Revive (Rewind Book 3) by Rowan Shaw. This book was amazing. It’s the third book in the series but can be read as a standalone. I suggest reading the others first because other characters do appear in this book from the others. This book is the story of Patrick Lefevre who lives in France and is a very successful Psychotherapist. Patrick loves his family, friend and hookups! No relationships, he doesn’t have time for that. When he meets newly divorced Brandon Smith who is out with his ex and her friend they have an immediate connection. After talking for awhile they hook up and its amazing. Only Brandon doesn’t realize that Patrick is his new Therapist and his first appointment is tomorrow. Also throw in Brandon’s problem not being open about being bisexual and Patrick’s huge dislike for bisexuals there are kinks all over the place. Patrick realizes his feelings for Brandon are deeper than a one night stand but will all the red signs stop him from even trying. Brandon is also a single dad who may have to leave France for his daughter. This was such a fun read. Full of steamy scenes, emotions and love! Read Revive you won’t be disappointed!
Fire & Ice is the 3rd instalment in the sexy, erotic Spicetopia Series by Phoebe Alexander. This book can be read as a stand-alone although I’d recommend that you read books 1 and 2 first as it will give a better understanding of what Spicetopia is all about and how the idea for it was created. In this book, Spicetopia (a theme park for adults) is getting ready to open when it becomes clear that someone is out to sabotage the park. Head of Security Neve Romano and Head of PR Enya Moore have to try find out what is going on and to stop word spreading. Unfortunately Neve and Enya do not get on with each other but when thrown together things become rather heated between the two. I absolutely loved the interactions between the 2. They could not be any more different if they tried. Enya babbled and talked non-stop, whereas you were doing well if you got more than a few words out of Neve. Can Enya, who is fiery and full of life melt the Iceman? In the 2nd book there is much emphasis on swinging, whereas in Fire & Ice there is much more emphasis on BDSM but in a monogamous relationship. Let’s just say that the sexy times in this book are smoking hot! You’ll be needing a fan or a cold shower to calm you down. Having read many books by Phoebe Alexander now I can say with much confidence that she writes a damn fantastic erotic story. I’m looking forward to finding out what she has in store for us in the 4th book Naughty & Nice.

Rowan Shaw has brought to life another beautiful and sweet couple that I just couldn’t get enough of in Revive. I might be a bit odd but I enjoy the premise of the story. Something about the situation makes it seem so much more realistic and I love reading about how things go down. The first two books in the series were a bit heavier reads as far as subject matter so this was also nice to have a bit more of an airy and light tone to it.
Brandon and Patrick really make Revive shine. These two had no idea that the one night stand that blew their minds would come full-circle the way it does. How do you keep a professional mind about your therapist when you realize you slept with them??? As you can imagine this left room for laughter and some pretty hefty emotions too. It was a well balanced though and I enjoyed the way I felt as if I was there with the characters. Shaw really can build up a scene and make you feel like you went on a magical adventure. I look forward to seeing what will come next from Rowan Shaw!
Once again I am in awe at an Alliance Agency book from the super talented ladies, Maddie Wade and India Kells. These two are some of my favorite romance authors so seeing them team up to bring us the books in this series is really a neat treat that I have devoured and enjoyed immensely. I look forward to seeing what these books will bring for us. I happened to read them out of order but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the books. I can see where it would be a benefit though just for story enrichment on my end if I were to go back and read them in the right order sometime, which I plan to do so.
Knight Watch brings us the story of Kingsley and Sydney. I really loved these two together and separately. The story is a fast paced one full of adventure and drama to break up the seriously sexy romance that is playing throughout. Kingsley has found himself in America seeking a fresh start with the Alliance Agency. How can his first case go anything but right? Will he be able to handle things or fold under the pressure? Sydney has been battling her past again when when she happens upon the man who could change everything and save her. Will she be able to accept his love and support or will her past ruin her chance at any happily ever after? I can’t wait to see what we will get with book three! I am sure that I will love it just as much as the first two.
Risking Everything: A Steamy Anthology of First Responders by Kara Liane, K.L. Montgomery, Harlow Layne, Amanda Siegrist, A.K. MacBride, Jody Kaye, Syd Ryan, Alyne Hart, Kelsey Cheyenne, Larissa Gail
5 Stars
I had to have this anthology as soon as I saw it and one clicked it as quick as I could. I’ve read or wanted to read many of these authors and thought what better way to do that then to help a great charity.
What first drew me to this collection was KL Montgomery, she sits within the top of my favorites and is always an automatic one click, she has actually written a couple of my favorite books of all time so I could not resist. Reconstructed Heart was a quick yet complete story full of all kinds of emotions and Trey and Jenna had me all kinds of messed up. Took me a bit to warm up to Jenna yet I really like how her character was written. Trey won me over immediately and my heart went out to him as he worked through a devastating event involving a friend. How this author weaved the events of this story is just one of the reasons I love her so so much. I seriously loved that this was not an insta love type of story, I loved the caution that was taken by Trey even if I wanted to push him here and there lol I still loved how all that played out.
This collection was awesome, I got to experience authors I’ve wanted to read for awhile and I also have now stumbled on a few new to me authors that have me checking out what else might be available. It also opened my eyes a bit more as I was taken a bit closer to what our first responders deal with on an everyday basis. My respect has only grown more because of this.
Loved it and absolutely recommend everyone one click this amazing anthology!!

