This book is eye opening, I have always struggled with feeling lazy and not motivated. HIllary Retting, the author of this book has laid it all out for everyone to understand and help us overcome out obstacles. I am slowly implementing these ideas and practices into my everyday life and it is helping me actually get things done. Love this book!
