Gillian is on a mission to find a remedy to save her brother. It requires her to go through the Shadowlands and trade her life for his and she is more than willing to do so. What she didn’t count on was becoming a captive of the Great Dragon’s son. It seems that everything she has been taught is only part of the truth. There is a lot more to the stories and she must choose which path she will take. Does she choose the path of loyalty and family? Or the forbidden path that involves a future that stems from all of her newfound information?