This is my first book by this author, I enjoyed it to the end. This is a fantasy book that has a lot of action throughout. It is a well written story that is engaging with characters that are supportive and I could actly see the story play out. I found myself getting lost in the story with them and ended up reading this book in one sitting. Scream finds himself looking for answers when a fellow ranger comes up missing. What will he find? I highly recommend finding out the end of this story

Deliciously Sinful Liaisons is a collection of short erotic stories that has something for everyone. They range from dark and edgy to highly erotic with plenty of stops in between. This book introduces some other stories to find out more, but some of them are just short stories with highly erotic imaging and heat galore. Unless you are just plain vanilla and risk adverse, there is plenty in this book to get your mind working and your libido pumping.
Evergreen by Mya O’Malley is a short and sweet novel about important things in life… like animals. I am new to this author and I am so thrilled that I found her and chose to get this book. I am so happy that this book integrated shelter pets into it. The characters were nothing short of amazing from the main people characters to the animal characters as well. Sweet June is working at an animal shelter trying to make a difference for the animals there. She wishes she could just bring all of them home, which is what I would wish for if I worked in a shelter. Graham comes knocking on the door one evening after the shelter is closed with a Great Dane that he found wondering on the street. The enormous dog threatens to come between them but also brings them together. This is an emotional story that I related to on a personal level because I have such a big heart for animals.
Evergreen by Mya O’Malley was a sweet and charming story. Let me start by saying I loved the front cover. I have a soft spot for animals so anytime I can read a feel good book with dogs I’m game. This was a sweet romance and I love how the animals were given a voice. Overall I have nothing to critique. It was a fun book and I enjoyed reading it. 4 star rating!

Love & Omens is the second book in the Crescent City Ghost Tours series. It can be read as a standalone, but I think the best enjoyment would come after reading the first book. You’ll get a better feel for the characters from the first book that are mentioned in this one. Plus, the first book was awesome!
Dealing with a psychic gift can be tricky. Syd makes a judgment call but it turns out to be a big mistake. When she gets a second chance at making it right, will she take it? I love second chance stories because it brings up a feeling of hope.
As always, I love this author’s ability to paint vivid pictures and develop intriguing characters. I also loved the use of psychometry in this story. It isn’t a gift a lot of authors write about when choosing the powers their character has.
I hope there are more books planned for this series!
This series just continues to get better and better, I thought I loved book 1 (which I did by the way) and then book 2 came along, I thought that was my favourite and then along comes book 3 and Ms Alexander has just taken the series to another level! I was hooked from beginning to end – I loved every single thing about it. I loved the mystery that the author threw into this one alongside the ever present steaminess between the characters! I LOVED Neve and Enya! They definitely loved to hate each other! They had a great relationship going on between them even if it wasn’t always plain sailing between them! I loved guessing what was going to happen in this story when the grand opening of Spicetopia is seemingly being sabotaged! I am so excited to read the next book in the series – I cannot wait to get my hands on it! Fire & Ice is a 100% one click recommendation from me!!!
I give Fire & Ice (Spicetopia Book 3) by Phoebe Alexander, 5 stars.
I have read all the books in the series, and this book exceeded my expectations for this, the next book. First, the main characters are wonderful. Neve, the man whose heart has hardened from precious experiences, vows never to love again. But he seems unable to resist the pull towards this woman who has been driving him crazy — and not in a good way. Then there is Enya, a very outspoken woman who has led a fairly boring life when it has come to men. But Neve shows her things wild and extremely enticing. And just may have taken her heart too.
Besides the attraction between Neve and Enya, there is also the mystery surrounding the adult amusement park they both work at, Spicetopia. If you have been reading the previous books (not necessary, but I highly recommend it), you will know how hard everyone has worked to make this park a reality. But someone seems to be sabotaging everything they have worked for. And Neve and Enya just may be caught in the middle. This storyline made the book so much better. Yes, the romance is great in itself, but the suspense pushed it right over the edge to spectacular.
This author has such a wonderful way with words and weaves a take of sex, romance, suspense and even some sadness, while creating such memorable characters in the process. Not a very long book, I finished it in one sitting. A book definitely meant for adults only, this is not a book for those who do not like to read about BDSM and such things. If this does not bother you, I highly recommend this book.

