This is book three in the Her Three Immortals series. I always assumed there would only be three books because of the series name but by the way this book ended there will defintley be a fourth!
This series has had me hooked since book one. Each book so far has followed Vanessa and one of her love interests. This installment was about Vanessa and Roz. Vanessa is sent on a time sensitive mission by the queen of the Underworld. AKA the Ice B**ch, AKA Grey’s mom. However, things quickly fall apart and the next thing Vanessa knows is that she is stuck in the Upperworld in a invisible palace with Roz. Once she is there she discovers a prisoner who needs her help and she makes it her mission to do whatever she can to save him while she waits for her own help to arrive.
So far this book is my favorite because of how complex Roz’s story is and how much Vanessa has grown into her role. Don’t get me wrong I have loved each book, but this one is the one I’ve been waiting for because of how distant Roz has been from the get-go. But also because it is full of Vanessa’s “naked” confidence, an openness to love, a prophecy and steam. Lots and lots of steam!

Book three in this series finds Vanessa doing a favor for Grey’s mom. The problem is, it seems to be at the expense of Raef’s mom. Vanessa does get to return to her world with the hopes of preventing her brother from falling into Damian’s trap. Opinion The more I read by Hazel Storm, the more enthralled I am with her writing. This is one author who knows how to spin a story and keep the reader entranced. There will be a book four soon and I cannot wait for it to come out.

Code Name: Vulture (The Order of the Condor Series Book 1) by Maya Daniels and Sylvia Black was a very interesting dark vampire romance, with so many elements it made my head spin. The dark romance had a lot going including suspense, action, drama, chemistry, magic, mystery, and of course a bunch of supernatural characters and vibes. There were several times that I had to hold my breath because I couldn’t predict what would happen next. Out of all of the books I have read lately this one was one of the more fast-paced and I definitely enjoyed all of the characters and the attention to details in the plot and the story as a whole.

In this second book in the series, Vanessa finds herself in the Underworld. There she must figure out what her existence means after death. While fighting/indulging feelings with the brothers, Raef, Grey and Aroz, she is also investigating a mysterious shadow. She has picked up a pet and for some odd reason keeps seeing large ants (like ROUS from the Princess Bride) about everywhere she goes. Opinion The more I read, the more I love this series. Who wouldn’t want three hot brothers falling all over themselves to get to you? Storm keeps the story interesting while weaving in interesting details that most authors would not think of. I love the color scheme as well as the bug life in this book.

Talk about plot twist and turns! This book totally messed my mind up. It was not what I was expecting at all! The synopsis doesn’t even hint towards the insane journey you are about to take. I’m left with so many questions as well as anticipation for the next book. Like I’m not even sure what’s real in the book. Is everything real? Is it all just one big dream? Who knows? This is a very good story and it really starts what looks like a really good series with a bang. The story of Danielle and Vulture is not your everyday love story. Maya Daniels and Sylvia Black have created a vibrant world and an interesting intense story. The story had it all love, intrigue, danger, and vampires. What more could anyone want. I look forward to reading more of this series by Maya Daniels and Sylvia Black.

Danielle is a curator for the Brandian Arts Museum, a job which she loves, but she also misses being out on the ground where she can dig in the dirt and put the pieces of a puzzle together, but on this night, she is at an auction and about to bid for a relic which she knows more about than she should, thanks to an old friend who has just passed away. As she is preparing to bid on this relic, she is in her element and cannot wait to finally have this in her possession, despite the fact that the auction was a last minute affair and the listing were not posted beforehand like they usually are, however, soon she is outbid by a man with a gravelly voice whom she has never seen before and who disappears immediately after he has won the prize. This is a dark paranormal romance with danger round every corner as fated mates struggle to stay by the others side as they solve a mystery eons old together, this fast paced and entertaining tale will keep you on your toes right up until the end.

