A Dark Sparrow Boxset by India Kells is a series about six brothers and the ties of family. Each of these books is about a different brother however I personally would recommend you reading them in order as the characters development from the author is brilliant. It would give you a more complete experience. Each book – each brother – is fantastic to read about. Their stories are so different and yet all have that similar feeling to them. And they each find the one person who is their perfect match. The stories are all exciting and fast paced. You are drawn into them so easily and simply cannot put them down. You should do yourself a favour and buy this boxset today.

The Dark Sparrow series from India Kells has to be my favorite series of hers to date. When I saw that the first three books were available as a box set, I knew I had to scoop it up. Not only do I have to still devour the first book in the series, I know several gals that would love this series just as much as I have so it makes the perfect gifting option. I have truly felt all the emotions known while reading these novels and the series will keep you entertained for hours with lots of suspense and steamy content. I am so excited to get to read the first book and then re-read the following ones. I will be looking forward to seeing what else will come from the ever talented India Kells. Below is my reviews for books two and three.
Cold Bastard (Dark Sparrow #2) “The question isn’t who’s going to let me; it’s who’s going to stop me.” ~ Ayn Rand
This was my first experience reading any of India Kells novels. I had not read the first one in the Dark Sparrow series, but didn’t feel like it affected my ability to fully enjoy this one. Though, since I did, I am compelled to go back and read that, and maybe some more of this author. I really enjoyed how India Kells managed to weave a detailed and complicated storyline with ease and friendly to the reader. It was fast paced and had me on the edge of my seat until I suddenly found myself with no more to read in a few short hours. I found it a perfect poolside read full of mystery, adventure, suspense, romance, and so much more. Our two main characters in this novel are Zoe and Archer. Each have secrets in their past that will come back to haunt them. Will these be detrimental to not only their survival, but also their ability to find a happily ever after that you so want them to find?
I really connected to Zoe. She is a curvy, smart, and sassy redhead, much like myself. To me this really pulled me into the story and had me feeling like I was on the same page with her throughout the entire novel. Zoe is a Dark Sparrow (A soul offered a new life in exchange for a favor to be repaid later.) that has been assigned to infiltrate the Blackwood Corporation. This is where Archer comes in. I found him to be a nice compliment to Zoe. Archer has a very different persona. In his past it was his secrets that has turned him into the cold bastard that he is today. Zoe never figured that she would fall for someone like Archer but finds herself feeling a very strong attraction towards him. Will she choose to follow her heart or fulfill her job above all?
I really look forward to reading the next book in the series. I hope that it will keep me on the edge of my seat much like this one.
“Life Shrinks or expands in proportion with one’s courage.”~ Anais Nin
Wild Bastard (Dark Sparrow #3)
India Kells really just keeps on outdoing her own self. I have been an avid reader of Kells for a long time now so any time a new book of hers is available I tend to scoop them up without so much as a blink. I’m especially partial to this Dark Sparrow series of hers. Wild Bastard is the third book in the series, but could if you really want to miss out on some fantastic novels read this as a stand alone. They do have recurring characters but India Kells always keeps it easy to follow.
Wild Bastard is Kai and Izzy’s story. I adored these two and really enjoyed reading their journey. The two met and fell madly in love with each other years before but Izzy one day disappeared without so much as a goodbye. Here we are now and we find Izzy and Kai crossing each other’s path again. Will they be able to capture that same love they had before and hang on to it this time? I can’t wait to find out what will come next for the Dark Sparrow series!

This was an AMAZING box set!! I absolutely loved everything about it! The authors writing was phenomenal and each story was a 5 star read for me! The box set included Lost Bastard, Cold Bastard and Wild Bastard – these are the first three books in the Dark Sparrow series and are well worth a read! The series features 6 brothers and if the first three are anything to go by I cannot wait to meet the next three! It’s difficult to choose a favourite book from this box set as each brother has their own story to tell but if I really had to choose one then I think probably Cold Bastard – there was just something about this story which really pulled me in – it was a little more complex than the other two so I think I was really invested in what was happening and had to work a little harder to fully get to know the characters! This really is an amazing box set that I 100% recommend! I am really looking forward to more to come from this series!

Kells is a mastermind of the romantic suspense genre. This box set is absolutely a must read and must buy. Each book stands solidly on its own but once you read one you will absolutely want to read the rest. I loved each book and love that they are available together now. I absolutely recommend this set and this author. Five stars!

