This is the second book in the series but it can be read as a standalone. The characters in this book were great. They had a strong chemistry and really hit it off from the moment they met. I enjoyed watching their relationship develop as the book went on.
The story was pretty fast paced and I found that I could get through the book quickly. I think it would have benefitted from being a longer story with more detail but overall it was enjoyable. For me this is the right kind of book to lose yourself in for a few hours. I will definitely be reading the next book in the series.
