This is the book you can’t put down because once you start reading, you’re stuck in it and not mad about it. This is the type of book that could be turned into a Hallmark movie or a Lifetime movie. The infamous bar Monroe dishes out the best advice along with the best drinks. Taverne Toulouse is a strong woman who keeps the bar and the staff in check with an iron fist. Taverne and her staff are in for a whirlwind when a new business opens up next door. Julien Valois is getting ready to take his empire to the next level as he prepares to take everything in sight including the infamous Monroe bar. That is until he meets Ms. Toulouse who gives him a run for his money. This story is so beautifully written as we go on this ride with the characters. The battle fades away the more, the walls tumble, their hearts override their mind, and their internal flame burns deeper because the passion ignites. That is until reality sinks in as business goes back per usual but will it tear them away? But this is just the beginning. Pick up this and don’t regret it because it will be worth the read!

Another sweet story from this author. The story is very smooth and had me reading late i to the night. The characters are deep and lovable yet they have their flaws. The author delves nicely into the life of a rock star. How things are always great until they are not so great. But then we meet Danielle. She is a bright and shiny star on her own. It just takes a while before Ben realizes why he needs her to be around so much.
It’s nice to see a bit of the family from the previous stories. Touch base and see how they are doing. It’s funny how this family seems so perfect but once you really look at them your perception is changed.
This is the third book in the series. In this one I really felt the heaviness of the story. Addiction is a serious subject but some light hearted moments are always a nice reliever as well. There is a teaser for Carly’s book and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into this adventurous girls story.

This follows second youngest brother, Jake Saint- and I loved following along for the ride. He and Geri were so great together- and the clever way Ms. Jenkins wove her story certainly had me hook, line and sinker! Sublime!
All Night Long (Kiss the Bride Book 2) By: Cynthia Cooke A wonderful ‘fake fiancé’ romance, with lots of snow, a picturesque ski village, a loveable Saint Bernard, a snowy rescue, and plenty of fun- making this a memorable read. Beau hatches a plan to secure his future- he just needs a ‘fiancée’ to seal the deal- and he think Phoebe is just the right girl to pull it off. A funny, light-hearted, and engaging story. So much fun to read.
Never Lovers (The Rocklyns) By: Alicia Street A bit of a “Runaway Bride” vibe to this story- with a bit of a twist. Emotive and very romantic- true love always finds a way! A great little read!
The Player (Men of Warhawks Book 2) By: Jacquie Biggar This is about finding love unexpectedly. When a crazy, stalker ex gets Roy sidelined from his beloved NHL- the only way to get back in the game is to allow sexy PA, Patience Kennedy, to help. With her PR know-how she’ll have him back in the game in no time. Right? I really loved this story- and would have loved an even longer version of it, so I could really immerse myself in the story. I can always count on Ms. Biggar to deliver the goods!
Unexpected Packages (The Unexpected Series Book 1) By: Stacy Eaton After a parcel mix up brings Alex to Lexi’s doorstep- things are about to get interesting! This one snuck under my skin much more than I had anticipated. I loved how well this was written, and the wonderful ‘feel-good’ vibe that I got from the story. The characters were very endearing- and I would love to read more of their story

Serendipity Falls By: Patrice Wilton This is the first book in a new romantic comedy series- and if this story is anything to go by, the series is set to be great! What happens when a pastry chef and an Olympic Skier connect in the romantic, small town of Serendipity? You really should read this enjoyable story and find out for yourself! It’s well worth your time!
Out Of The Shadows was an emotional 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning.
My heart broke right from the beginning with what Dane was going through. Dane is in an abusive relationship and things take a tragic twist and Dane and his son Brady’s lives are turned upside down. Dane was trying to protect his son but now that their secret is out things have changed.
Will Dane get out of his situation before it’s too late?
Overall I really enjoyed this read. My emotions were all over the place. This is a story that had the abuse victim as the husband in the marriage and it really makes you think and realize that this is a reality for some. This author has done a great job of pulling you in with her writing. All of the secondary characters were great. I had a few ugly cry moments as well. I will warn that there may be triggers for some. Gabby and Hunt fit the classic adage, love to hate you. Their hate relationship started with a bang and continued. It continues to escalate over the years and carries over to the people around them. They end up calling a truce which leads to figure out there is more than the hatred between them. Lust begins where the hate ends, leaving them wanting a night together. But will it be enough? King and Hunt by Brienne Dubh is an enemy to lovers story. This book is a novella so it’s a quick read but it’s steamy and so worth it!
Gabriella and Christian have always hated each other. They certainly aren’t afraid to let each other know just how deep the hate goes. They call a truce temporarily but don’t expect that the hate they’ve always had doesn’t come back as easily as they would have thought. What happens with their relationship if lines are crossed?
This was a quick read but definitely worth the read. These characters are great and you can feel how strongly they feel toward each other. I definitely recommend!

