The Cruiser (The Hustlers Trilogy, #1)The Cruiser by Rowan Rossler
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I would give this more than 5 stars if I could! From the first word to the very last it is a very well written story with a totally captivating, thoughtfully plotted storyline and amazing characters. This author has such a wonderful descriptive writing style that you are not only so cleverly drawn into the characters lives but also their beautiful surroundings, so much so that you really feel as if you are there right along with them. I definitely am now a huge fan and can’t wait to read more from this fabulous author.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A fun, witty romantic read was just what I needed this week and this more than delivered for me!
I fell in love with the wonderful characters right from the first few pages and couldn’t wait to see what fun and havoc was going to come their way. I just knew right from the start that Melodie was going to be the one to shake things up for Isaac. This read left me light hearted and hopeful. What a wonderful author to create such feelings in her readers.

Ruthless Heir (Mafia Elite Book 5) by Amy McKinley – Review by Jules Herbert

Ruthless Heir: An Enemies to Lovers Mafia Romance (Mafia Elite, #5)Ruthless Heir: An Enemies to Lovers Mafia Romance by Amy McKinley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

In this next book of the series Luc is brought into the fold and offered his rightful position as a family boss and Summer, a temporary employee of his new company, is dragged along with him. She is running from danger created by the impulsive actions of another. Ending up with hanging out with a Mafia family while running from another is definitely not what she planned. She soon finds out however, there is so much more in common between her and Luc than she thought possible and that together they both may have just found the one place they truly fit in.
This author always keeps me on the edge of my seat while reading this series. Her talent for creating tough but heartfelt characters is truly amazing. I feel that this 5th book can be read as a stand alone but I HIGHLY recommend reading the other books of the series not only because they are fantastic but also because it will give you more insight into the storyline and other characters.

This highly creative author manages to take her readers on such an emotional ride with characters who have so much more depth to them than you would first expect. Shamrock and Clover grab hold of your heart and they just don’t let go.

Santa...Nope the Grimm Wolves (Grimm Wolves MC #3)Santa…Nope the Grimm Wolves by D.M. Earl
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This one has to be five stars as its definitely my fav of the series so far. Action packed and emotion charged this is a fantastic read. I once again suggest reading the whole series even though should you choose to just read this book it will work for you. The Grimm Wolves are big bad bikers for sure and when pushed they will fight back hard but it has to be said that these guys have the biggest hearts! This book reminds you that sometimes times the strongest families are made and not born by blood.

Wow another wonderful and emotional read from this fab author. Even though it is the second book in this series it could be read as a standalone. If I was you though I would read the first book as well just because its a fab series. This book brings us Bullet ( I would say an unsure and tormented soul), Clementine ( an independent and loves to speak her mind girl), an amazing connection between the characters, loads of action and Romance. I would have loved more but at the same time am excited for the next book!

Well this was an unexpected surprise. I guess I started reading this book with preconceived ideas of what this MC book would be like and they were just shot right out of the park. In short, it is a fantastic, rollercoaster read with far more emotion than I originally expected. I slowly fell in love with the wonderful characters as I took every step along the way with them. I truly am looking forward to the next book. I am sure this will be a series I must continue with asap!

Saving Marvel (Satan’s Devils MC Second Generation #4) by Manda Mellett – Review by Jules Herbert

Saving Marvel (Satan's Devils MC Second Generation Book 4)Saving Marvel by Manda Mellett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow this author has done it again! Another page turner 5 star read from start to finish and all I can say is please keep them coming! I will never get enough of the Satan’s Devils.
Marvel is a long standing character and it is great to get to know him better in this book. We finally get to understand why his very strong feelings towards woman are what they are! Hurt and unable to forgive or forget he is never taking an old lady or letting a woman into his heart again! Then along comes Virginia, just as unable to trust as he is, possibly more so actually. They meet under intense circumstances and for reasons neither really understand share their stories of heartbreak.
When Virginia is being hounded after their shared experience together, Marvel can not stand by and watch her go through all that again. With the help of the MC he steps in to protect her and fix the situation. It’s very surprising to not only the club but himself and he doesn’t know how to handle it. Soon his feelings and what to do about them aren’t the only things he needs to worry about with more danger on its way to them.
Do yourself a huge favour and grab this book today!! you can read it as a stand alone but I recommend reading them all purely because they are so fantastic!

Hawk's Cry (Satan's Devils MC Second Generation #2)Hawk’s Cry by Manda Mellett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow this book hit me right in the heart and hit very close to home for me. This authors writing talent is truly incredible! She addresses Mental Health and the importance being able to accept help in such a heartfelt way. She presents how powerful a family can be, blood or made, in a persons life.

