The Dating Itinerary by Brooke Williams – Review by Jessica Leombruno

The Dating ItineraryThe Dating Itinerary by Brooke Williams
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Dating Itinerary by Brooke Williams was a cute fun Rom-Com. Penny and Geo are rivals in the newspaper world. Both are working on similar stories about dating and they keep running into each other. I have to say that I’m happy that I don’t have to date these days, all the different ways of dating just sound more like headaches. The question is will Penny and Geo find love…

Penny and Geo had great chemistry and I loved their bantering. Brooke Williams’s writing is good and easy to fall for; my only complaint is the storyline was a little predictable at times.

Rookie MovesRookie Moves by Tarrah Anders
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Rookie Moves by Tarrah Anders is part of the Quick Snap novellas which takes place in Kristen Proby’s With Me in Seattle series about Will Montgomery’s Football Team.

Grant Toolson is the new rookie that just seems to keep getting into some trouble. When his coaches and team owner makes him do some charity work to clean up his image, he didn’t expect to find a girl. Emily Materson might be the Mayor’s daughter but she has a bit of a wild side hiding under her goodness. They think their meetings are fate but will Emily wild side hurt Grant in the long run?

I loved Grant and Emily, they are great additions to this world and I couldn’t get enough of their story. I love Tarrah’s writing and the fact that she wrote in this series was a bonus.

Accepted (Rhodes Family Book 2) by Lisa Wood – Review by Jessica Leombruno

AcceptedAccepted by Lisa Wood
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I couldn’t wait to get my hands on Accepted after reading the first book in the Rhodes Family series. But I will say it is better if you read Shattered before you read Accepted, so you know and understand some of the other moments going on in the storylines.

After reading Shattered I just had to know the deal between Hunter, Ava, and Thomas. My heart broke for Hunter more times then I could even imagine, All the things Hunter had to go through just to get to where he was ready to ask for forgiveness from Ava and Thomas. Oh, and the sexiness was turned up a notch between this Throuple.

We did get a little glimpse at another Rhodes brother; I would love to know his story. Crossing my fingers for Lisa Wood to write another book in this series. Overall, a great book with addictive characters.

ShatteredShattered by Lisa Wood
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Shattered by Lisa Wood is my first book by this author and by what I just read, this won’t be my last. The Rhodes name can get you almost anything you want in New York, but Gabriel Rhodes is going to have to work hard to get the one thing he never wanted.

Gabe is your typical “Playboy” but when Olivia Cameron comes to interview at his family’s law firm he will do just about anything to get her to take the job, even spend over half a million dollars on her. But with secrets comes someone else telling the truth.

This fast-paced sexy office romance was so much more then I thought it was going to be. I loved everything about this couple and the Rhodes family. I so need to know more about that other office romance no one is talking about.

I'll See You Again (Reigning Hearts, #4)I’ll See You Again by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

If a small town, opposites-attract rock star romances are your thing then I’ll See You Again by K.G. Fletcher, is your next read. This is the fourth book in the Reigning Hearts series that is full of HEAs that will touch your heart.

Nicky Sinclair and Reid Macpherson were sweet, sexy, and everything that true love is about. But like all good love stories, some parts will have you grabbing tissues and crying along with the characters.

K.G. Fletcher’s writing always seems to put my heart on an emotional rollercoaster and loving every character she writes. I highly recommend reading any of her books and not falling in love.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Better than Goodbye by Kinney Scott is a second chance romance that will have you thinking about the one that got away. Do you choose your dream job or the boy you have loved forever?

Kent and Amanda’s story was one that had their ups and downs but we all know that they were bound to end up together.

The beginning of the book was a little choppy for me and it took some time to actually start to like the characters. But by the end, I was enjoying the story and I’m looking forward to reading more in the series.

Falling for the Texan (Prentice Brothers of Sweet Ridge, #2)Falling for the Texan by Nicole Flockton
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I am loving this series! Falling for the Texan is the second book in the Prentice Brothers of Sweet Ridge by Nicole Flockton. Tyler Prentice is ready to lunch his winery but first, he needs some marketing help. Tyler thought he was having a friend help but he wasn’t expecting Gianna Lucchia. Gianna is the opposite of any girl in Texas, but can we say opposites attract. Tyler and Gianna were traffic characters and had me loving their romance.

I have fallen hard for the Prentice Brothers but I’m impatiently waiting to see what will happen with the third brother.

Some old fashioned gestures will never go out of style in this modern world. One Hot Texas Summer was a sweet love story that some men need to read to get some pointers. Tate Prentice and Kelly Turner have some serious chemistry that you can feel the tingles while reading their story.

This was my first book by Nicole Flockton and I fell in love with this family of friends. I had the feeling I was missing something in the first chapter but only because I wanted to know more about Charlotte and Macy (Sweet Texas Secrets Series). I can’t wait for more of the Prentice brothers.

I am a sucker for a book that takes place in any part of my home state. That might have drawn me to the book but Joanne’s writing and great characters are what had me flipping the pages.

Great storyline, really like the little twist. As this is standalone, I can’t wait to go back and read the first book just to get to know Rebecca Steele a little better. Can’t wait to see what Rebecca’s next adventure going to be.

The Matchmaker and the Marine by Lucinda Race was a great example of why I love second chance romances. As my first book by this author, Melinda and Adam’s story was heartwarming and full of emotions that I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. We all think Vegas is the place to have your bachelor/bachelorette party’s at, but if Spicetopia was a real place it would have Vegas beat.

Makenna and Ty had me laughing-out-loud and loving the bantering between them But nothing was better than the naughty scavenger hunt, I mean who wouldn’t want to do that.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Southern Promises series got me hooked on K.G. Fletcher’s writing. If you’re looking for a series to get lost in while sitting on a back porch drinking Iced Tea, then this is it!

Georgia Clay – Katie and Clay’s story was sexy funny and swoon-worthy. How many of us all wish we could go to our high school reunion and just hit it off with our crush 10 years later? Well, that is how Katie and Clay’s romance started. Katie and Clay both had very demanding jobs but found a way to make long-distance relationship work, didn’t hurt that they were only a 4-hour car ride away.

Georgia on My Mind – Good southern boy who just wants to take care of his woman. Gia and Hart are two broken people who find each other just at the right time and boy do the sparks fly. Hart and Gia might be a little sexier then Clay and Katie.

Georgia Pine – Tim and Jessica’s story; he is the perfect gentleman for this Southern Belle. From their first meeting in the pantry, Tim was meant to loved and take care of these five girls. The way Tim cherished Jessica and loved her adorable four girls melted my heart.