As a whole I enjoyed this series. The author brought some amazing characters to life through these pages. A lot of lessons were learned and lives changed. I found that the characters had great moments of growth and understanding. You could feel the characters emotions through the pages. I really think this is a series you could fall in love with. I’ve come to enjoy this authors work. The stories have that filling sensation. That you know you can read the last book and be satisfied. Your left feeling like their HEA was complete. The author has a great flow with words. I love the attention to detail as well. If you haven’t read anything from this author this is a great place to start.

King & Hunt by Brienne Dubh is an enemy to lovers novella. It’s a fast read that will seduce you from the start. 4 Star Black Cat Security by Katerina Ross is a short steamy fantasy story that once I got into I couldn’t put it down. I had high expectations for this book but it fell alittle short for me. I felt like some parts were rushed and wish it would have been a bit longer but other than that I truly did enjoy the story .This story is about Dragomir and the pretty witch he meets . He makes a living doing illegal boxing matches and he has a curse on him. He meets a witch one night who tells him she can change his life for the better. Can she really help him? Find out what happens next in this story. I would suggest reading book. I truly do look forward to reading more from this Author.

Mountains Loved (Mountains Series Book 3) by Phoebe Alexander. I honestly don’t know how this author does it, I swear she’s pure magic with words! Every book is better than the last! I was so excited to be back with Sarah and James I’ve been missing them. They have chemistry that just jumps off the pages and their story pulls me in immediately. I feel a coming home feeling when I get to continue their story. Please read theses amazing books in order to fully understand and get their story. The characters and storyline are so well written I find myself forgetting time of day and realize I’ve read the day away. If I could give more than five stars I would but it’ll have to do. Highly recommended!

Black Cat Security by Katerina Ross. I definitely would have liked a bit more of a story. The idea and characters are great I just wanted more. It’s a bit on the rushed side which left me feeling somethings felt incomplete. That’s the only thing I wish was different, other than that it was a very enjoyable read. The characters are complex and unique. The storyline is interesting and engaging. I like the chemistry of the characters they work well together. I’m not in the mood often for a paranormal/ fantasy type but but I had no problem sinking into this short story. Four stars and highly recommended.

A KISS BENEATH A STRAWBERRY MOON (Daydreams & Dragonflies Rock ‘N Sweet Romance 3) by Tamara Ferguson. Once again this author draws me in immediately with an incredible storyline and characters I won’t forget. I’ve read quite a few books from this amazing author and each one is even better than the last. This one can definitely be read as a stand-alone without any confusion. It’s a sweet story that I couldn’t put down. The characters are complex and relatable, well thought out and even the smallest details are taken seriously. I love a story that make me forget I’m reading and while on the shorter side it did just that. The characters have a great chemistry and I enjoyed their stories so much. It’s well written and paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. Five stars all the way and highly recommended!

A collection of 12 Authors retelling of Red Riding Hood. I will list a couple of my favourite short story’s for this collection:
Ruby by Autumn Sand. Ruby is a writer and this story starts as she is dealt devastating news. We then jump forward a couple of years and things are still looking very bleak for Ruby. She’s asked to interview Count Edric Moreau of Paris, France, also know as The Wolf Of Europe, his reputation precedes him. Edric makes Ruby believe in herself again, something she’s not been able to do for a very long time. Mrs Sands wrote these two characters perfectly they draw you in and leaves you wanting more. I really enjoyed reading this story.
River Runs Red by Kay Elle Parker. Daughter of a Huntress. Offspring of a wolf. Armed with a red cape, a wicker basket, and a knife, River must make it through the wolf-riddled forest…but not everything is as it seems, and trusting the wrong people could get her into trouble. Having left her fathers pack 13 years ago, vowing never to return, River has to visit her dying paternal Grandmother. I read this story in no time at all, the pages just kept flowing I was gripped from the start and wish there was more to this story. Such a good read. Thank you.
Red Riding Hood (Down The Rabbit Hole) is an anthology by a selection of brilliant authors. They have written a collection of amazing stories, all different versions of a well known classic. This is the first time I have ever read a collection like this – effectively the same story told in multiple different ways. I honestly didn’t expect to like it at all, there are only so many times you can read the same story after-all. And yet each of these books were so unique that I enjoyed every single one of them. I had read most of these authors before but it was nice to discover a couple of new ones. I very much enjoyed this anthology and can’t wait to read more of their individual works.
This is a wonderful trilogy by an author who always intrigues me with her writing! I have read a few books by her now and I really enjoy her unique and creative writing style. She creates really interesting characters and I thoroughly enjoy everything I have read by her. This trilogy includes three wonderful stories; they are so full of emotion and feeling that I felt like I was right there with the characters. I really felt for Connor and the loss he went through in book 1 in the trilogy – Flowers in December – I really did feel like I was right there with him on his journey of self-discovery. In Coming Home (book 2) I was really looking forward to seeing how Connor was coping in the second instalment to Flowers in December – book 1 was very emotional following Connor and his grief over losing his mother and again his emotions flowed through this story but in a different way. This story was more about him making his peace with everything and moving on with his life. I loved seeing Mary-Ann back in his life and also some other secondary characters. We got snippets into a few of the other characters too which was nice. Although the story didn’t end up as I thought and maybe wanted I still enjoyed reading about Connor again. Second Chance (book 3) we get to see more from Connor and just how he is dealing with everything in his life. I love Connor and everything that he has been through. He is genuinely a lovely character and I definitely wouldn’t complain if I had a Connor in my life! This really is a wonderful trilogy and one that I highly recommend!