Olivia and Eli have been together basically since birth! Put together in the crib it was the start of a fated bond for sure. Eli is now Hawk, VP of the Satan’s Devils but is it what he was supposed to be in life. Was it his choice or was it what those around him chose for him. He blindsides Olivia by leaving the MC and choosing a civilian life for them. She loves her husband so tries to support him but as weeks go by it is extremely obvious that there is so much more going on with Eli.
After a breakdown it becomes known to all that Eli has been dealing with so much more than anyone realised. Together they will get Eli through this and help Olivia as she approaches the birth of their first child but an old club enemy has other ideas!

It Just Comes Natural ( Powder River Pack Book 3 ) by Brooke May – Review by Jules Herbert

It Just Comes NaturalIt Just Comes Natural by Brooke May
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The 3rd book in this fantastic series certainly doesn’t disappoint in any way! It brings us the Story of Macy ( who has been mentioned a little in the first two books) and Brandon who returns home after a lengthy deployment. I love these characters and i know you will too.
Macy and Brandon first meet the night before he is to deploy, they share an unforgettable night together which leaves them both with more than they ever expected! Fast forward five years and Brandon is home and about to find out he not only has a mate he feels drawn to find but a firecracker of a daughter he created on that amazing night together. Macy and Brandon still feel that connection but has too much time past and too many things changed for them to truly make it all work?
While this 3rd book in this amazing series, could be read as a stand alone if you wish, personally I would start from the beginning purely because it is a fantastic series and you will want to get to know everyone properly! I really hope there is more coming our way soon!

The second book in this fantastic series had me totally hooked from start to finish. I am now so invested in the lives of the Powder River Pack I can’t wait to see where life is going to take them in this wonderful series!

A Second Chance ( Powder River Pack Book 1 ) by Brooke May – Review by Jules Herbert

A Second Chance (The Powder River Pack #1)A Second Chance by Brooke May
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is the first Paranormal book I have read by this author and to say I am hooked would be an understatement. I will say though, if you aren’t a huge Paranormal fan, don’t worry, I still believe you will absolutely love this series because while the story is about a Werewolf pack at it’s core it’s truly a romance about a man and a woman torn apart by the lies and deception of others.
Derek and Annabelle meet at a young age at school and soon become inseparable with Derek knowing Anna is his fated mate. Lies and deception from others tear them apart for many years until Anna returns to town to deal with her dying father. They are both forced to face the past, find the truth of what really happened and deal with the outcomes.
I just have to mention Spencer, Annas bestie, He is a gem and total crack up. I’d love to see him have his story told one day and find his love with a big bad werewolf.

Reunion in the Outback (Welcome to Bunya Junction Book 4) by Nicole Flockton – Review by Jules Herbert

Reunion in the Outback (Welcome to Bunya Junction, #4)Reunion in the Outback by Nicole Flockton
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

5 stars all the way and I would give more if I could! The author has creatively formed a wonderful community in this series and Bunya Junction is somewhere I’d love to be!
This 4th books sees Yolanda and Michael go through some very difficult times in their marriage. Yolanda returns home to Bunya Junction needing some space to try and sort out if her marriage is really going to make it. Very soon after, her husband Michael also returns determined to prove to her that their marriage is everything and he wants his wife back!
Communication or lack there of, is definitely a topic of the book and at times I swear I wanted to reach into the book and “Gibbs” slap them both! I kept saying “just tell him” or “damn it tell her!!”. Now the fact the author had me talking to her fictional characters so passionately, as if I was right there with them, is proof to me of her amazing writing talent and the quality of her writing.

Seductively Yours (Titans of Manhattan Book 3) by Anise Storm – Review by Jules Herbert

Seductively Yours (Titans Of Manhattan, #3)Seductively Yours by Anise Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh these Titans have me hooked! Strong powerful characters who have their hearts awakened by equally strong women. It is just so much fun to see these guys fall and fall hard.
This time it is Mason who will fall for the beautiful Rhyann. Their attraction is immediate and burns hot, a nameless one night stand follows and that is it… or so they thought. Next thing you know Rhyann is applying for a job and guess who the boss is…her super hot one night stand!! At first the last thing Mason wants to do is employ her but decides to give her a chance. Maybe that will help kill his attraction because he never gets involved with employees. Of course Mason fights it with all his might but eventually he gives in to the fact that the heart wants what the heart wants!!
This is such a creative, well written story where you are drawn into the world of the characters and feel their emotions just as much as they do. I can’t wait to read the next Titans downfall!