A Dark Sparrow Box Set by India Kells consists of the three books in this series: Lost Bastard, Cold Bastard, and Wild Bastard. This is a really good series that I enjoyed. Cold Bastard by India Kells is the second book in the Dark Sparrow series. I was really looking forward to reading this after reading the first book and I was not disappointed. The story is about Zoe Somersby and Archer Blackwood. Zoe had been brought in to work for Archer as an undercover agent. The characters are well written and allowed the story to flow. There was lots of suspense and mystery as well as a little romance. I really like this is a well thought out story and the characters are interesting people. Everyone is not always what one would assume. I look forward to reading the next book in the series to see where the story goes next. Wild Bastard by India Kells is the third book in A Dark Sparrow series. This tells the story of Kai and Isabel. Kai is trying to take down his father’s business and in the process runs into his past. Isabel after breaking his heart in the past has become a strong woman who has a life and secrets of her own. Will the two find their happily ever after? Like the other books in the series, this can be read as a standalone. I have enjoyed not only this one but the others as well. Characters overlap and it is nice to get Kai’s story. I enjoyed the characters and wanted to see everything work out for them. The problems they encounter are crazy at times but seem to bring them closer and in a better understanding of one another. I enjoyed this book and look forward to others from this author.

A Dark Sparrow Box Set (Dark Sparrow Series Books 1-3) By: India Kells 5 out of 5 stars
This is a set of books that will hook you in from the very beginning and will take you on a journey that includes suspense and romance. The books had me turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. I really loved reading about the character of Archer Blackwood. Archer is a man that is considered hard and cold. He finds himself in a world that he never knew existed. Will he also discover love? I also enjoyed reading about the character of Kai. He is resourceful and who with his brothers have the objective of bringing down their father. What will happen when a woman from his past reappears with secrets of her own? I found myself caring about each one of these characters with each chapter that I read. The stories had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading them. There are romantic scenes and also bantering back and forth. I also enjoyed reading about the other characters that are introduced. Don’t miss out on a set of stories that will pull you in and not let you go until the final page. Highly recommended.

The Dark Sparrow Box Set contains books 1-3 in the thrilling Dark Sparrow Series by India Kells. It contains the 3 full length novels Lost Bastard, Cold Bastard and Wild Bastard. India Kells is an author I’ve come to love over the last 18 months and these 3 books are a fantastic example of how great an author she is. The Dark Sparrow series is centred around 6 brothers. They are all the bastard sons of their evil father and have joined forces to bring him down. Each book gives us the story of one brother and the woman who has captured his heart. These 3 books contain Alexsei, Archer and Kai. You could technically read each of these books as a standalone but as it’s such an amazing series I’d definitely recommend reading them all, starting with these 3. If you love a great romance story which is filled with drama and suspense then this is definitely the series for you. India Kells sure knows how to write a fantastic story that will take you on an amazing roller coaster of a journey. Added to that is her skill of writing amazing characters who really draw you into their stories and make you want more. I promise that you will absolutely love Alexsei, Archer and Kai. As there are 6 brothers I’m kind of assuming that we are going to get another 3 fabulous books to add to this series. I’m praying that is the case as this is a series I could read over and over and still love it every time.

I have loved this series from the first book I picked up. I was excited to see that the first three books in this series is in one box set. Each book is about a different brother, one is rich, one is a beach bum and the other is an orphan. They are hot, sexy men that will take you on a journey of secrets, romance and even some action. They all had me turning pages fast and left me wanting more. If there is anyone boxset that you must read, it is this one! I highly recommend picking up this one.

A Dark Sparrow Box Set – Books 1-3 (Dark Sparrow Series) by India Kells is a great series you want to get your hands on.
Book 1 Brilliant! Deva is forced to return to a life she left leave behind but it is only temporary, or so she tries to tell herself but she finds herself falling in love with a man who would be her downfall. His world is not a world she wants to be in.
Aleksei is a MMA fighter with ties to the Russian Bratva and a dark, dark world. Aleksei’s fathers is an evil man and he has just discovered that there are others that hate the man as much as he does.
I’m not going to give the plot away, but I will say this was a superbly written story, a gripping page-turner, with a good helping of grit, angst and smouldering scenes. A fabulous read for those who love the genre and I will very much look forward to reading more.
Cold Bastard (Dark Sparrow Novel Book 2) is a real page turner and the chaos start from the very beginning. We are thrown into a world where power and money mean more than blood. Where a monster will get what he wants and doesn’t care who or what he destroys to get there. The mystery and intrigue will keep you on the edge of your seat and with all the twists and turns you don’t see what’s coming.
What would you do to keep all those you love safe?
Wild Bastard (A Dark Sparrow Novel Book 3) is another gripping tale in this series and about second chances. India’s stories are cleverly woven together and are definite page turners and she has never let me down. I know I am in great hands when I pick up one of her explosive stories. I was on the edge of my seat and I was unable to put it down as I had to know what was coming. The story complex and multi layered and is full of action and danger, intrigue and suspense, secrets and lies and so much more and sizzling, sexy and hot, hot, hot.
Isabelle is introduced to the Bastards and chosen for her particular ability, to help them bring down a monster. What she did not expect was a part of her past to show and have all her secrets revealed.
Kai is torn between bringing down the man who destroys everything, to the one woman who can bring him to his knees.
India has lead us through a world where suspense and danger are the name of the game. Where secrets and lies could ruin it all. Where monsters lurk and cause havoc. Where love is is found in the unlikely of circumstances.
This is a must to be on your TBR list. I know you will love them as much as I did. I am waiting to see what comes next.

