Romance in Rehoboth Boxed Set (Books 1-3)Romance in Rehoboth Boxed Set by K.L. Montgomery
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Romance in Rehoboth Boxed Set (Romance in Rehoboth #1-3) by K.L. Montgomery was a great 5 star read. This is a great opportunity to have the first three books of this great series all at one time. Once you start you will be pulled right in.

Book 1 Music Man:
This is Claire and Jack’s story and I loved it.
Jack has always had the dream to make it big in the music industry. Life had other ideas for him and he ended up a music teacher. When he meets Claire there is an instant connection, they are great together. After Claire encourages Jack to enter a contest, things take a great turn for him and he gets another chance at his dream.

Can Jack have it all, family, music career and Claire?

Overall I really enjoyed this story. Claire loves Jack and will support him in anything he wants to do. Jack also loves Claire and is great with his daughter. There is so much going on in this read I don’t want to give anything away. The secondary characters were great. I also had some LOL moments as well.

Book 2 The Flip:
What do you do when the person you hate becomes a co-owner of the same house as you? Andrew and Sonnet have a not so great past from high school, when they find themselves in an odd predicament they choose to fix up the home and sell it. Sounds easy right? Not so much.

These two have such a connection that they try to deny in the beginning, eventually they decide to give a little summer romance a try. Will it stay just a summer thing?

I was pulled right in and couldn’t stop until I was done. I loved all of the characters, they added a great element to the story. Both Andrew and Sonnet grew on me, I loved her sassiness. There was something enlightening about reading this book, I had so many LOL moments. If you’re looking for a good fun read, this is your book.

Book 3 Plot Twist:
Lindy is a teacher who is taking care of her parents and working on her dream.
When Lindy’s friends convince her to join the theater, this is where she meets Meric.

Meric is an accountant and is in the middle of a divorce. When he meets Lindy at the theater he is drawn in by her. He wasn’t planning on any type of relationship but something about her is different.

These two have some issues that have them holding back. Can they get past these feelings and have something together? They form a great friendship, it’s great watching them grow and develop their relationship into something more.

Will they get a HEA?

I really liked Lindy’s sassiness and how she connected with Meric. These two pulled me right in with their story. The secondary characters added a great element to the story. The only thing that gets to me is that Lindy is plus-size and I at times have a hard time with what is considered plus-size, I would have been just as happy not knowing her size and only knowing her as the great loveable character she is. If you are looking for a great romance with some LOL moments this would be a great book for you. Thank you K.L. Montgomery for another page turner.

Cade (Default Distraction #3)Cade by A.S. Roberts
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Cade (Default Distraction #3) by A.S. Roberts was a great 5 star read.

I was pulled in right from the beginning. Winter is planning an event for her brother’s band and when she has a meeting with the band Cade locks in on her. Cade is the drummer of the band who has a past of drugs, alcohol and lots of women. There has always been something between them following a brief relationship when they were younger and he has picked up on Winter’s vibes at the meeting, he sees the need in her eyes. Let’s just say he doesn’t let her get very far, he is right there trying to tempt her at every turn. He wants to have her again, to calm the burning attraction between them.

WIll one night be enough or will their past bring them back together?

I loved Cade and the dominant vibe he set off, you could feel the attraction between these two throughout the whole book. Winter was great as well, even with all that she had been through. I love bad boy rocker romances and this one didn’t disappoint. All of the secondary characters added a great element to the story. I look forward to reading the next book in the series. The Finder of the Lucky Devil (Lucky Devil #1) by Megan Mackie was an interesting 5 star read.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Devil’s Spawn (Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #6) by Manda Mellett was a great 5 star read. I have to say it did take me just a bit in the beginning to get pulled in as we were getting introduced to all of the characters because you basically have two stores going on at once. Keeping them straight threw me off a little until I got to know them better.

My heart broke for Vannah and her son. Liz was her husband who suffered a traumatic brain injury in the military and pretty much lost all memory of his family. Giving him the space he needed Vannah had stepped back for 10 years but yet kept tabs on him. Now she is struggling with her son and realizes he needs his father. Can the club help Vannah and her son reconnect with Liz or is he lost forever?

Mace and Shayla also had a great story. Shayla came into the shop wanting a tattoo removed but there was something about the tattoo that Mace needed to check into. Who is she and what is she running from?