I’m so glad I picked out this book! I’ve been a fan of Maya Daniels for awhile and I’m a fan of Sylvia Black now too! Danielle is a great character (with plenty of secrets) and Vulture (*fans self*) definitely made me s w o o n. This supernatural romance was hot and heavy and did NOT disappoint. I’m excited it’s a series because I need more!! The character building and world building was incredible and I know it’ll be even better with more books! Check this one out yall! Onto the next 💖

***No Spoilers*** This book has it all: Romance, Suspense, Intrigue, and Steam. I was not able to put this book down. The main characters in this book come with heavy secrets that they are trying to protect. How far will they go to protect those secrets when their own very lives are at stake? This question is what kept me from being able to put the book down. I kept turning page after page to see what would happen next. Knowing that this is the first book in the series, I am only assuming that the characters that we are introduce too will be making future appearances throughout the series. The air of mystery pulls you in during the first couple chapters. It has you second guessing who is good and who is bad. The suspense has you on the edge of your seat. You will want nothing more than to continue reading just so you can see what happens. The way the characters of Vulture and Danielle were written, you can feel their struggles. Vulture leaves you with a dark good guy vibe. You know what I mean, he is bad because of who he is but the way he acts and how protective he is makes him seem like a good guy. Danielle is an amazing female lead. She is strong, courageous, smart, and obviously beautiful. She is always stepping up to the plate and throwing herself into every situation without any doubts. You will see the strength of the characters grow throughout the book. Their journey is full of twists and turns. This is a captivating story, one that hooks you and draws you in, slowly. After Luci inherits the estate, and her great-aunt’s ruby ring is winking brightly on her finger, she begins feeling inexorably drawn to the old mansion and the spirit within it. The feeling is insidious and steadily growing. Mayfield writes in such a lush way that I almost felt the spirit’s pull myself. There is a heavy romance layer to this story as well, plenty of steamy scenes in just 89 pages! As the plot speeds up, the psychological fear aspect takes hold, and what was arousing becomes downright terrifying. Prepare yourself for an emotional ride with this one!

I fell in love with Vulture and Danielle. This book was the perfect first start to the series, and I could not put it down. The action, suspense, and the sex were through the roof. If you don’t love the supernatural world after this read you will. I have fallen in love with Sylvia Black and all her books never fail to capture all my attention. Vulture is hired to find an artifact that Danielle was dying to obtain. After he outbids her at the auction the journey begins from there. Vulture is a pureblood vampire, and upon meeting Danielle realizes her to be his mate. As they navigate their new feelings and their sexual chemistry they also work to uncover the truth of the relic, and what’s going on with the Vampire race. This story is a great read and I cant wait for the next book!

This is the second book in this series which I enjoyed just as much as the first. I enjoyed how the characters pulled me into the story. This is a well written story about secrets, truth and finding one book that holds the answer. This is a great story that took me on an adventure like no other. It is an adventure that is full of action and finding a serial killer before it is too late. I enjoyed how the characters brought the story to life on each page. They are connectable and make the story engaging. This is a fun, entertaining story that was hard to put down. There are twists and turns that kept me turning pages just to see what happens next. I also enjoyed the growth of the plot and characters. I really enjoyed this book and highly recommend it.

This is a dark and chilling paranormal romance which had me gripped from page one. Luci Delacroix inherits an estate which has always been passed down the female side through the generations. As well as the estate she receives a box and a ring. Luci is drawn to Stormwood and persuades her fiancé, Beckett that they should leave for the mansion that evening despite there being a storm. As soon as they arrive in the middle of the storm Luci wonders off to explore the mansion as she is drawn to a mysterious entity. Beckett is aware that Luci is acting odd and has a feeling that he is loosing her but does not know why. Luci finds herself more and more taken with the man who’s voice has her own body betraying her and is soon craving his touch.
Meanwhile her and Beckett are arguing, but as he goes off to explore the lighthouse soon Luci is not the only one experiencing the paranormal. As Beckett uncovers the secret of Stormwood he has to save Luci before she becomes lost to the evil that has taken control of the mansion for good. This is a short but addictive read and it was a real page turner. The setting of Stormwood in the dark and during a storm was really bought to life by the descriptive narrative and I felt fully immersed in the storyline. The characters are likeable and relatable and the chemistry between Luci and Beckett sizzled off the page. I felt the dark evil seduction of the mysterious entity and was swept up in this haunting tale. An enjoyable and engaging read.

What a great read. Vulture is not only a dominant male he is a Vampire and he belongs to the order. His current mission is to get hold of a historic relic and the woman who is trying to bid for it in an auction. Danielle is a museum curator and she has secrets of her own some of them may just be the answer to saving the purebloods. The more time Vulture spends with Danielle the more he feels a pull of attraction to her, and soon realises they are fated mates so his mission changes and he will do anything he can to protect her.

