This is a Suspenseful romance. Packed with hot steamy romance as well as a suspenseful rollercoaster. Be warned it is not over until you read the last page. This book is not for those under 18, due to adult content. There will be no spoilers in this review.

Sam, aka, (Renegade), is a former military man that has joined a mercenary team. All is well, until he gets a call from a friend (Sparrow) who is a cop. We all know what that leads too. Somebody, aka (Eliza), has been assaulted and left for dead. Sparrow,(her brother) needs his help, in keeping Eliza safe and protected. Sparrow has been taken off the case. But needs Renegades help. Problems could arise when they are in hiding. Will they build a romance or fight every step of the way? Will they catch the stalker?

Raven White has written this first book in The Mercenaries Series. This is the first book and it takes off on page 1. It is well written and filled with suspense. Raven White is new to me, but I can already say, I’m going to enjoy this series. You can’t help but fall in love with her characters. Her blending suspense with romance was a real rollercoaster of a ride. This alone will keep you reading. I for one am looking forward to her next book in this series.
