Gavin McLean is a good man and is in a bit of a dilemma at the moment. There some bad omens really following him around. I actually enjoyed reading this book more than I though I would. Poor Gavin has met all these women. This book is not suitable for a younger audience I would recommend for a mature reader. This has been a very intruding read and those dreams are written amazingly. How can a dream leave you like this and are these two merging together.

This is the first book that I have read by Debbie Zello. And this wonderful author did not disappoint! There were twists and turns in this story line that completely threw me for a loop and kept me turning pages and could not put it down! To me, this was a spicy, mysterious romance story and it was wonderfully written!
This is a story of Detective Gavin McLean. His life is his job! Then he starts having the same dream over and over that is a mystery to him that makes him question and dig further. Join him in this story and find out what danger may be lurking for him.

I am going to be completely honest here, the crazy intimate scenes in these books really got me hooked on the series. This one, I must admit, really brought some wild, blush-inducing thoughts to mind. and I will be forever grateful to Hazel Storm, and her phenomenal writing that allows me to explore more than I would ever dare to in real life!
Overall, this third installment in the ‘Her Three Immortals’ series is a definite win in my books, pun intended. I love that this strong, resilient female lead continues her exploration of the afterlife and proves to us that once you set your mind to succeeding, there’s no way you can lose. She’s just lucky enough to have three Godly brothers to support her in her quests, and to assist her completely, physically, mentally, and emotionally, if only we could all be so lucky! Hazel Storm, you have done it again, and once more, I will be recommending this series to any one of my friends that really want to start living vicariously through Vanessa. I look forward to continuing on in this adventure. Thank you!

The first in the series was really impacting for me, and I loved it for everything it was and the time line as well as the characters. Naturally, I wanted to get my hands on this one as well. I got into it really quick, and it picked up almost instantly. A bit of back story and then BOOM we are reading through pages as quick as our minds can read those words!
The book takes place where the prior novel had ended, and to me it was not a peaceful start out for our main character named Ciaran and his soul mate named Caitlin whom he met in the prior novel. Going to Ireland did not bring happiness, but more along the lines of risk and uncertainty. Things progressed quickly. If you read the first novel, you know what I am talking about with truth and along the lines of Ciaran and Caitlin’s love story. Their love was not the only thing at risk though, a serial killer in the time line threatens all that Ciaran knows and loves. What he must do is risky, but knows it must be done! Honestly this novel was very compelling with its suspense and I highly enjoyed this addition!
For me, I slightly loved this novel a tad bit more than the first installment even! For me the mystery this book gave off, as well as Ireland and the history surrounding it made my curious mind very impressed and I fell in love so easily with this novel. I think its very well written and the author really knows how to keep the reader satisfied and very much interested! I am very much looking forward to the next installment!

After reading book one in this series, it was a must that I read this one. And I’m glad that I did as I enjoyed it probably more than the first one. I love how the author can take me on such an adventure filled with history like she does. I will point out that I think you need to read the books to fully understand the story being presented to you. It may work as a standalone read, but I feel that you would appreciate it more reading both books in order. She does an amazing job describing the scenes to make me feel like I am there. I loved these characters. I especially love reading a story about a male hero for a change. That was one of the things I appreciated with the first book, and this was just as good. If you like historical paranormal reads I highly suggest you pick this, and the first one, up.

The Book of Carraig is the second book in the Cross of Ciaran series. I highly recommend reading the books in order. This book is a continuation of Ciaran’s journey. Ciaran is a 5th century Celtic priest who wakes up in modern day New York City. At the end of the first book, he goes to Ireland with Caitlin. The second book picks up in Ireland, Ciaran’s birthplace. Ciaran struggles with remembering the past yet is still keeping it from Caitlin. He must eventually admit the truth to her. He awakens his brother from the same slumber he was in. Together they must defeat evil that has followed them to the 20th century. This is a fantastic book, and I enjoyed it as much as the first one!

Hazel Storm has done it again in her third book in the Her Three Immortals series. She has taken such a common concept, dealing with your boyfriend’s mother’s dislike for you, and made it feel the size of a God. This series is relatable, but also so fictional, it makes you want to be lost in these books.

What an intriguing book! What is reality? Which is the dream? Gavin is a very interesting character. A cop with heart and a very interesting personality. Lou, Gavin’s new partner, is an intriguing woman that excites Gavin in more ways that one, is smart and shows how she can go with the big guys. I literally could not stop reading once I started. I was pulled into the story and wanted to figure out if this was a dream or reality. The plot was exciting, with its twists and turns. These a bit of spice spattered throughout to heat up the action. For 18+. Strongly recommend.