Revive is the third book in the Rewind Series by Rowan Shaw. It is an M/M bisexual romance, with plenty of angst and drama. As with all Rowan Shaw’s stories, it pulled me in right from the beginning. The story is quite emotive- it is so well written that the characters and situations were completely ‘real’ and believable. And as I have said previously- Ms. Shaw certainly knows how to tell a great story- writing a complex, thought-provoking, moving, and memorable story. This is Patrick and Brandon’s story. Brandon is about to discover that the man he just slept with will turn out to be his new therapist. Oops. Now what? Will they be able to keep things ‘professional’- or will their chemistry blur the lines between therapist and patient? A beautiful story about connections, overcoming prejudices, being true to yourself, self-discovery, romance, issues, and so much more.

This is the third book in the Spicetopia series and I loved it. I think this is my favorite in the series so far! This author always puts out an awesome story and I never hesitate to pick up their new releases. I couldn’t put this one down and I devoured it in one setting. It was fast paced, and kept me engaged and entertained throughout its entirety. The main characters, Neve and Enya are great MC’s. They made me laugh and made me cry and I loved reading their story. I am looking forward to reading more by this author and I would recommend this Book to a friend!
“ “Artemis Warren. Please head over to the office.” I freeze. No. The cup slips from my hand. The Styrofoam hits the ground, and scalding-hot liquid splashes against my bare legs. I hardly feel the burn. It can’t be. Not here……I scan the rest of the terminal. Maybe I misheard. It couldn’t be him. Fate wouldn’t toy with me like that. Right?”
“It was instant. Even as a teenager, barely out of high school, I knew I would love him. I knew it was something bigger than me. Bigger than him. Us. It was too big. Too powerful. Too damn much for a kid to think that way, feel that way. But I let it overtake me with every shy glance we shared. Every smile. Every touch. I knew it would be something epic. A fairy tale. One I would hold in my heart forever. And damn if I wasn’t right. I just never imagined it would come to such a catastrophic end.”
OMG! First of all, this book is sooooooo freaking goooood! It needs to be made into a movie so I can watch it over and over again, especially leading up to Christmas!!! I have already read it 3 times and will probably re-read it many more times in the next few weeks. I am a sucker for a great Christmas/holiday story- especially one that grabs you by the heart-strings. This one gave me all the emotional content that I love so much, tugging on my heart-strings, giving me that ‘feel-good’ experience at the end, where I sat back with a big smile on my face, because I am so happy to have this book in my life. Holiday terminal by Gwyn McNamee and Christy Anderson is a wonderful holiday romance- with a massive snowstorm, a small airport in the middle of nowhere, a twist of fate, some drama, angst, push-pull, surprises, steam, emotion, and second chances. I am a huge fan of both these authors individually, and both are on my favourite authors list- so when they decide to collaborate on a book- I AM ALL IN!!! No questions asked. #TAKEMYMONEY #ONECLICK #WINNING Now after reading this story, I am soooo impressed by what they have produced- but I really shouldn’t have been surprised- because DUH, it’s Gwyn McNamee and Christy Anderson- both such excellent authors- and I should have known that anything these two talented writers came up with would be brilliant. I was hooked right from the start- this story is my crack- totally addictive- and it’s one addiction this junkie is happy to feed. The story takes place in a tiny airport terminal in the middle of nowhere, when a twist of fate throws two ex-lovers together in the snowstorm of the century. Past hurts are never far from the surface- but neither is their electrifying chemistry. But, with their past pain, miscommunication, and a bug secret- will these two find their second chance, or will this twist of fate bring even more heartache. I LOVED Art and Pen, so so so much! Thant’s not to say there weren’t a few moments where I wanted to shake them. Their miscommunication drove me crazy. And I found myself yelling a t them several times through the story. They are perfect for each other. I really can’t wait to read Archie’s story- I really NEED it STAT! Like yesterday!!! So, what are you waiting for- seriously, if you love a fantastic holiday romance, an emotive- well written story, and wonderful characters- then this is definitely one book you won’t want to miss. And if this book is outside of your preferred reading, why not take a chance and dive in- you may be surprised by how much you like it too! There really is so much to love about this book!