This book can be read as a standalone but I would recommend reading this series in order. The first book is brilliantly written and definitely worth reading. This book is packed with hot love scenes and brings you on an emotional roller coaster. Spencer, Josie and Gage bring you into their quirky triad. It is a wonderfully written story that is full of action, adventure, suspense, heartwarming romance and heartbreaking pain. I highly recommend this book and look forward to reading more stories by India Kells.

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) By India Kells 5 stars
The Traitor by India Kells is the second installment of the Underground Bad Boys Romance series. It is a quick read that will suck you in from the very beginning. This is the story of Spencer Knox and Josie Baird. Spencer has recently moved to a small town and is now the owner of a mechanic shop. He has his dark demons and has done some things that he is ashamed of. Josie was recently separated from her ex-husband and must overwork herself to be able to pay him back so she can finally get divorced. While looking for another job to add to all the others that she needs to pay off her ex-husband, she meets Spencer and his friend Gage. The chemistry is undoubtedly instant and the magic that happens between these three characters, is like human combustion. If you are into ménage et trois (M/F/M), then this is the book for you.

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells needs to be added to your reading list as soon as possible. The book is not too lengthy and I devoured this book in a single day, and it kept my interest from start to finish. This is the second book in the series and while I always read series in order, this book can be read as a stand-alone in my opinion. India Kells is an amazing writer, who has a way of drawing in her readers. She portrays all characters flawlessly while delivering stories that are nothing short of remarkable. Josie Baird has made some decisions in her life. She made a mistake of marrying a man who turned out to be abusive and has come to blackmail her to get his debt paid off. Josie wants nothing less that her freedom from the marriage so she is working herself almost to death, doing whatever she can to get to her goal. Spencer Knox has recently moved into her quiet small town, and took over ownership of a mechanic shop. Knox has many demons living inside of him from his upbringing and a choice that he had to make, which ultimately led to him being a traitor. He has an attraction to Josie but promises himself to keep it at bay, thinking that his demons are too much for her. However, on a whim an old friend from his past shows up at his shop. Knox knows that he can no longer stay to the side and let Josie work and wear herself down like she has been doing for months. He becomes protective and insistent on helping her, however he can manage. The three of them become somewhat of a couple because Knox still pushes his true feelings for Josie to the side. Is it truly easy to share someone that you want for yourself, even if you think you don’t deserve it?

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells
This book definitely turns up the heat. This book is just as awesome as the first one. Spencer moved to a small town and bought a garage to get away from his past. He fights his demons on a regular basis and sees himself as a traitor. There is a woman who gets in his head as soon as he lays eyes on her. Josie who married an abusive man and is trying to get a divorce is working herself to the bone to try to achieve her freedom. Gage comes into the picture to see his old friend and to get away and that’s when things really heat up and get more intriguing. This story has more than steamy moments, it has romance, intrigue, danger, and heartache. This is definitely a must read. I highly recommend this book.

THE TRAITOR is book two in “An Underground Bad Boys Romance” series and can be read as a stand-alone.
Fast paced in both tone and time line, this terrific story is readable in one sitting. Told in third person, these characters are strong and well developed.
Sexy AF, the two male protagonists are former cage fighters who have left their old underground life to start new. The female main character has a lot to learn and these fellas are just the guys to help her get her groove back.

