I am a sucker for romance, and this book delivered. The author tells Katrina and TJ’s story in such a way that you feel it down to your soul. This idea that there is some sort of mystical connection, that fate could play such a crucial role in bringing two souls together is what all romantics swoon over. Experiencing this book was a heart wrenching journey that I would gladly experience again. The romance was slow, and there was much that needed to be overcome along the way, leaving it a story you just didn’t want to put down. This is my first book by this author and I am looking forward to more.

I absolutely loved this story! From the very beginning to was captivated by Katrina and TJ’s story. There were ups and downs, emotional moments and heart-warming times and the author captured all of these perfectly. Her beautiful writing together with a wonderful storyline made this book and absolute pleasure to read. I really loved both Katrina and TJ but I have to say I think TJ totally stole my heart – he was just the sweetest character – I loved him from the moment that I met him in the story. This really was a beautiful story to read and I would absolutely recommend it to other readers.

This is a really great standalone contemporary romance that had me hooked from the very beginning and refused to let me go until it spat me out at the end. I have read work by this author before but this has been by far my favourite. It is so much more than the romance between billionaire Dylan Knight and struggling art curator Mia Harris. There is a suspenseful story of art theft that runs alongside the romance and that had me gripped as much as the romance itself. The romance side of the story is a compelling read. It’s very much an opposites attract and the sparks fly as soon as Mia and Dylan set eyes on each other. Mia and Dylan are very well written, relatable characters that I loved reading about. I could have read about this couple for hours and hours and not wanted to put the book down…and I did! Definitely recommend.

This really was a beautifully written heart-warming story and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. From the beginning to the end I felt like I was right there with the wonderful characters in this story, especially Corrie, she was just an amazing person. The author took me on an emotional roller-coaster with Corrie’s story, there were certainly some ups and downs and definitely some very emotional moments. It truly was a lovely story to read and one that I would highly recommend. This was also my first time reading a book by this author and will absolutely not be the last!
Paige and the Reluctant Artist is a romance story between Paige, curator for a New York gallery, and Mark, a billionaire philanthropist rescuing horses in Montana. At a show in NY, Paige sees a beautiful painting of a horse and is sucked into the scene. After seeing this painting she is in need of meeting the artist and getting him to the gallery for a show. She comes to find out that the horse is a real entity and is entranced by its majestic presence. Mark really only paints for enjoyment and doesn’t need the money. However, Paige convinces him by telling him she will donate the earnings to a rescue. To make sure her investment is sound, she moves into his “mansion”, in Montana, until the paintings are complete. This situation is dangerous because since the first day they have met, each has been smitten with the other, but Paige’s past keeps her from wanting to engage those feelings. I enjoyed Paige and Mark’s love story. I thought this brought about a different plot from the normal billionaire romance. I also loved how I wouldn’t consider this story a slow burn, but at the same time it was. I really liked Mark as a character. He was down to earth, sweet, rugged, and kind. This was displayed throughout the entire story. Paige I thought was okay. As a female there were times I just wanted to hit her upside her head and say “what the hell are you doing girl?” I wish there wasn’t so much disbelief in the happiness on her part throughout most of the story. I think I just get so upset when the characters don’t see what is right in front of their face and can’t get out of their own way, but I also understand the need to have it within the plot. Overall, it was a fast read and very enjoyable.

An enjoyable and engaging contemporary romance, which kept me happily turning the pages. As soon as billionaire Dylan Knight and Mia Harris, who works at an art gallery meet, sparks fly and their sexual chemistry sizzles off the page. The couple are consumed by their mutual desire and feel as though they have met the person of their dreams. However, appearances can be deceptive and having fallen hard and fast, can one of them be using the other as a pawn in their plans. Can one of them really be a, Liar, Con-Artist, Swindler, even a thief? This is a standalone steamy romance with added drama, suspense and plenty of emotional angst. I loved Dylan and Mia and their chemistry really came across in the narrative. Both of them were likeable and relatable characters, who were well developed and I found myself wanting them to get their HEA. The storyline flowed well and the plot twists kept me hooked, thankfully there was no cliffhanger ending! A great read and I would definitely recommend this novel.