Why We Don’t Die in Dreams was a wild journey from start to finish. I honestly could not put it down. So many twists and turns that it got me hooked first thing.
The main character, Gavin, is having these strange dreams about a woman who always says something along the lines of “he killed her, don’t let him kill me.” Gavin thinks they are strange but thinks nothing of them at first. As time goes on, a woman is found dead in a dumpster. Gavin realizes that maybe his dreams are more than that. You then follow Gavin all over the place to find out what is real and what is not.
The author, Debbie Zello, did an amazing job with this book. With so many twists and turns you would think she had trouble keeping track but it was flawless. The transitions were really smooth. I loved the way Debbie wrote Gavin. Handsome, fit, witty, sarcastic but still a flawed gentleman. I fell in love with him instantly.
The only thing I did not enjoy was the book ending. I must read more!!

This book was intriguing! I was excited to read it after the first one and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The execution of the relationships was relatable and the setting was gorgeously described. I wished I could be there and know everyone. Ciaran and Caitlin’s relationship was relatable and their separate inner turmoils were so understandable. Matthews writes an excellent story and I didn’t want to put it down!

This book was absolutely spellbinding! The complex world and magic was perfect and the characters were so well written and I just loved every page. It is very fast paced and hard to put down. I loved the lore surrounding Soren and Maya and reading their story as the plot developed was thrilling. There is plenty of steamy romance and plenty of action also. The story revolves around Maya and Soren and their inner circle as they fight for all of the good with magic, supernatural creatures and humans against the evil determined to turn the tide in their favor. The other characters in their inner circle all have complexities and I hope to read more about them. All in all I am in awe of the magical world and lore built in this story and can’t wait to read the next book! Highly recommend this book!
Why We Don’t Die in Dreams: Book 1 by Debbie Zello. I LOVED this book. This is my favorite genre so I was super excited and it did not disappoint! Its the story of super sexy Detective Gavin McLean who is living in Boston. He has just gotten his heart broken so he’s decided to take a break from romance and just focus on his job. He starts having this same dream every night about a beautiful woman begging him to save her. He can’t stop thinking about this dream because it keeps happening over and over. Then they start finding women murdered and all the women have one thing in common….him! Are these cases and his dreams connected and if so how can he save the woman in his dreams? Will Gavin be able to find this mystery woman and save her? Read Why We Don’t Die In Dreams to find out! I loved this book so much and I can’t wait to read more by this author!

Wild Desire (The Protectors Series Book 1) by Toya Richardson. This was a great book in fact I read it in one sitting. Its the story of Mila Stubbs who has been drawn back to her hometown as a Park Ranger after her parents were killed. She is looking into their deaths because she’s not believing what she’s been told. During her investigation she meets Elias Crane who has spent centuries trying to find his soulmate and when he meets Mila he realizes she is it. Mila doesn’t know she’s his soulmate so he’s giving her time to come to terms with it. The more time they spend together the more the chemistry is heating up. Will Mila find the answer’s to her parents death and her soulmate situation? Mila is full of fire and I’m sure she will get answers one way or another. I can’t wait for the next installment!

Hazel Storm has done it again!! With so many stories to figure out and so many past occurrences coming back to people, it is like a mind field… in a good way though. Which I think is the perfect statement to describe this book based on where Vanessa spends time in this story. The Bow made me emotional and a book hasn’t done that in a long time. Even though the part I got emotional at was just a short little couple of chapters, the lead up to the event, especially if you have read the first two books, just makes the scene so strong and you just want to hug everyone involved. There are still so many questions that aren’t answered and I just want to know!! From the first page I was sucked into the story. We learn more about the characters and we see so many more of the backstories of the brothers. This book added a lot of context to the story and now I am more invested than I was before. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Why we don’t die in dreams by Debbie Zello a fantastic five-star read. This was so good, but I need number two right this moment, there are so many things I want to say about this story, but I do not dare as, I don’t want to ruin the story, it’s a powerful twisty story that will keep you on your toes. There are details in this story, that will shock some, and had me stopping at times, but it’s so very good that you do keep going and going until the last page where you are left wondering. Do not miss this great story, and the one that better follow.

This is one of the best supernatural romances I have read! The story line is not one that has been over played again and again. And the characters are easy to fall in love with. You want to get to know each of them and as you read through the book you can. I am excited too read the next book and learn more about those characters we have been introduced to in this book as well. I feel Danielle is a force to be reckoned with and vulture is sexy as all get out! Loved this book!!!

This story made my Monday night well worth the late hours I stayed up to read. Seelie Kay brings us the 2nd story in the series, and this one was even better than the first. We continue book 2 in the series with the charming Donovan Trait in addition to newly turned lovely bride Shirley (yup the judge!). This time around we get more in depth with our characters and learn more about their love. Per stipulations from the Vampire Coalition to be married/together Shirley must be turned and any offspring or potential births prior to conception are to be determined and monitored by the vampire scientists. With no surprise given Donovan’s sexual nature Shirley is already pregnant and they have violated the agreement. As we continue their story they are now on the run to save their family and find a way to show the Vampire Coalition that the old ways are not going to work in this modern world and Donovan’s willing to go to any lengths for his family.