Wow-what a read! The Traitor is Book #2 in the Underground Bad Boys Series by author India Kells, and boy oh boy was I not disappointed with how amazingly captivating this book was. This is a book that pulls you in until you forget everything around you and the next thing you know you have finished it. This is a very steamy, sexy romantic read with characters that demand to have their story read. I loved reading the journeys of the main characters, also with how descriptive India Kells writes her books you can’t help but feel as though you are living the story along with them. The chemistry that is within this book is undeniable.
This book had everything and more! I can’t wait to see what else is to come and also what else this author can bring! I’ll eagerly be awaiting more from India Kells.

India Kells really kicked up the steam with this second installment of the Underground Bad Boys Romance series. The Traitor has to be my favorite book of India Kells that I have read yet. I love the dark and twisty storyline laced with passion and emotion that can’t be topped except if it were to be real life. Be prepared for steamy m/f/m scenes so make sure that is your cup of tea, if so this is one of the better written scenarios that I have read.
Spencer has not had an easy life, most definitely not the one that he would like to have either. Things may not be so easy even now, when a mysterious woman brings his past back into light. Josie is killing herself with work to try and undo the damage the past and terrible ex caused her. The new man in town will bring about even more change. And then there is Gage, my personal favorite. He is running from the past and finds himself a little something to occupy his time and mind in the meantime. Unfortunately, Gage will have more struggle and once again the one who doesn’t belong. These three will light up your kindles and keep you on your toes until the very end. I can’t wait to find out what the next book will hold!

This is the next book in this series, while its not necessary to read book 1, I would because its a great book and we see the previous characters in this one. We meet Knox and Josie in this book and wow, you could feel the heat through the pages. Im not giving anything away because its best read yourself. But just know you won’t want to put it down once you start. Stubborn Knox and sweet Josie are sure to become favorites just like they did for me.

The Traitor by India Kells is the second book in the Underground Bad Boys series. I love India Kells stories. She is an amazing storyteller. She can hold my attention with her words and the images that I can see in my mind’s eye. I am not one for steaming sex scenes but this story made me rethink that view point. This story is about Spencer and what he has been apart of socially. He has been on the down low since he betrayed his boss. He sees Josie and he wants to keep his distance because he believes she is not right for him. He was doing just that until he sees someone from his past. The Traitor by India Kells is the second book in the Underground Bad Boys series.
This is Knox’s story and it grabbed me at the beginning. There was something about Knox that drew me in. He has his demons from the past and needs to find a better way to release them when they get too loud.
Josie has too much weight on her young shoulders. Having to fix problems that aren’t hers is aging her a lot.
I have read several other books by Ms. Kells and have enjoyed every one of them and looking forward to keeping up with this series.

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells. I flipping LOVED this story! I love India Kells so anytime I see her name attached to a book I’m reading it. This is the story of Spencer Knox who because of a life living on the streets turned into him working his way up in the Underground but his conscience wouldn’t let him keep doing it. He eventually turns on them and helps take them down. Now he’s a very wanted guy. He moves to a small town where he buys a garage and works there trying to forget how he is now a “Traitor”. One day on his way to work he sees a beautiful girl walking to the shop from the Lake which is where he lives. He calls her the Lady from the Lake but her name is Josie Baird who is running from her own past. Her abusive ex husband has black mailed her into paying all his bills before he would give her a divorce so she’s flat broke and starting from scratch as well. Josie is very proud and doesn’t want hand out from anyone so when Spencer stops to pick her up during a blizzard and take her home she hesitates. He finally convinces her and he takes her to his house that he shares with his friend Gage. Gage has come to help Spencer with the garage and they are both attracted to Josie. This is where the it gets hot up in here! I don’t want to say to much else to ruin the book for you but do yourself a favor and read this book! You will love it!

The Traitor, An Underground Bad Boys series by India Kells was the 2nd book in the series but could easily be read as a stand-alone. I do recommend reading book one because India is a very gifted writer. Her books are hot and the story is engaging. I never got bored or had to take a break. Overall I liked the characters and the writing. I thought it was very good and liked it a lot. I would give a 4 star rating. Looking forward to others!

The Traitor is the second book in the Underground Bad Boys series. It can be read as a standalone.
I enjoyed the characters in this book. It can be difficult to find romance novels with strong female leads, but I found Josie to be a well-written character. Even though Josie was in a bad situation, she was making an effort on her own to take care of her problems before Knox showed up in her life. It didn’t have that whole damsel-in-distress feel. I did feel bad for Gage at the end. Poor guy. Third time will be the charm? One can hope at least. I love his character.
The Traitor has plenty of steamy scenes to keep you entertained. I’m glad the author is writing bisexual characters. It gives more complexity to the story. One of the other things I love about this book is that it isn’t all light and fluffy. It’s got grit yet still manages to pull on your emotions.