OVerall this was a great read. Mace was great trying to help Vannah and her son and his story was great as well with Shayla. Jake and his adventures is one of my favorite series. They are great for children of all ages and his experiences will teach them that they are not alone. In this book Jake goes to doggy daycare for the first time. He is worried that he won’t fit in or make friends. What he doesn’t know is that his family has a surprise for him. His best friend Neet is there to help him adjust. Will he learn that he is not the only one who is worried about this new adventure? Will he let himself have fun? Heartache, suspense and Love is the storyline for this book. This is for adults only due to violence and contents.

This is Olivia and Eli (Hawk) story. Liv and Eli have been friends from birth. Yes birth! As many times they were together. First in childhood, then those teenage years. Now in marriage, followed by the growing family. But something is not right. Something is eating at Eli, making him make unwanted choices. Losing his brothers, his family in blood and his MC. Now the struggle is on him, and he has taken his Liv with him. She will follow her husband and best friend to the ends of the earth. No Spoilers!

Manda Mellett has done it again. I have loved each and every book leading up to this one. I have followed her characters as well. But this book broke my heart in the beginning! Journeys Through TimeSpace (Journeys Through) by James Talisman is the second book in the series and is a fantasy sci fi story. It is an adventure where the story is multi layered and complex with a lot going on with so many character players. James certainly keeps you on your toes. As with the first book, James has once again given the reader a lot to think about in the aspect of spirituality and time travelling and a shared consciousness throughout a multiverse. In this book the players are tasked with finding a treasure that is coveted and is shrouded in mystery and age old time. Again I found myself thinking that the story could have been told in fewer words but it was interesting to see how James has grown from his first. I look forward to seeing where he takes us next.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Well, for this being my first read by Kaylin Peyerk, I didn’t know what to expect, but I was not disappointed.
For one thing, I think the cover of this book is eye-catching and beautiful, it really shows how imaginative and vivid this book is.

This book had a brilliant storyline that had me hooked from start to the very end. It’s a very mentally visual read, I felt as though I was there alongside the characters, learning the history of fae and experiencing everything alongside them. I loved getting to know our main characters and Tiana was everything you could want from a female lead character, I loved following her growth and where she goes along on her journey from the start until where she ends up at the end. I loved meeting all of the fae males in this read and finding out where their connections go with Tiana, but i feel like other than Lucian we didn’t get a deeper insight into the other males, and i wanted to know more! I think my biggest surprise was Rowan that was something i didn’t see coming!

You can’t deny the adventure, romance, passion and sexiness in this read it flowed throughout and was undeniable at times.

I can’t wait to see where this story takes us next in Book #2 especially after this ending, I want to know more and what will come of the situation that Tiana finds herself in! I highly recommend this read!

I love knowing what a character is actually thinking and feelings as it helps me connect and love them even more!

I absolutely loved everything about this read and so glad that I picked this read up! I can’t wait to read more from this author and experience more of what she has to offer from her incredible reads!

Music Man (Romance in Rehoboth #1) by K.L. Montgomery – Review by Jenni Bishop

Music Man (Romance in Rehoboth Book 1)Music Man by K.L. Montgomery
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Music Man (Romance in Rehoboth Book 1) by K.L. Montgomery was just what I needed. A nice and refreshing funny romance comedy. I love that KL writes about real women with less than what others perceive perfect bodies. There were lots of feels in this story but I laughed out loud so often my husband thought I had gone bonkers. KL has a way with words that just make you settle in for the ride and enjoy yourself.

Music Man (Romance in Rehoboth Book 1)Music Man by K.L. Montgomery
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I’ve read various books from this author and its been a while so I was glad I got my hands on this read! Music Man is Book #1 in a new series and I can’t believe I waited to read more books by this author!
This book had me hooked from the very beginning, it was fun, it had Laugh out Loud Moments and it had romance what more could you want! This author has an amazing way with words and in doing so creates a storyline that is brilliant and characters that are relatable, lovable and you really connect with them and can’t wait to find out more of their journey.
I loved that Fat Girl wasn’t the end of Claire’s journey and we got more of her story in this read, and boy I wasn’t disappointed, I loved reading about her developing connection to Jack but would his dreams get in the way of their HEA?!

I’m so glad I read this read, and can’t wait for more to come in this series. I highly recommend this read and all other reads by this author!
