To Say I loved this book would be a complete and total understatement, There are so many words that haven’t even been invented yet to explain how much I adored this. I adored Piper and I’ve always had a niche for reality type stories with a slight supernatural spin and Kermode Was No Exception. Maggie Adams did a brilliant job building this world and creating Piper and helping make her someone who seemed like someone you could know and who you could see yourself in, even if we don’t all have mysterious powers like hers. 5 out of 5 stars.

Legends: Kermode by Maggie Adams is a paranormal shifter book that was engaging and fun. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and the characters. I have found myself enjoying more shifter books as of late. This book has mystery romance. Overall I enjoyed it and would rate it 4 stars!

Kermode: Legends Series Book 2 by Maggie Adams is a fun paranormal romance, with shifters, humour, magic, mystery, drama, and more. It can be read as a standalone, which is what I have done. But it has intrigued me enough to want to go back and read Catori (Book 1), as well as any future additions. Piper Sweet owns Sweetie Pie’s Bakery and Café. She’s been plagued by unsettling dreams lately, and strange things are happening. She doesn’t realise it yet, but her world is about to turn upside down- and nothing will ever be the same. Noah Stark just knows something is going on. He is on the hunt- and his investigation leads him to way more than he ever expected. He is such a funny guy- so sweet you just want to cuddle him. I was fully invested as he sets about unravelling the mystery. The story introduces us not only to Noah and Piper, but also a cast of interesting and quirky supporting characters. Imagination on steroids! From start to finish this book had me glued to its pages to find out what would happen next. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and watching the plot unfold. The author does a fantastic job with world building and developing a storyline that can easily support a series. This is a book I will be reading again very soon – loved it!

Kermode: Legends Series Book 2 by Maggie Adams is a wonderfully written story. I loved the blend of fantasy, romance, paranormal, and Native American legends in just a few chapters. The story kept me interested and I was able to finish this story in just one afternoon. The relationship between Piper and Nash was whimsical, with notes of humor, reality, defiance and playfulness. The ideas of shifters, as well as Native American legends, was interesting to read about as this was something new to me. I will definitely be looking into more stories by this author.

Kermode is the second book in the Legends series by Maggie Adams. This is not my first book by Maggie Adams and it will not be my last. Adams has an interesting imagination and the gift to transfer it to her story. Her characters are complex and easy to relate to in my life. PiperSweet has taken over her grandparents bakery in Grafton Illinois. There is something going on with her and she is not quite sure she is understanding what is happening to her. Noah hunts rogue shifters. He is in Grafton looking for a shifter with the scent of power. When Noah walks into the bakery and sees PiperSweet he imprints on her and falls for her. Will PiperSweet figure out what is going on with her? Will Noah figure it out who has the scent of power? Sit down grab a drink and settle in for a great book.

Kermode was a very good story! I haven’t read the first one, but this one seemed like a stand alone novel. This was a great, short, shape-shifter story. I loved the Native American aspect to it. It was funny, it was sweet, it was kind of predictable but in a good way! There was definitely some steam in the novel! Kudos to Maggie Adams on this story, I can’t wait to read the second story!

I enjoyed this book. It’s a quick, easy read with loveable characters and fun plot twists. I didn’t have to concentrate to hard to follow the story but it definitely wasn’t boring. If you like shifter stories, you’ll enjoy this one as well! Solid job. 4 stars.

Kermode: Legends Series book 2 by Maggie Adams is a 4 star read. Noah Stark is 6ft 6, a computer genius and also a bear shifter, some people around him think he’s a little crazy and he does nothing to dispute that when he first meets Piper Sweet. Piper Sweet runs a bakery and cafe that used to belong to her grandparents and one morning she finds bear paw prints outside her shop and starts to panic, but things are about to change for Piper and Noah has a lot to do with it. This author is new to me and I really liked her style of writing, the characters were well written and I look forward to reading the stories of the other characters.