I really enjoyed this story. It had everything I like in a story, Romance, vampires and a very strong dominant male. This is fast paced story which keeps you hooked from the start. I loved the protective dominance of Vulture but also the confidence and determination of Danielle.
Danielle is a curator of a museum. When she is outbid for a very special relic she is fuming. Danielle finds herself in danger when she is kidnapped by vampires. She is willing to give up everything to them but they can’t know her secret. The secrets she is hiding could be the reason for her being in danger but who can help her?
Vulture is a vampire who now takes jobs to get rid of bad guys and find things that people want. When he is tasked with taking the Relic that Danielle was after and also Danielle herself he does it just like any other job. However when Vulture gets betrayed he then sets on a course to protect Danielle from the danger she now faces. He doesn’t know what makes her so appealing to his buyer but he knows he needs to protect her. As this connection grows things heat up when he realises they are fated mates. How far will Vulture go to protect the woman he loves? Or will he lose everything?

I loved the idea of this book and I loved finding a new author, one which I will read more of. I usually love a fast moving story, but there were times this moved a bit too fast for me and ended quickly. I didn’t get the build up I love when a book has this much going on. When I finished I didn’t feel as satisfied as I thought I would. In saying all of that, I did enjoy the book. It had a unique storyline that just needed a bit more expanding in parts. I really thought the book was going to end in a different way, so I was surprised at that, which I did love! I guess I just wish the book had been a bit longer and more time was spent on some of the scenes and topics.
I will definitely read more from this author as I did enjoy the writing style very much!

This book was a fun and short read! A good haunting mystery to give you chills late at night. Luci inherits her aunts estate and quickly moves in. As she and her fiancée Beckett start to settle in strange occurrences begin. A demonic force within the house has set its sights on making Luci his own, and driving her fiancée out. As mysterious and strange things start to occur and the spooky and creepy come out in full force Luci falls under the spell and Beckett fights to save her. Stormwood by Luna Mayfield is a page-turner of a paranormal romance. I started this book this morning and could not put it down. It is a quick and easy read. It was written in such a way that it reminded of the psychological thrill that the old Halloween movies gave me. You have two haunting spirits, an estate with a mystery and a ring left to Luci, her fiance and some major paranormal activity to solve and figure out. I’m telling you that Luci gives mood ring a new definition. The author writes with the write amount of chill and suspense. Tolle gives me the creeps. I may have trouble sleeping tonight (just kidding.) The whole character/spirit angle was great. I was left wanting more. I do believe I found another new favorite for my paranormal books. Highly recommend!!!

I have really enjoyed this series so far and this book did not disappoint. It was filled with all of the same awesome level of romance, drama and intrigue.
Vanessa once again finds herself in a predicament after having come to the notice of Grey’s mother. With only 24 hours to complete her mission or suffer permanent death, she has little time to waste…but there is always time for romance! She gets transported back to the Overworld on a task where she is reunited with Raef briefly before she is kidnapped by Aroz to Upperworld.
I love how all of these characters have developed through this series and I love how each of the Gods is so very different from the others. The cliffhanger at the end will have you hoping Book 4 comes out very soon!

Code Name: Vulture: Dark Vampire Romance (The Order of the Condor Series Book 1) was absolutely phenomenal. I’ve read my share of books with dominant males. Most of them crack so early in the book makes you question their dominance. Not in this book that’s for sure. Vulture let’s you know who’s boss. I really liked that there were several supernatural creatures in the story. There was tons of action. Overall I really enjoyed reading Code Name: Vulture and getting to know the characters. I can’t wait to “sink my teeth” in book 2

I really enjoyed this fast paced paranormal story. The author does a great job of filling the story with lot of action and details even though it’s a short story. The characters are well written and the lesson of the grass isn’t always greener on the other side really rings true for me in this book.
Luci has been left an estate after her aunty pasts away. However its not just an estate she’s left with. There is a secret in the home, a secret that’s been responsible for the death of all of Luci’s female ancestors.
The home is possessed by a demon. A demon that feeds of his victims slowly draining them. He captures them under his spell but becoming what ever the lady wants. Wow again, I absolutely loved this book and am so glad to have found these books. This book mostly involves Vanessa, Aroz and Antaroz and most of it takes place in the upper world. Finding out the truth of what happened with Aroz and his twin and Vanessa’s prophecy is what is focused in this book. It was again such a fantastic development on the story with these characters and really just cemented this series as a definite favorite of mine. I love a good Greek retelling romance and this series is a perfect touch of myth retelling with an urban twist. Absolutely fantastic and highly recommended!

