and sounds to life so you feel you are actually there.

Heather finally joins her friend at a medieval reenactment. She is excited about the event and plans to enjoy every moment of being someone else in a different time period. What she doesn’t realise is that something’s evil is following her. Who can protect her? Will a brave knight step up?
Enter Sir Roland, his old fashioned ways and charm sweep Heather off her feet. Could he be the man to save her?
Sir Roland loves the reenactments, however he is also keeping his eyes open as women have been going missing and this event could be the perfect time for the next victim to be found.
With evil lurking in the shadows Sir Roland will do whatever it takes to protect Heather but when her safety is under threat can she really trust him? After all she has no idea who Sir Roland really is as no one at the reenactment are who they claim to be.
This is a great romance with paranormal elements which all make for unique and captivating story.