Noah, just an innocent looking for some troublemakers walks into her shop and doesn’t even know what hit him. Reader be aware, there are some steamy situations that some may find uncomfortable. Kermode (Legends Series Book 2) By Maggie Adams 4 Stars A fantasy shifter romance with likeable main characters Piper and Noah, and a host of secondary characters that you get to know as well. Although this is book two in Adams, Legends series, it works well as a standalone read (although I enjoyed this book so much I have now read book one as well). The story focuses around Piper, who has been having strange dreams, of fur, claws and magic and even finds herself waking up naked in a field one morning. Noah, who’s job is to get rid of the rouge shifters that have appeared in their small town of Grafton then enters Piper’s bakery and instantly falls in love, ‘imprinting’ on her. This is the start of a lovely romance and a great read. I liked how Piper and Noah’s relationship developed throughout the story. Noah soon realises the new power he has been feeling actually comes from his soulmate Piper, however she doesn’t know it herself. This was a book full of romance, mystery, suspense and humour, it really had it all and it kept me turning the pages well into the night.

This is a quick read that covers shifters, witches, shaman and humans. We meet a group of friends who are all paranormal. Then me meet Piper who runs the local bakery and is not quite human. We get to watch her come to terms with not only the paranormal world but also being one herself. This is cute and inventive. I enjoyed the characters and their bond to each other. This is a first time author for me. I would be interested in more of her stories along this line.

Kermode (Legends Series Book 2) by Maggie Adams was a sweet quick read! If you need a good paranormal read I would gladly recommend Kermode. I did now know what to expect but the book had a little bit of everything. There was steam, romance, and the supernatural. I enjoyed Piper and Noah, they were good characters that I could envision without much effort. The plot and story flowed nicely too which can be tough in the supernatural world.

It has an addictive storyline that quickly pulls readers in. Noah is a Grizzly bear shifter and senses a magical shift that threatens his odd ball family and leader Jonas. Piper is running her grandparent’s bakery and has been having strange dreams.
I really enjoyed this book and could not put it down. The characters were realistic and creative. There was a variety of magical beings in this book that all played into the storyline. It was a great read that I finished in one sitting.

Kermode by Maggie Adams is the second book in the Legends series. This a great shifter story that will definitely keep you interested throughout. The characters in this book are brilliant. I really enjoyed Piper and Noah. They are such well written and perfectly developed characters. The overall story was enjoyable was enjoyable too. I always like a good shifter story. The book was well paced and certainly kept me interested from start to finish. A very good book.

I absolutely loved this read! Everything about this I enjoyed! Being a Fantasy read it was an automatic thing to want to read this as it’s one of my favourite genres. But for it to be a shifter read it made it even better!
I was totally and utterly captivated with this read from start to finish! It had everything I love from a fantasy read, it had a bit of mystery, romance, passion, action and danger. I loved the characters they were real, relatable and really brought the story to life! I loved watching the quick connection grow between Piper & Noah but you could tell it would be an epic, intense and amazing one!
I can’t wait to find out more about our secondary characters and where else this series takes us. My only disappointment was how quick it seemed to end, I wanted more! I can’t wait to see what else this author brings and what else is to come for these characters.

The story Kermode (Legends Series Book 2) is a wonderful book to read. Both the storyline and the characters are amazing. I loved reading about Piper and Noah. I grew to care about what happened to them with each chapter that I read. Piper has been having weird dreams and when Noah meets Piper, he is stunned to find out she is the one that has been giving off power. What does that future hold for Piper and Noah? Read this book to find out. The story does have romantic scenes and there are moments that made me smile. There are also scenes that are suspenseful. There are additional characters that you are introduced to and that are friends with Piper and Noah. I would love to know about their backgrounds and stories. Don’t miss out on a book that you will not want to put down until you have read the final page. I highly recommend reading it.

A song to remember was a short read but interesting. To find your fated mate is a blessing to have to find them with no memory tragic. I do wish this story was longer just so I could get to know the characters better. Emma seemed like a good character and hopefully we get to see her grow. Shane and Bekah were fated but it seemed that everyone was against them. I felt like a lot was missing from the story due to its length. It was put together well though. They had to jump through a few hoops to get to their HEA but it was well worth the wait. I’m going to look into more by this author just because it wasn’t a bad read and the story had a lot of potential.

