Remember to Forget Me (Too Lost To Love, #1)Remember to Forget Me by Hazel Storm
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was a good read that kept me entertained throughout its entirety. This story is a second chance one with romance, hurt, emotions, great characters and some twists and turns. As I read this book both Wesley and Addison’s characters grow as they get older. I was rooting for them especially after everything they have been through and knowing they were such good friends when they were younger. I don’t want to give anything away, so I will just say that I recommend this book, it made me laugh and shed a few tears as well. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I have loved every single book in this series and I loved this one just as much. I’m sad that this series has come to an end, it’s like losing friends. This author writes in such a way that I feel connected to the characters and become completely engaged in the story line. This book had action, romance, suspense, twists and turns, and amazing characters. You don’t need to have read the previous books to read this one but it’s my opinion that you should not only because they are amazing but also because you have a better back story of the characters. Nico and Mia are very strong, stubborn and intelligent people and I enjoyed reading their story. This is a must read.

This book had me hooked. This is definitely made for mature readers and has some triggers throughout the story. Ruben and Alice have been through so much and they are trying to navigate through those feelings. There are quite a few characters in this story and each of them connect to each other in some way and they all have their own story. I loved the camaraderie between these characters. There are plenty of steamy scenes, funny moments, heartache, and so much more. The author made me feel all the emotions while reading this well written story. I look forward to reading more stories by this author. I recommend this book.

This is the first book I have read by this author and I was not disappointed. This story was entertaining, intriguing, suspenseful, had great characters and left me wanting more. We get to see character growth in Clayton, he is trying to be better after making mistakes in his past. Clayton now works for Jimmy in the repo business and while trying to overcome his past mistakes he realizes that he has other problems in himself he needs to also overcome. I don’t want to give anything away, so I will just say that this is a good read. I can’t wait to see what the author has in store for us in the book in this series.

This was a great read, I just can’t get enough of the titans! The author kept me captivated and entertained throughout the entire book. Kris and Alessia fit so well together but there are some obstacles that they need to get through. I could feel the love that Kris has for his kids coming through the pages. Both Kris and Alessia have been through the emotional ringer. I got to experience an array of emotions while reading this story. Something About Aimee (Girls from the Street Book 1)Something About Aimee by S.E. Smith
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book is full of action, suspense and romance. Aimee and Quadir come from different worlds and meet under a high tense situation. These two probably would have never met if Aimee wouldn’t have stepped in when she did. This book kept me on the edge of my seat, I couldn’t stop reading even after it was time to go to sleep. I was rooting for these two throughout the entire story. Quadir is a wealthy man with a lot of responsibility, and Aimee is a street smart, independent, smart young lady. Even though these two couldn’t be more different I couldn’t help but want them to have everything they dreamed of. This was a very entertaining story. I highly recommend this book.

The author made this story entertaining and original. I thought this was a great read.

This is part 2 of Chains story and I could not wait to dive right in, especially after reading part 1 (A Tormented Man’s Soul). Chains has been through so much in life that up until now he hasn’t been able to truly see all the good in it. We get to see so much growth in his character in this book. This story brought out so many emotions and I had a hard time putting it down once I started. The author did an exceptional job pulling me into the storyline and connecting me to the characters with her attention to detail. I have loved every book in this series and it is my recommendation that you read them. This is a must read.

There are many strange things happening in the house and Roxanne doesn’t know what to make of it. This author takes you on a journey with her writing. This book has friendship, emotion, romance, tragedy and more. I don’t want to give anything away. I will say that this was an original and enjoyable read that I think you will enjoy as well.

This was a very enjoyable read. This book was sweet, romantic, emotional with a little bit of suspense. I loved Bella’s character. Bella puts on a front because she has been doing it to keep herself safe, but we get to see her real self as the book continues and we learn that she is a strong loving woman. The interactions between Levi and his brothers made me smile and the way they take care of and protect their little sister warmed my heart. The banter between Levi and Bella was fun to read. I will definitely be reading more books by this author. I recommend reading this quick and loveable read.

This may be a trigger for some people because of a relationship that becomes abusive. This book was well written and the characters are well developed. The Lie That BindsThe Lie That Binds by Amy Argent
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I found myself getting pulled into this story soon after I started reading it. This story took me back to those high school times and reminded me how mean kids can be and the lengths they will go to to become popular and stay that way. Holly is nervous about starting a new school and wants to fit in. Nathan is a popular guy who is a jerk but for a different reason than you would think. When Holly finds out Nathan’s secret everything changes, which causes a series of events that make this story captivating. Some secrets shouldn’t have to be kept. I thought the author did a great job evoking emotion throughout this book. This isn’t the first book I have read by this author and it won’t be the last. This author tells stories full of emotion, drama, great characters and more. I enjoyed reading this book.

Evan has left the NHL to take care of his mental health which was such a strong and hard decision but he doesn’t feel strong. Callie is a gymnast, kind and generous woman who has also been through some tough stuff. There is chemistry right away between these two. I loved watching both of these characters grow stronger individually and together for each other. The author does a great job making you swoon and go through an array of emotions throughout the story. The other characters in this book help bring this story to life. Evan and Callie’s families play a part in their lives. This was a good read and I’m glad I chose to take a chance on an author I haven’t read before.

I was completely drawn into this book as soon as I started reading and I couldn’t put it down. Sera is a brilliant chemist, beautiful, and an assassin. Sera’s biggest weakness is her abusive father. Sera will do anything for her father to try to make up for the sacrifices she feels he made for her. Cassius is Sera’s new mark but it’s not as cut and dry as she originally thought. Cassius is smart, attractive, rich, and an all around good guy. There is a lot of chemistry between these two and their banter is so fun to read. There is action, deceit, great characters and so much more in this story. I highly recommend this book.

This book definitely brought me into JP Grimms pain. JP is dealing with PTSD from the war and he also feels responsible for the death of his brothers in arms. Most of us know what PTSD is but reading such a detailed account of how it is affecting JP and his family is heartbreaking. The author did an exceptional job of opening my eyes to the degree of some people’s struggle. This story draws you in and to make matters worse there is also danger heading their way. This story was emotional, riveting, and hard to put down.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have loved every single book I have read by this author, so of course I had to pick up this one. This story is a bit different from what I have experienced from this author and I enjoyed reading every page of it. This book has twists and turns, paranormal aspects, hot bikers, and a strong woman. Dwarf and Raven’s first meeting wasn’t under very good circumstances. I found myself rooting for them because I think if they can work out some of their struggles they could be great for each other. Raven is trying to overcome her past but there are forces making that difficult. Dwarf has very little faith in women wanting him instead of wanting to go through him to get to his brothers. This is a must read, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this book.

This is the second book in this series but it can be read as a standalone. I haven’t read book one yet but after reading this one I am definitely going back and reading it because this was such a good read. I was on the edge of my seat wanting to know if they were going to find the killer, if the rain was going to stop so the flooding would come to an end. This book was gripping, suspenseful, and hard to put down. Lila Dayne, a deputy has moved to this small town from Chicago after surviving an attack from a serial killer and it looks like he may have found her when a body shows up with a message left just for her. Elizabeth Benoit is the Sheriff and she’s trying to juggle a lot of things all at once, two body’s, flooding, and keeping her opponent at bay.