What the heck. Wow-what a page-turning thriller! I don’t usually crime books but sprinkle some romance and a super good-looking detective and I’m hooked. Not to give away the book but the first change messed me up, I haven’t stopped reading and gone to bed mad since the last Harry Potter book when I was a kid. I came back to the book the following night and I’m so glad I did but I was kept on my toes, to say the least. The characters were beautifully presented and described. I can’t wait to read the second book I hope the author keeps writing more of this story.

Seelie Kay knows how to tell a story! This story is original, funny, and unpredictable. Its my first time exploring one of her books, and I picked a great one to start! We are introduced to Donovan Trait who is a Vampire, lawyer, and Alpha to the extreme. An expert and legend both in and out of the courtroom which may due to his 300 years of existence. Donovan himself could charm the blood straight from your body. When lawyers start to become targets for a murder Donovan is high on that list, but what happens when you can’t kill a vampire? While he can handle his own he still has fears for his lady love who is a Judge, human, and as big a target as himself. He and his team work around the clock for answers as time continues to run out. A very interesting game of cat and mouse and by no means your typical Vampire book.

The Bow is the third book in the Her Three Immortals series. I highly recommend reading the first two books before you delve into this one, otherwise you will likely be lost on what is happening. This book is not a hard cliffhanger, but there are parts of the story that are left open for the next book to address.
I enjoyed this story. Where the first two books focused mainly on Vanessa’s relationship with Raef and Grey, this book is focused on Aroz. I’m not going to go into details or it will give away the twist, but there is a bit of suspense and danger as you go through the story, because a pissed off Queen of the Underworld isn’t a good thing, lol. There were a couple of descriptions during the intimate scenes that struck me as a little corny, but overall, it’s a great read.
I can’t wait to see how Vanessa and her guys handle the mothers as the story continues in the next book.

Get ready to cheer on our hero, detective Gavin McLeod, as he tries to keep fact and fiction straight. Recurring crime scene dreams lead him on quite the man hunt! With well developed characters, believable steamy scenes and a fabulous storyline, you won’t want to put this one down.

THE GOD (HER THREE IMMORTALS BOOK 2) by HAZEL STORM – Review by Allyson Ware
Queen of the Underworld needs to simmer herself down. I dislike her almost as much if not more than I dislike Professor Umbridge in Harry Potter. She may even be worse than taking a trip to Tartarus.
Once again, I could not put this book down and I cannot wait to jump into the next. Halfway through this book it was brought up again that Vanessa used to be a hairdresser. That feels like an ETERNITY ago. I completely forgot about it and the fact that Ms. Underworld was responsible for destroying her career. I’m going to do my best to take my time reading the next book because I do not want this series to end!

Wow what can I say about this book. It is an amazing read. I loved the characters of Lou and Gavin. Their relationship and whit really brings the story to life. Some parts of this book were hard to read as descriptions of the crime scenes were graphic so I can completely understand why the author says it is to be read by adults 18+. However for me this wasn’t a problem and really just helped me feel like I was living the story.
Gavin is a detective. He’s loves his job and after he got his heart broken he shuts himself off from romance and focuses on his job. His new case starts when a woman turns up dead in a dumpster. Also Gavin is plagued by dreams at night. Its a women begging him to save her and counting every new case (woman thats murdered). How are these cases and his dreams connected? Is it coincidence? Gavin started to think so until he realised that all the women that have been murdered have 1 connection. Him.
Can Gavin and Lou solve this before the murderer strikes again? Who is the killer and why are they targeting the women Gavin has contact with? This book will really blow your mind and grip you from beginning to end.

The God is the second book in the Her Three Immortal series. It picks up the story from book one so I’d suggest reading that book first so you understand the events that have happened up to this point. The end of this book isn’t necessarily a hard cliffhanger, but there are some pieces of the story that aren’t wrapped up. If those parts are of interest to you, you’ll want to get the next book.
This book is about Vanessa’s experience in the Underworld. I loved the addition of the Gorgonita and PK characters. They gave the story extra flair. I don’t really want to say too much in detail because it’ll ruin the way everything plays out. One thing I’m hoping we find out in future stories is how the current Ferryman got his position.

The Don is the first book in the Her Three Immortals series. It ends in a cliffhanger so it’s not really a standalone. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I picked up this book, but it turned out to be a great read. The characters were easy to vibe with and the story line was intricate enough to keep me interested. This series is a unique depiction of the gods and demigods. You’ll definitely want the second book in your library to start it immediately after this one.

As with most things, the second book didn’t quite live up to the first book. Overall still a very enjoyable read though! I love all of the Irish history content. I did find this book to be a bit slow compared to the first. It will be interesting to see how the story progresses in the third book.

This is the second book in the Donovan Trait series and this one is filled with even more action and suspense than the first book. Donovan and Shirley are finally getting hitched but an unplanned pregnancy means that they are now not safe and they go on the run to protect their babies. Because for Shirley to be granted permission to change to a Vampire then the vampire scientists are allowed to collect data through out any pregnancy and birth. But now that it is real Shirley and Donovan disagree,