Rockin’ It Home: a Lawson Family Novel by Tracey Cramer-Kelly was an excellent read. I was addicted to Ben’s personality from the start. I loved Danielle as well but Ben was absolutely my favorite. This novel was out together well and organized. It had an easy flow to the storyline that made it difficult to put down. I loved the focus of being true to yourself, accepting your flaws, and the focus on faith in this romance. It was a wonderful book. I also had a soft spot for Ben’s precious little girl. Having read the other books connected to this series, it is easy to say that it can be read as a standalone. Also, out of the books written in this series, this one is my favorite. I highly recommend it.

Rockin’ It Home by Tracey Cramer-Kelly is a Lawson Family Novel. Although it is the third in the series it can easily be read as a stand-alone. This book does a great job of creating engaging characters. Danielle and Ben were so interesting to read about, each with their own back stories that add depth to the characters. The story was well written. It had everything you could want from a book of this genre. I easily found myself getting drawn into the words and the journey the characters go on. I always do enjoy work by this author and this book was no exception.

Again another absolutely wonderful read from this author! I have loved every single book of hers that I have read. A Kiss Beneath a Strawberry Moon was such a heart-warming and emotional read. I fell in love with the characters, Marielle and Drew straight away. I took them both into my heart and I was on the edge of my seat whilst devouring their story with all of its twists and turns. Drew was such a thoughtful and caring character and when he and Marielle met I knew how I wanted their story to turn out! Both of these characters really go through an emotional time in this story and the author did such an amazing job of conveying their feelings across to me as the reader, I really felt like I was there at times in the story. Her writing is always beautifully detailed – one of the many things I love about her! I 100% recommend this story and as always I look forward to more from her!

Irresistible Valentine is a great anthology of 8 romantic stories from 9 different authors. I am not going to review all 8 stories but have chosen 2 to focus on. My review will be of Two Hearts Reconnaissance by Tamara Ferguson and The Player by Jacquie Biggar. Both are authors that I have read before and these were the 2 stories that I was most looking forward to reading. Two Hearts Reconnaissance is set in Dragonfly Pointe, the location of many other novels by Tamara Ferguson and brings back some characters from other stories. This was a heartbreaking story which explores child abuse and child trafficking. I was totally gripped to the story of Harry Giordano and Eve Loughlin both of whom have had terrible childhoods in various foster homes. Eve has now reconciled with her birth mother and Harry (and his foster sister Amy) have been taken in by Gabe and Lucy Giordano. This story takes you from their first meeting at age 13 to them meeting again as adults and a lot in between. Although not a full length novel, Tamara Ferguson packs so much into this story. The Player by Jacquie Biggar is set in the ice hockey world. Star player Roy is being hounded by a crazy ex-girlfriend who is spreading lies about him and it’s affecting his career. Enter PR woman Patience who is hired to improve his public persona. This is a great story which will have you laughing at the antics of Roy and Patience. Roy does everything he can to annoy and rile Patience and she just falls into his trap everytime. Can she help fix his career or will the crazy ex get her way?
Beautiful book, sweet, sexy, painful and heartbreaking all in one. The characters and storyline are perfect. I love stories about falling in love with brother’s best friend, and this one was great because of all the background issues. My heart ached for Sam and Sadie in regards to their grandmother. I can’t decide who I felt more loss for, Sam, with the way he and his life spiraled out of control or Sadie, who seemed conflicted due to her brother’s actions and words as well as dealing with her relationship and feelings for Archer. Archer was a total prince, in that he was always there for Sadie, and always wanted to be around her to help her with anything. I could see how much love he had for her. The ending was rough, it left me hoping for a second book, maybe to see how Sam changes his life. I was thinking maybe he may end up getting involved with Sadie’s friend Rory, but being introduced to Archer’s cousin Lyssa at the end gets me wondering if maybe her and Sam…. I would highly recommend this book.

