A story of overcoming obstacles and ones true love.

Lauren has had her heartbroken as a teen. Her highschool sweetheart crushed her dreams. Now she is back home helping her friends. And guess who walks in? Will Lauren keep to her plan and stay away? Will he leave her be? Only reading this story will answer those questions. Just remember the chocolates, kleenex and a glass of wine.

This story will not disappoint! You will travel a much different road with this one. A. S. Roberts has really written a wonderful story. Again she captured my heart on the first chapter. As well as kept me reading. No Spoilers here! Take the chance and read her story. You’ll fall in love with her characters as well. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Way to go A. S. Roberts! Another great story to add to the others!

This is a full length novel containing suspense and a little bit of romance.

Liberty, know as Libby has the perfect job. She is finally where she wants to be. But she has one problem, her boss doesn’t like her. Making her think twice before she opens her mouth. Even when it comes to telling her boss the truth. Someone is out to scam her boss. Someone is also out to kill Libby. Therefore Libby must get some answers and find the person out to get her.

Bea Stevens has written this real page turning story. Yes it get suspenseful! I love her characters. Watch out for George Clooney look alike. Her description of each of her characters is graphic. So well I could see them, as she tells this story. She also walks you into the fashion industry. So between suspense and fashion this story is bound to keep your interested. I really enjoyed reading this authors story. Bea Stevens will be added to my list of must read authors.

The is a complete novel, even though it is written as 5 novellas. It is the love stories that will keep you coming back for more.

The Wilder sisters each have their own story. 5 completely different women, with the same heart and soul. Each novella will take you on a different rollercoaster ride. This book says it all, not what I had expected at all. I cried some really ugly tears, and sobbed long after I finished. In fact I am trying not to break down again as I write this review.

Melissa Keir has really brought a beautiful story about families. What each sibling thought and how they thought the family would react. As I read this book I kept thinking about how strong these 5 women are. I feel like this story hit my home for me. I must say I LOVE THESE WOMEN and their FAMILIES. I could not put this book down after I started it. Beautiful story Melissa Keir! I will be looking for more from this author.

Hoot N. Holler are a classic team for writing this book. You will fall in love with Sam and Rex. As like every 12 year old we know. Will find themselves getting into trouble, but not so much they can’t get out of it. When the boys try to convince the town of the the danger, nobody believes them. I enjoyed this story and the characters. Your 9 -12 year old boys will love this story, so will the girls. But for boys who don’t like to read, this is a must for them. You can bet I’ll be looking for more from Hoot N Holler. My grandkids will are going to love this book as well. Well Done!!!

This story has it all, romance, suspense and revenge. Just my kind of book.

TR is a strong independent woman. She has always done things on her own. Who needs a man? But then again her life is in danger, and she needs the men of Cover Six to help keep her safe. Little did she know she was falling head over heels for Mac.

Mac is ex military and so are his buddies. Together they opened the Cover Six Security company. Following his case, he watches as KR’s car is hit and thrown into the pond. He must get her out and keep her safe.

Lisa B. Kamps has written this highly intense rollercoaster of a story. She caught me in the first few pages and I could not put it down. I love her characters and can’t wait to see where this series will lead me. I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the books in her series. Bring on the next installment Lisa Kamps, I’m waiting! Romance at its best. Is what you will find in this book. Full length novel filled with life’s unexpected romance.

Jessie dreamed of being an artist, and she went after that dream. Unfortunately she had to learn the hard way to get what she wanted. She had to stand up for it as well. Romance was not in her cards. But painting is!

Jordan is a millionaire, plain and simple. But after losing his father and getting custody of his little sister, life is very different then he expected. So he bought a home in a quiet little town. Nothing is too good for his sister. Again romance is not in his plans! But giving his sister the best is!

Nina Singh has written this beautiful romance story. I fell in love with it on page one and could not put it down. Yes I had to finish it, it is that good. I love the characters, they are so down to earth. I am looking forward to reading more of Nina Singh’s books.

This is a paranormal story of a different kind. Then let’s throw in a few murders, and this story was born.

Alex Moore is an actor with more than just the movies in mind. He really wants to be represented by the one and only Catherine Rodham. But in the end he wants so much more. But first he must prove he is not the murderer. But there is one more secret, and he must come clean.

Catherine Rodham, works for the Talent Agency in Las Vegas. The Peterson Talent Agency! When she interviews Alex Moore there is more than just movies on her mind. Now there are women popping up dead, one of which was an actress she just helped cast.