I always get excited when I see a book I haven’t read from this author because I absolutely love her writing so when I saw this one I grabbed it and didn’t even bother reading the synopsis. As usual I wasn’t disappointed – wonderful writing, a great storyline and wonderful characters were waiting for me as I turned the pages of Let it Be Love. I loved Eric and Kiki – probably two characters you would never put together but my gosh they were just perfect for each other in my opinion! They had so much to contend with whilst trying to just be with each other – I don’t think I have rooted for a couple to get through everything and get their happily ever after like I did these two! A wonderful story and one that I would highly recommend!

Someone Exactly Like Me (Wounded Hearts Series Book 1) by Debbie Cromack. This was such a fun, sexy, steamy read. I loved it. Its the story of Destiny who has had more than her fair share of heartaches. She has pretty much walled off her heart to avoid heartbreak again. She is a romance author who has hit a pretty deep slump. When her best friend invites her to her photography studio she meets Nico who wakes up all her romantic senses. Nico break out Actor in Italy but is determined to make it in America. He is world known for being a playboy. Being hurt as well in the past he has decided he will only have hook ups from here on out. Will they be able to let go of past hurts and open their hearts to each other. This book will keep you turning pages late in the night. I loved it!

I adored this story! Paige is an art curator who is sent to Montana to procure Mark, a rancher and rescuer of horses who’s artistic skills have captured her attention. Upon meeting, both have an undeniable attraction but past relationships for both parties creates tensions and questions for them and a possible future. This is a fast read that is filled with love, amazing characters, friendships, and second chances. We also get to meet Storm Cloud who is simply an amazing horse! I will absolutely read this authors future writings.

At a time when mental health is at the forefront of so many discussions this story was well-timed. Toni Aleo shows the type of mental health support all people need and deserve. The characters were fun and loveable and their chemistry and love for one another is palpable. An easy read with a feel-good plot.

Oh my goodness! This book is absolutely amazing and I could not put it down. I have to say as a general rule I am hesitant to read “brothers best friend” books but I have to say that this book definitely will have me thinking twice about avoiding them. The characters in this book were very well developed and I have to say that the plot was absolutely amazing. I love that it took what can be a very “normal” plot and made it into something that I’m not sure I will ever stop raving about. The characters are so multifaceted with dark secrets and pasts that definitely helped to develop them. I love that it has the added bonus of two characters that have known each other forever and have shared a spark since then. I truly loved Audri and Remi and was completely invested in them. I truly cannot recommend this book enough and am so glad that it is the first in a series as I definitely want to read more.

This story focuses on the relationship between Eric and Kiki. Eric is a small-town boy and Kiki is a famous pop star. Their relationship, while strong and sweet, is anything but easy. Imagine a normal relationship with its ups and downs…and now add some paparazzi, a meddling agent, and a rumor mill that loves the gossip…and you’ve got their relationship. What made this story enjoyable was that it set out to show you that with communication and real love, overcoming these obstacles is achievable. I enjoyed the sweetness of the story. It was an easy read that I devoured in one sitting.
While this may be the fifth book in this series…you did not have to read the other books to know what’s going on. I read it without knowing that…but I will be going back and reading the other books when I can because all the characters are wonderful.

This book sucked you in from the very beginning. The author led you down the path, destroyed the path, but slowly rebuilt it as you continued to walk. It is a beautiful story. The twists are never what you expect and there is a little steam thrown in for fun!
My heart ached for Katrina. To spend years of your life believing one thing when it wasn’t true and could have been treated earlier must have been utter torture for her. The second photo given to TJ allowed my heart to soar for them.

Especially when a tragic accident occurs, changing her whole world. In Corrie’s life one accident happens after another, but does she keep the faith or collapse under pressure, like her whole world seems to do? Read and find out!
For the first fifty percent of the book, the romance made me want to throw my book across the room, but in a good frustrating way. The slow romance, Corrie’s thought process and stubborn ways made me want to jump in and start shaking her. But in the end, there is a happily ever after that brings tears to your eyes, and is well deserved for the beloved character, Corrie.
This book drove me wild, but I loved every minute of it. Fairly easy read, and being a farmer myself, I loved every intricate (AND ACCURATE) farming detail. When Corrie had to “put down” her truck and combine my heart wept for her, knowing exactly what that’s like. The storyline was amazing, between the hardships, overcoming her past, finding new love, and introducing new characters. So many funny and witty comments, and lovable characters ***cough cough*** Aaron.
I would love to see another book written about Luke and Violet, and also showing Aaron and Corrie starting their new lives.