Book 2 of Her Three Immortals was just as fantastic as the first. While the first book took place mostly in the mortal world and Raef, this book mainly revolves around Grey, Adonis and Vanessa in the Overworld. Grey is so hesitant to let Vanessa in and Vanessa is determined to mark her own way/place in the Overworld. She is the color to his greyscale, literally and it was such a fantastic way to continue the series! Again highly recommended, this book series is quickly becoming an absolute favorite of mine!

If you’re like me – someone who enjoys fantasy/sci-fi with a bit of steamy romance – you’ve probably read one or two (or a few) “fated mate” type books. So when I saw fated mates in the description, as well as lycans, vampires, etc., I expected the book to be on par with the others I’ve read. This is not the case. Most of those books tend to be pretty light and fluffy on the writing itself, with fairly shallow descriptions, characters, world-building, etc., and pretty heavy on the smut. This book however, has beautiful, descriptive writing, with complex characters who develop throughout the book. It is absolutely on another level from other books in the same genre. While it does have s*x scenes, they don’t make up the majority of the book like others tend to; instead there is a slow build up, that pays off later in the book. I would describe it as a story-centric book that has romance and more built in. That being said, if you are someone who enjoyed Fifty Shades of Grey, there are similar themes hinted at here that I suspect will come into play later in the series. Overall I did enjoy the book and I look forward to reading the rest of the series!

I was once again pulled right into this series, it was another great 5 star read. The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing, you won’t want to put it down.
We pick up where the last book ended. In this book Vanessa goes on a mission and she has limited time to get it done. She is sent back to the Overworld to get some very special water. There is a twist when Aroz finds out she is there. Let’s just say things get very interesting.
Will Vanesa complete her mission on time?
Overall this was a great read, there are several twists and turns. I feel the more I read this series the better I am understanding the worlds and people in it. All of the characters added a great element to the story. You could potentially read this as a stand alone but I highly suggest reading from the beginning, things will make much more sense. I look forward to reading more from this author. 1-click and get started today.

First off I am pleased to know, and share, that this is not the last in the series. The series keeps getting better and better.
I greatly enjoyed the character growth we see in Aroz in this book. It seemed he was barely mentioned in the other books and here he’s front and center (mostly). Go figure from the name of the book, right? I also enjoyed the introduction of Beau/Bow, and how that played out.
I like how Vanessa is growing more comfortable in her own (naked) skin with the guys, as well as in who she is. Sure, she still has growing to do, but don’t all characters? I’m interested to see how the author will continue to make all new characters connect to Vanessa going forward because she seems to be the focal point of everyone we meet, in some way or another. But honestly, can we just do away with all the mothers already?
We get more sex in this book, with more multi-partner scenes as well. Gladly though, this book is not all about the sex; sure we get more statements from the guys about Vanessa making them hard even when she’s not trying to, but the heist and drop off, is the main focal point, and the drama that ensues along the way.

This book had me questioning my life in a good way. It was like a book to all those Netflix haunted house shows. It was different but interesting, Romantic, sad, and all of the in between! I found myself finishing it in one sitting and wondering where the time went. Only one word for how this book left me. Transfixed!

The Bow is book 3 in Hazel Storm’s Her Three Immortals series. I am absolutely in love with this series. Like previously stated, this should be read in order to get the most out of the series. Personally, I would not recommend reading it as a stand alone.
Vanessa is in love with Gray and Gray loves Vanessa. Because of this love, Gray gave in on his vow of abstinence and boy did this upset Gray’s mom. Vanessa have been taken to run an errand for Gray’s mom and have locked down the underworld to prevent Gray from leaving to help Vanessa.
Vanessa does happen to run into Raef and Aroz on her errand and she was able to make use of that time with the both of them. Raef is still madly in love with Vanessa and was very happy to be able to see her and spend what little time he had with her. Aroz had other plans for her and decided to take actions of his own. The only problem now is to try to decide is Aroz is on her side or not. Will Gray or Raef find her in time?