Knight Watch (An Alliance Agency Novel Book 1) by India Kells & Maddie Wade. What a great story! These two authors come together to give readers a story filled to the brim with action and romance. The characters are so well defined I could easily picture them in my mind, in fact the entire book is that way. I found myself completely drawn into this story world and read this in one sitting. I definitely had more than one instance where I found myself of the edge of my seat. I honestly can’t think of a better book to spend your evening with. Five huge stars and highly recommended. Can’t wait to see where these authors take us next because it’s bound to be incredible!
Love & Ghosts (Crescent City Ghost Tours Book 1) by Carrie Pulkinen Stars-5
I think that this story had so many good things about it! There were so many different kinds of moments in this book: happiness, sadness, love, funny, and heartbreak. It was not an easy road for Emily and Sean, but it was great to read about. They each had things from their past to overcome. I also loved Sydney and Trish. They are awesome friends! This is the first book in this series, and I cannot wait to read what happens next.
Revive is the third Book in the Rewind series and I loved it just as much as the first two book.I found myself lost in the pages and reading deep into the night. I couldn’t put it down once I started reading. Patrick and Brandon, these two definitely have attraction between them but Patrick’s his( Brandon’s) new therapist . Can these have more than a professional relationship? What does their future look like? My emotions were all over the place with this story. Find out what happens next in this must read Book. I do highly recommend reading the first two books in this series as well if you haven’t already. I can’t wait to read more from this Author

Fire & Ice (Spicetopia #3) by Phoebe Alexander was an exciting romantic read. It was steamy and invigorating. At times it was intense and others comical. Neve and Enya were magnificent characters and realistic. I loved how they were total opposites but found a way to work together. It was an excellent story following them. I felt that they really helped the storyline move along. The story seemed edited well and was easy to follow. It can be read as a standalone but I definitely recommend reading the first two books in the series. This novel was a wonderful addition. Main character Enya as now at a tie with Jolie in my heart as my favorite character. I can’t wait for what comes next!

Love & Ghosts (Crescent City Ghost Tours Book 1) by Carrie Pulkinen was a gripping read. I would give this story a five out of five stars. I love a good paranormal romance and this one had me from the beginning. I loved the characters, Emily and Sean came alive for me. The stories and the supernatural elements of New Orleans alone always manage to pull me in. I enjoyed the pacing, it is always something I look for but specifically in paranormal reads where sometimes certain elements can be drawn out.
You know how “they” say not to judge a book by its cover? Well JAX MARLIN – TO CATCH A MARLIN would be a very difficult book to do that with. The graphic gives no hint as to what the story could be about and the blurb gives only a little hint as to what is found between the covers of this story.
What IS between the covers is a well developed story with great world building and a fully thought out story. It is a story of suspense and intrigue and futuristic developments. A vigilante, a detective and lots of moving parts keep a great this book interesting from beginning to end.
This is the first time I’ve read this author and I look forward to reading more.

Words can’t express how much I love this series and even Phoebe Alexander’s books. They are always so unique and not one story is the same!
I love how this book was fun and had great banter but also had drama and had this flair of intrigue! Spicetopia is being sabotaged right before its grand opening and Neve and Enya are thrust in the middle of it to try and settle the fires but they start burning one of their own!
Phoebe Alexander has a way of writing beautifully written books that are so unique and they never want to let you go!

I knew this was going to be a good new series and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s full of action and suspense and some romance as well. I got to see who was going to be on the new team. I like this new crew! Especially Caitlin and her K9’s. Not to mention all the Brits and their sexy accents.
These are not new authors to me. I enjoy each of their books Individually so writing together they are the BOMB! I also got a sneak peek of the next book and I KNEW IT! this one should be amazing as well with these two characters leading.