I really loved this book!! I could not put it down for the life of me. I felt like a kid at night reading it instead of sleeping. Marina’s use of descriptors and metaphors was absolutely wonderful and painted such vivid pictures. The plot and character development was well written. Also a lot of twists and turns you don’t see coming! 10/10 would recommend. This book starts out with a point of view from Mia, who works at an art gallery with a crappy boss. She is at an art showing and sees a stranger admiring her favorite statue. Well this stranger, who she finds out later is named Dylan and sparks fly. Things snowball from there. I always love books with different points of view included in the chapters and this is no exception. Marina gets the points of view down pat and really emerges you in her story. Definitely a must read for anyone who likes the so called “smut” books!

This wasn’t an easy read but it was also a beautiful read , I know it doesn’t make sense but once you read this you’ll agree with me I’m sure ….
Chrissy is sick , with cancer . Her sister Ella is taking care of her and her daughter Tessa so it wasn’t really a surprise that it’s Chrissy’s wishes that she becomes a Tessa’s guardian ….
Not only has Ella lost and buried her sister , she’s found out she’s a legal guardian and then just to to make matters worse she receives a letter from the very same lawyers firm that gist her family dearly 🥲 good grief how much more must one person deal with !?
Jake and Tessa are fighting their attraction and Jake wasn’t aware of the family history but both want what’s best for dear Tessa …. While I cried a lot there were a few moments where I just wanted to beat Chrissy with a tennis racquet for the position she left poor Ella by hiding things from her and not playing open cards …..
I cried , I laughed , I got really angry but at the end of the day what will be will be and one just has to have faith that love will prevail ❣️

I loved this romance story. I was gripped from the beginning. The author does an amazing job with the characters. Their passion from the beginning was instant and hot. You fall in love right away. Yet with the twists you also feel the complete heartbreak as well.
Mia is an art curator in a gallery. When she first meets Dylan sparks fly. Dylan is smart, so attractive, everything a woman could want. Dylan feels the spark too. He feels that Mia is so different to all the other woman he has had in his life. As they start to date their relationship starts to bloom and as fast moving as the relationship is you can feel them falling in love. However things aren’t smooth sailing and when some art pieces are stolen from Dylan’s home everything points to Mia being the theif.
Did Mia really steal those things? Was the feelings and connection all an act for Mia to get access to his home? And if Mia is innocent can their relationship ever be fixed after the lack of trust?

This was a quick and easy read with a good storyline and likeable characters. Ella is taking care of her niece, Tessa, after her sister tragically passes away from an illness. She’s just barely started the grieving process when she finds a letter from a lawyers office and finds that the letter pertains to a possible paternity suit. Who is the potential father and why is he coming forward now? Her sister never outright said who Tessa’s father was and no father was listed on the birth certificate. When it comes out that her sister was blackmailing this man for money Ella can’t help but wonder what other secrets her sister had hidden from her. Why didn’t her sister let her know that she was trying to contact the potential father? In the process of gearing up for a courtroom showdown over poor Tessa, she is fighting her growing attraction to the young lawyer. Is there potential for a happily ever after or will he break her heart by taking her niece from her?

What a great book! A tale with sadness, love, family, passion, chemistry, a well written antagonist. I found the novel to be well rounded with a great push and pull, and I enjoyed the budding romance where otherwise there was a difficult situation present. Let It Be Love is the fifth book in the A Mustang Prairie Romance Series that I absolutely loved reading. This is a wonderfully written sweet Contemporary Romance that once you start reading there’s no stopping until you finish. I’ve read several books by this author and her style of writing along with her creative characters make for a fun yet emotional story. Sometimes love is worth fighting for and sometimes its where we least expect it to be. This is Eric and Kiki’s story . Eric is the town Mayor and Kiki is a Mega pop star and also was a successful child actor. These two are very opposite but yet the same. I loved there story it definitely took me on a bit of a emotional rollercoaster ride but it was definitely worth it. Can these two figure put a way to make their relationship work? Can they find balance? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

WOW can we say that this book was so steamy and one that I COULD NOT PUT DOWN!! This book revolves around Destiny, who is an author who writes her own books and loves romances and Nicco who is an up-and-coming actor who just so happens to be Destinys crush! Destiny meets him at the set of her best friend’s photoshoot on her birthday and the chemistry is palpable!! They work out a deal that is mutually beneficial for both of them. I could not get over the way that this book was worded. Being able to understand where both of them was coming from and learning about their past traumas that formed them was incredible. This book has just climbed to the top of my favorite reads, and I cannot wait to tell my friends that this needs to be their next read!!