I love the beginning of this series. It was a quick read, as it caught my Interest on page and held me there until the last page. Heather Silvio has written a fun filled suspense novel. So much fun was packed in this story. I also love the characters, I felt they could be my friends. I am looking forward to the next book in this series. Well done Heather Silvio! Well Done!

Romance with a twist of suspense. The suspense is the main character of this full length novel. The romance is just the rollercoaster this story supplies.

This continued story of Jenny and Brian had me on page one. The story continues to prove Jenny innocent of a horrible crime, she did not commit. Brian also continues the hot steamy romance, just to keep Jenny from thinking too much. As she is fighting for her life, as well as her friends. But the mafia wants what they want and will stop at nothing to get it.
This is book 3 in this series. It is very important you read the series in order. Or the whole story can’t rock your read. This book is just another Via Mari story. Her writing skills and storytelling are outstanding. I love her characters in the Torzial series. I also love that she has so many avenues she takes her readers too. Not a dull moment in this story. WOW!!! This is only the beginning in this series. What a great start for this suspenseful story.

Dianna Murphy is kidnapped on her morning run. Her roommate tries to report it. But the law says she has to wait 24 hours, because Dianna is an adult. She is strong, brave and will not let these people make her weak. That is exactly where this storyline picks up. I was drawn into the very first paragraph. It continues at a running pace. Seelie Kay has really written a spectacular story. So real in today’s everyday life. I feel she has really gone out and done her research on human trafficking. For that alone, makes this suspenseful story a must read!. That is really all I can say without giving too much of the story away. I am looking forward to see where she will take this series. Not for those under 18 due to adult content. I’m looking for more Seelie Kay!

Allyson R Abbott continues her Christmas Kiss romance stories. This is a quick read. Just right for the holiday reading. I love the characters in this book. They are so cute and loveable. It is so nice to see a strong woman, making it in a man’s world. Even better that she is respected. I know you will love this story as much as I did. Well done Allyson R Abbott!

This is a sweet romance story, dealing with language barriers. A great story for the young adults and anybody who would enjoy a good clean romance.

When two strangers come to meet and neither one understands the other. Mel helps out her mother on request. She has flown to Spain, to house sit for her aunt Rose. Mel has no clue what she is about to walk into. Once in Spain, nothing is as she remembers. Not only that but she must learn to communicate, and to understand a foreign language. Challenges are in place and now she must adapt. Or lose the gorgeous young man who is there to help her.

Allyson Abbott has opened up a whole new world for me. Learning to adapt in a foreign country. Who knew? Not me! Having never left the USA. This story really opened my eyes. I absolutely fell in love with Mel and Lucas, their struggles were real. Their love was even better. Well done Allyson R. Abbott! Looking forward to reading the rest in this series.

This is the fourth book in the series. As the suspenseful romance continues. So does the story. Must be read in order. Not for those under 18, due to violence and strong adult content.

Katarina and Chase continue their hot steamy romance. Along with the continued struggle to trust each other. Which proves to be hard at this time. As Alfreita continues to attack both Katarina and Chase’s families and friends. Now Katarina must allow Chase to protect her and she must relinquish her control.

Via Mari has done it again! This story may be continuing. But so much more has been added. This is one fast paced suspenseful rollercoaster. I loved every page of this book! Her book hit every feel there is. I laughed, cried and got so angry, yet I had to finish this fantastic story. Once you start that first page, you won’t stop till the end.

Forgetting Ophelia (Friendship and Secrets, #2) by Julie C. Gardner – Review Cindy Mayberry

Forgetting Ophelia: A Novel (Friendship & Secrets, #2)Forgetting Ophelia: A Novel by Julie C. Gardner

Forgetting Ophelia
A Novel

This is a full length novel. A romance about making choices, right or wrong.

Lia was happily married to Jake. Promises and plans were made on the day they were married. Five years later….. Nothing is ever how we planned. Life changes and the struggle is real. Now Lia is determined to get her life back on track, as well as put her marriage back together.

Julie C. Gardner has put a beautiful spin on this story. Her characters could be people we know. They are so realistic, it even feels like a story some of us have lived through. This is a new author for me. I am so happy I took the time to read this book. Feelings were exposed, lies were turned to truths and life goes on. I love this fast paced story. I know you will as well. Way to go Julie C. Gardner!