This is an absolutely must read collection for any PNR fan! As I’ve come to expect from anything I have ready by this author, these stories are so unique and well written, you definitely won’t want to put this book down! D.P. Payne makes you want to believe in the supernatural!
Parched is the story about a man who was so greedy, he was cursed to be a wendigo for all eternity and hunt down other greedy souls and feed from them as punishment for his evil ways. When he comes across a completely black aura, what could it possibly mean? Who could this woman be? What could she be so greedy for that her aura would be this dark? Prepare yourself for a hot and steamy, panty melting story as you find out these answers!
Cursed is the story of an Egyptian pharaoh and a modern day archeologist who have three days to break a 4000 year old curse. This kind of makes me want to change professions! How else am I ever going to meet a man like Wyre???
Spirited is probably my favorite out of the four stories in this book! It’s pretty much my lifelong dream to by old plantation homes and restore them to their former glory! And throw in a few ghosts and a super hot love story??? Yep, dream come true! Margot and Blake stole my heart in this one!
Loched is definitely the coolest of all! The mystery of the Loch ness monster has been solved! At least I’d like to think so after reading this one!
Each of these stories is unique and different. You get a bit of heat, a bit of romance, and a whole realm of emotions as you read through them! I fell in love with all of these characters and highly recommend this collection!

Love & Ghosts is the first book in Carrie Pulkinen’s paranormal Crescent City Ghost Tours’ series. She takes us back to the lore of New Orleans so if you love all things NOLA then this book is for sure for you! It is my first read by this writer and I know that I will gladly follow her down the Crescent City Ghosts Tours for new adventures! Love & Ghosts gives us Emily who has just moved to New Orleans after the death of her sister and to get away from her cheating boyfriend and oh, she does not believe in ghosts, AND Sean who has lived all his life in New Orleans and is struggling after the death of his wife and he is soo into all things ghost no doubts whatsoever! The writer weaves a mesmerizing story that ticks all your boxes, combines legends and ghost stories with her observations about NOLA neighbourhoods and architecture and I promise you will not be able to put the book down until you get to the end!

Running In Snow: A Holiday Novella by Renee Regent
5 Stars
This is my third book by this author and once again I loved it..I think my favorite part right now is that I read it when the holidays are approaching and it seriously helped me get into the spirit. Of the two short stories I think Noelle’s Promise was my favorite. It was a story full of alot of feelings and my heart went out to her all the way through. Although quite short and I would have loved a lot more it still felt like a full and complete story. I loved how patient Logan was throughout and his family was awesome!
I also enjoyed Eve’s Hope but did not connect to that quite as easily, that one felt a bit rushed and before I knew it I was done..I think I’d have loved that had there been more story involved. I did really like the fact that one story focussed on Christmas and the other New Years.
I read this in one sitting and can not wait for more from this author.

Fire & Ice by Phoebe Alexander a five-star read that will warm you up from the tip of your toes. This is number three is the Spicetopia series, they can be read as stand-alone, but I have read and enjoyed them as a series. All of the stories have been fast paced and filled with passion and drama, but this one has something extra in it as well, the whole opposites thing adds drama and the sabotage aspect just added another layer that kept you hooked. This theme park sounds amazing and somewhere I need to go more than another Land with rides.

Ricochet written by Kathryn Berla is the first book that I have read by this author. This is a science fiction young adult book with some great characters. This book isn’t usually my go to genre, but it seemed interesting. The plot was great if a little confusing in the beginning and the characters are well written and different.
This was an entertaining and very interesting story about a girl who can communicate with herself in parallel universes. I found myself thoroughly enjoying the actual premise of the novel when I wasn’t confused. It was original, and unlike anything I’ve read before.
This story revolves around Tatiana, and she is split into four versions of herself. Each version suffers from something like seizures, which are revealed to be tunnels between the girls so they could (potentially) visit each other.
Even though this was aa confusing story it was also a good story, so I happily recommend this book…
Revive is the third book in the Rewind series. It can be read as a standalone. I highly recommend this entire series. I love it so much!
When Patrick was first introduced in a previous book, I was curious about his character. I loved learning more about him in this story, and watching his personal growth. Not going to lie, around chapter 34/35 I started tearing up because of the way things were shaping up. I love a book that will get me so invested in the characters.
Risking Everything: A Steamy Anthology of First Responders 5 out of 5 stars
This is an incredible group of stories. Each one has wonderful characters. I really enjoyed Reconstructed Heart by K.L. Montgomery. This is an emotional story that pulled me in from the beginning and I found that I couldn’t put it down until I had finished. Trey Prince makes a horrible discovery when he goes to an accident scene. Trooper Jenna Labato tries to help him with the aftermath. Will Jenna be able to help him heal? What does the future hold for Trey and Jenna? Read the story to find out. Trey and Jenna are characters that I grew to care about. The story is an emotional one and my emotions went up and down reading it. Don’t miss out on this amazing story or this anthology. I highly recommend it.