This book was wonderfully written. Ella Anderson has put her life on hold to care for her dying sister and her niece Tessa! There’s alot of Confusion…Ella’s sister Chrissy, sent a letter to Mr Taylor ( who is also Tessa’s uncle ) explaining how her child should not have to want for anything and should be taken care of. Ella is heartbroken to find out that Chrissy was sending letters out in the end. Ella is prepared to raise Tessa as her own until Tessa’s father comes back into town and tries to custody. Jake Taylor is a lawyer and is prepared to help His aunt and uncle get visitation with their grandchild. Jake also finds he is quite attracted to Ella. Will Jake help his cousin get custody of Tessa or will he be a wildcard and have his own agenda in giving Tessa the best life.

The Lie That Binds by Amy Argent is the first book I’ve read from this author, but I guarantee it won’t be the last. I love how she constructed the characters to be relatable and emotional, which made it easy to get invested in their story. This is a great young adult read that has angst, love, lies, secrets, and drama.
High school is hard, dealing with drama, peer pressure, bullying, and romance makes it even harder. Holly and Nathan encounter a lot as they try to find ways to cope in this atmosphere. Holly is the new girl at school and she wants to be part of the popular crowd, but her plan doesn’t go so well. It doesn’t take long to find out the gorgeous guy she’s crushing on is a jerk, but she can’t stop her romantic thoughts.
Nathan hates being a jerk but he feels he has to in order to keep people from seeing the real him and getting too close to his secret. Holly has caught his attention, but he still tries to hide behind his jerk persona in order to protect himself.
This is a really great read that does deal with some bullying. Through this book we get to see the characters tremendous growth, because of situations like Holly being bullied and Nathan hiding himself. I loved how Argent handled the tough situations in this book. It is definitely worth picking up and reading.

Oh man, I loved this book. It just gave me all the feels. TJ and Katrina are perfect. They are sweet and loving. They both know what they want, but will their insecurities and their pasts keep them apart?

Taylor’s Law is a standalone novel by Jennifer Raines. This is the first book that i have read of hers and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The plot was original – I have not read another book like it. Though maybe a little predictable, I enjoyed the twists and turns that happened throughout. Ella only wants the best for her niece. After losing her sister, Ella will do anything to keep her niece safe and with her. However, Jake has received word that his cousin is the baby’s father. Meaning it is likely going to be a fight for the baby. Will Ella be able to stand her ground? Or will Jake be the best of the best to win the case? Or will mutual attraction make this situation incredibly messy?! I think you get the idea. This was a fast read and a great book.

The Happily Ever After Bookstore By Bernadette Marie 5*
This is a story that is told in three parts. All three parts are told surrounding the Happily Ever Bookstore and contains the same characters. Each also tells of a romance that takes place very quickly. In the first story, we meet Charlie and Sadie. They have bumped into each other in the bookstore and strike up a conversation. Charlie in a spur of the moment decision buys Sadie her book. Leona insists on wrapping the books up. When they get home each discovers they were given the other’s books. Sadie has received the book that Charlie has purchased for his grandmother and Charlie’s grandmother has received a holiday romance. Charlie’s grandmother is so pleased with the romance and it seems to have created a spell on her. She has been in a nursing home with alzheimers and doesn’t remember Charlie despite him having visited her daily. However, after reading this romance she has come alive. She knows him and remembers him. Meanwhile, Sadie is determined to return Charlie’s book to him. They meet again and what continues is what I can only call the most magical love story. The second story follows Fiona and Price. They were married a long time ago and both chose their careers over one another. But perhaps, their past held sadness they didn’t want to face either. Fate would have it that they both have ended up in the same small town and what begins with dinner continues to be a story about lost love and what happens when pride is put aside. Our final story features Leona. Leona owns The Happily Every Bookstore. Despite have had many happy ever afters found through her she seems to think she will never have her own. One day Jon comes to repair part of the building and he finds himself drawn to not only the building but also the magical owner of the bookstore. Jon and Leona work together to become business partners. They begin to foster a love of their own. Each of these stories was amazing and so heartfelt. I loved the final story the best. I think that each story appeals to different types of love. But I loved the story of Leona who felt happily ever after passed her by. But rather it showed up when she least expected it. I truly cannot recommend this book enough! It was so well written and I’m off to find if the other has written any other books!