What a great story that shows us the power of music….the power of a single song. Shane is a werewolf in a band full of witches. This was a great short story with a bit of everything within its pages. Music, romance, suspense, witchcraft, black magic, love, loyalty, family. This book has it all. I thoroughly enjoyed this novella and I am looking forward to more from the Crescent City Wolfpack!

A Song to Remember is the third book in the Mystifying Music A Crescent City Wolf Pack written by Carrie Pulkinen and I really enjoyed this story it seems like with every book just gets better and better. The characters are awesome, and the plot was great and different. This is a romance story with magic and shifters, witches and other things that normally go bump in the night. We also have memory loss, suspense, drama, danger, and love. We meet Bekah and Shane’s in this story they meet in a to have a one- night stand but, Shane’s wolf claim Bekah but when he leaves her, he tells her he will be back. When he doesn’t show up, she goes home. One day Shane shows up at Bekah’s café with no idea who she is or how he got there. Can Bekah help Shane remember his past? Or will both their futures be in peril? Neither can deny their soul-deep connection, but an unknown menace has followed Shane to New Orleans. If he can’t recover his memory, his fated mate and the entire pack will be in danger. You will need to read this amazing book to find out what happens…. I highly recommend this book/series…. A Song to Remember is a novella that is part of the Crescent Wolf City Pack by Carrie Pulkinen. This is my fifth novel by this author.
Shane is a musician who meets his fated mate causing his wolf to claim her. Only thing Bekah wants is a one night stand but when they see each other again, Shane doesn’t remember her.
His bandmates want to summon a demon in order to become famous. If he refuses, he’s against them.
This was a really good story. I loved Shane and how he couldn’t remember Bekah but I also loved their chemistry and how their relationship progressed.
I highly recommend this short read and this series.

This was a must-read for me! Carrie Pulkinen writes amazing paranormal reads and with this not being my first book from this author I couldn’t wait to dive into this world. It pulls you in till the very end! Each book seems to get better than the last and I couldn’t help but be utterly captivated with this read! Its has a brilliant storyline and great characters that have an amazing connection and chemistry to go along with it. This book will have you turning the pages with suspense, action, danger and of course romance. I can’t wait to see what else this author brings to this series, I highly recommend this book!

I give A Song to Remember: A Crescent City Wolf Pack Novella (Mystifying Music Book 3) by Carrie Pulkinen, 5 stars.
I have really enjoyed this series so far and was looking forward to this, the next book in the series. It fit in being that it I involved the same werewolf pack and had a boy meets girl romance, but it was so different as well. Having Shane forget everything but somehow remember Bekah was a great twist. They way it happened was quite different too. Both Bekah and Shane are real, wonderful characters, making you feel like you know them. Not to mention the story itself. Not only is there the romance that you want to happen, there is something evil seemingly after them. This makes it much more than a paranormal romance novel in my opinion. This is not a very long read, so if you are like me and can’t put it down, you can finish it fairly quickly.
If you are a fan of shorter paranormal romance with good characters and an interesting story, this book is for you.

A Song to Remember: A Crescent City Wolf Pack Novella (Mystifying Music Book 3) by Carrie Pulkinen was an exciting and romantic read. Bekah and Shane finally find each other only for Shane to lose his memory. Somehow he manages to find his way to New Orleans where she is but she doesn’t fall for his act. Can they figure out why he lost his memory and find that love of a fate bound again?
This story was an easy paced one and easy to read. I got completely lost in it and finished it in one sitting. Shane had impressive musical abilities and Bekah learned to trust herself more in this story. I loved that it tied in characters from the other books but can be read as a standalone. I also liked how the author pulls Emma into the storyline and let’s her show off some of her own skills. This was such a wonderful read and I highly recommend it!

This book was a great one! It’s a paranormal romance that has it all! Suspense, mystery, danger and a whole lot of yummy romance! The characters were great, the author made them come alive and the chemistry between them was on fire! Bekah and Shane meet and have an instant connection that could heat even the coolest of places! But when he shows up and has no memory of himself or her, things are thrown for a loop. Will she be able to help regain Shane’s memory? What had happened to him? Go get this book and find out! I would recommend this to anyone that loves PNR! Happy Reading!