Mountains Series Boxed Set:(Books 1-3) By Phoebe Alexander
5 +++ But deserves way more
This series has tore my emotions to absolute shreds, if you want to sit down and get completely immersed in a heart stopping story full of drama, love, heat, heartbreak, smiles, tears and mountain climbing then grab these 3 books which have been conveniently boxed together for you, find a quiet place, grab your drink of choice and grab a hold and hang on.
Mountains Wanted book 1 – I have to say that this story was 99.99999999999% perfect, whatever percentage is left in that number is solely based on the fact that I have never wanted inside a man’s mind more than I wanted in this one. I’ve read a million books in my life and many are from just one POV and that’s ok and awesome, but this one for some reason I just needed to know what he was thinking. He felt like such a mystery to me. If I wanted anything more from this story that would have been it. This story was so full of emotion and I felt it deep, I also feel like I won’t make it stopping to write this review, I need to jump in to the next NOW!
Mountains Climbed book 2 – Oh Dear Lord this author is trying to kill me! I can not even with her right now!
One thing I wanted more than anything after reading the first of this series was to be able to hear from James and Oh My Word I got that in this part…I can not even imagine his struggle, the back and forth that was twisting his thoughts and emotions therefore twisting mine.
Then Sarah, Oh My Heart! While reading both of these books but especially this one her feelings jumped right off the pages and planted themselves in my heart…
Mountains Loved book 3 – ***sigh***
I have so many conflicting emotions with this book….I don’t think I have ever in all my years of reading wanted to crawl into a book and hit somebody upside the head as bad as I wanted to in this book. This is an ongoing story so please don’t try to read this as a standalone, there is so much substance you will be missing if you do that. I will not go into any detail regarding the storyline so as not to spoil anything from the first 2 books. I have such a high respect for Sarah, i could feel the torment she went through at times as if it were me in the story, her strength to do what her head told her to do even though her heart was shattered was so brave, classifying her as one of the strongest people i have ever read About.
One of my favorite series of all time…Please dont click past these books…They are simply Amazing!!

OH MY GOODNESS!! OH MY GOODNESS!! This story is one of the best stories I have read in a long time. Theresa Sederholt can build a world in her writings that I was catapulted into. Her character development is complex. Her plot line is engaging and I could not put the book down until I finished it. This story is about Dane. He has a secret that he does not want to come out of his closet, but that may be happening. He is on a fast lane to hell. Will Dane be able to climb his way out of hell? Can he remain strong? I highly recommend this book.

This is a great collection of short stories written by some great authors. Each author has written their version of Red Riding Hood. Each one is different, each one will have you turning pages fast. My favorite is by Autumn Sand – Ruby. This is a creative story about hope, love, betrayal and second chances. I won’t say too much other than it was an awesome story. What happens when you lose everything only to have something so much stronger come into your life? I highly recommend this anthology, it was worth picking it up. I found some new authors as well as a few favorites and I think you will too.
I enjoyed this book and it is one of my favorites by this author yet. This is a creative, well written story that pulled me in right from the beginning. Her attention to details made me feel as if I was part of the story. Her characters are connectable and their chemistry is awesome. It was only supposed to be one night and what a steamy night that was. Dan had given up hope that he would ever see Kayla again until he found her two doors down. She had a secret to keep until he showed up at her door and shattered her. They are strong characters that are supportive of each other and honestly, kept me turning pages. I highly recommend their story.

I truly enjoyed these stories which are based on Red Riding Hood. They pull you in and I found myself not wanting the put them down. I love anthologies as I have a chance to read stories by authors I am familiar with, but also new authors as well. Some stories are steamy and others romantic. They didn’t disappoint and I would recommend reading this anthology. There is one story that I found myself falling in love not only with the story but the characters as well. It is:

I absolutely loved reading this version of Red Riding Hood. The story is romantic and sensual. It is a story that had me hooked from the first chapter to the last. I loved the character of Ruby. She is a woman who is dealing with a lot in her life. Will the man that she meets help her? Read the story to find out. The story is about temptation, seduction, and looking inside yourself. I found that the story ended far too soon, and I wanted to know what the future holds for Ruby. The author has done an amazing job of making you feel like you are right there with the character. This story is a favorite of mine in this anthology