You are so drawn into the story by her vivid imagery that you quickly recognise those characters you will hate just as much as you will love Penny and Leon. Their steamy romance flourishes against all odds and they restore your faith in love being strong enough to beat all the odds.

Doctor in the Outback (Welcome to Bunya Junction, #3)Doctor in the Outback by Nicole Flockton
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This Story focuses on Scott the gorgeous Dr who’s story has been teasing us up till now and Franceen, the new Dr in town. Their attraction to each other is instant but given they work together and he is her boss, they fight it until it becomes way to hard to resist. With matters from the past coming back to stir things up their road to their HEA isn’t always smooth but it is 100% a road worth taking!!!
I just love Bunya Junction! This 3rd book in the Welcome to Bunya Junction series focused more on the two main characters, as it should I know, then the town but you still get a feel for this wonderful little town and it’s gorgeous people. I just want to live there!!

A quick read that I definitely wish was a lot longer! Even though I was left with a few questions I enjoyed the story of Dr D and Emily very much. They are wonderful characters that you really fell for very quickly. My heart broke for Desmond and the absolutely heart breaking, no win situation he is put in! I don’t want to give away any spoilers so I will just say I really hated his family and the way they treated him. Emily is a bubbly character and a truly great match for Dr D. If you are after a read with great characters who have loads of heart and a HEA this is the one for you!

Journeys Through Collection: Volume 1-3Journeys Through Collection: Volume 1-3 by James Talisman
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Journeys Through Collection is the first series from James Talisman and I definitely think it will be the first of many from this talented author. I am not usually a Sci/Fi reader but after reading this amazing boxset with such vivid worlds and creatively written characters I might just be starting to become a fan. To get this old girl to try something new is no small feat so thanks Mr Talisman for showing me old dogs can in fact learn new tricks.
I will say I struggled at first with the amount of changes from one place/ set of characters to another…I guess I should actually call that the Multiverse… but that is totally on me. I kept with it and found my flow with the story and I am so glad I did. If this kind of story telling is a challenge for you also, I strongly suggest sticking with it as you will be rewarded with an action packed, imaginative and phenomenally well crafted story.
Having the boxset is definitely the way to go so that you can can just keep reading. You won’t want to wait between books! All I can say is get reading now!

Road Rage (OUTLAW, #4)Road Rage by Karina Kantas
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book dives straight into the action right from the start and is continuous action right through. There is always something happening! The book is definitely not for the faint hearted as there is very adult and sometimes very violent content. This is the fourth book in the series but the first one I have actually read. It is very easily read as a stand alone. You really don’t need to have read the other books first but with this book being such a good read, I highly recommend reading the rest of the series. Given how enjoyable this book was I just know the rest of the series will be too.

This book was a great read, with plenty always happening, it is quite fast paced. Wonderful characters draw you into the sometimes very intense storyline making you feel a part of the story. I was definitely on the side of the two main characters Sofia and Theo while also hoping something really terrible would happen to the bad guy of the story! I decided very early in the story that he absolutely deserved something really bad while Sofia and Theo deserved a very HEA. To me it is the sign of a truly great author, when the characters become real to you as you read along.

This book is no exception! I was hooked from the very start when Gina and Bryce meet under a misunderstanding. I knew straight up Gina was going to be highly spirited and that I was going to love her. This book is filled with wonderful characters and a rocky emotion filled road to love. It is a book not to be missed. I will definitely be buying and reading the rest of the series as soon as possible.

Power Play ( Astoria Bay Thunder book 1) by CJ Cartwright – Review by Jules Herbert

Power Play (Astoria Bay Thunder #1)Power Play by C.J. Cartwright
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I absolutely loved reading the story of Levi Fawkes, Captain of the Astoria Bay Thunder and Brynn Mackintosh, a very talented photographer. They were each others first loves over 10 years ago and neither really left that love behind them, even when life took them in different directions.
By a total fluke a radio competition sees them meeting again and then a work opportunity for Brynn sees them working together where it becomes very obvious their off the charts chemistry is still there. Levi wonders if they can recapture what was lost to them years ago, while at the same time Brynn wants to run scared fearing if it didn’t work it truly would break her this time. This is a fantastic start to what I believe is going to be such a fun steamy series filled with wonderful characters that I just can’t wait to read more about. Bring on book 2 I say!!

Luca sets out to have Aly as his own in order to get back at her father but soon realises that might not be the only reason she is all he can focus on. No path to love is going to be easy for them and in this book that is so true. You are kept on the edge of your seat waiting to see what will happen not only for this couple but also for those around them. From the first word to the very last there was always something happening in this action packed, dark steamy romance.
