This is Olivia and Eli (Hawk) story. Liv and Eli have been friends from birth. Yes birth! As many times they were together. First in childhood, then those teenage years. Now in marriage, followed by the growing family. But something is not right. Something is eating at Eli, making him make unwanted choices. Losing his brothers, his family in blood and his MC. Now the struggle is on him, and he has taken his Liv with him. She will follow her husband and best friend to the ends of the earth. No Spoilers!

Manda Mellett has done it again. I have loved each and every book leading up to this one. I have followed her characters as well. But this book broke my heart in the beginning! Manda Mellett literally takes you to this MC, you feel like you are there. Watching what is going down, and you can’t do a thing about it. Get out the tissues, wine and chocolate you’re going to need them. Oh and don’t plan on setting this book down any time soon. Enjoy the works Manda Mellett! I can’t wait to see where the next book goes.