The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells is a dark erotic romance story that is Hot, hot, hot. It is M/F/M that will leave you sizzling and steamy as the words jump off the page. I really enjoy India’s books and her stories are wonderfully written. We are taken on a journey where there is drama and danger, heartache and pleasure, suspense and intrigue. The characters are full of pain and emotion and are as flawed as they are broken and all fighting their own demons. This ménage à trois is beautifully woven and well crafted.
Spencer’s life has been spent in the dark and seedy side of life and it has left him with things that are bogging him down. He is not proud of that life and the burden is sometimes too tough to handle. This is another book from the Underground Bad Boys Romance series by India Kells.
It follows the story of Spencer Knox and Josie.
Spencer escaped the underworld and sets up life in a small town away from everything he knows. His life seems to be going well until the arrival of Josie.
Josie is his neighbour but she has problems that no one knows and when Knox finds out he cant turn away from her.
What starts off as a business deal to help solve her problems leads them to developing feelings for each other but this is too much for Knox to bear. So he runs and pushes Josie away.
Can he be brave enough to put all his fears aside and embrace the love of a woman he never expected to fall for.
Its a lovely love story that proves love can change people for the better and if you want something bad enough you can make it happen

5 Star The Traitor (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 2) by India Kells is the second Book in the An Underground Bad Boys Series. When Spencer’s friend comes for a visit he finds himself in a threesome. He can’t keep away from her and feels like he needs to control his dark side. These two have a attraction to each other and she is very intrigued by the hints of who he was in the past.Do these two have a chance at a future together? Another great Underground Bad Boy book by India Kells. Who doesn’t love a man of mystery with a past paired with a girl who’s ex missed her up? Then you throw in sexy Gage for some kinkiness – I’M SOLD! The chemistry between these characters just made the book that good; I couldn’t stop thinking about them all night. India, you have written a book the grabbed me from the first chapter. I can’t wait to see what the next book will bring; please let Gage find his soulmate(s). If you like a book with a lot of heat and a little drama mixed in then you need to read this series.

The Traitor is the second book in An Underground Bad Boys Romance series by India Kells. This is a fantastic book with some HOT M/F/M ‘action’ that will steam up your whole reading experience. Spencer Knox carries the burden of a past he’s not proud of. He went against everything he knew, betraying his boss and the life he’d made. In his heart and mind, he considers himself a traitor and would love to find a little redemption. He moved far away to start fresh. He set himself up with a mechanical garage and wants to just live a ‘normal life’, for a change. But, as often is the case, fate has a different plan for him. Josie works herself to the bone and still can’t afford a decent place to stay. She’s a hamster on a wheel of debt that she’s desperate to get out from under. She takes on the job at the garage to cover for the receptionist who is away for a while. And this is where things start to get a whole lot more interesting! Oh, and let’s not forget Gage…. who came to help Spencer with the garage. He adds an extra element of interest- and sizzle! As I have said before, Ms. Kells is one of my favourite authors, so getting this book was definitely a ‘no-brainer’. This story is wonderfully written, with red HOT encounters, drama, danger, pleasure, pain, heartache, intrigue, suspense, romance, and emotion. The story may be sizzling hot, but there is definitely more to the story than just the ménage and sexcapades- there is a ‘deeper’ story, with clever crafting, interwoven details, and the beautifully flawed characters who are each fighting their own demons- and looking for their own form of redemption. The characters were so well developed, with their own interesting personalities, quirks and flaws. They were relatable, believable, and endearing. I was rooting for them the whole way through. I really loved catching up with Tessa and Locke (from Book #1)too!!! The ending was perfect! I can’t wait to see what comes next!

The Traitor is the second novel is the Underground Bad Boy series by India Kells. This is my fifth novel by this author.
Spencer Knox is man is hiding after leaving his previous life behind. He lives in a small town where no one knows him as a mechanic and he is perfectly fine with that.
Josie Bard is trying to get a divorce from her husband who refuses to give her a divorce until she pays him back the money.
When Spencer finds out about Josie’s living condition, he insists that she move in with him and his friend Gage but things don’t start platonic for long. Spencer is trying but his instinct to protect make him unable to keep his distance from Josie. Will he able to overcome his past mistakes?
Just like the first novel, I was interested from the first page. I loved the characters and the plot and I felt they are worked well together to make a novel.
I just wish it was longer but I hope we get another novel in this series.
