My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book drew me right in from the very first page. The authors paint such a vivid picture every step of the way that it felt as if I were a part of the world that they created. I lost an entire day without even realizing it because I kept wanting to read just one more page to find out what would happen next. I honestly cannot remember the last time that I was so engrossed in a book that I finished it all in one day. As a mom of five children, sleep is usually priceless, but this time I did not regret getting less sleep one bit!
This is not your typical vampire fluff novel, there’s romance, action, mystery and a twist that was a pleasant surprise. The heroine Danielle is not as soft and meek as she might appear at first glance, nor is Vulture all that he appears to be on the surface. If you’re a fan of supernatural and vampire romances this is a must read. I really enjoyed how multi-dimensional each of the characters were and the set up for the next book in the series was integrated seamlessly. I am anxiously awaiting the next book in this series, and I am off to discover more books by this amazing author.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance by Hazel Storm is the third book in the Her Three Immortals series. Personally I would definitely read this series in order as it is a continuation of the story from the previous books.
I am really enjoying this whole series. It is so exciting to read and just keeps getting better with each book. I always find myself highly entertained by each book and I can never wait to start the next one.
It is the same with this book too. I couldn’t put it down once I had started. I had convinced myself this series was a trilogy and was so pleased to find out that there will be at least another book in the series. This is a fantastic instalment to the series and I am already itching to read book 4.

This is the third book in this series which I have enjoyed since the first book I picked up. This series keeps getting better and better for sure. This is an author that I have enjoyed from the first book I picked up of hers. I enjoyed being pulled into her story but the characters and the journey they take me on. This book is no different. I was pulled into this story from the beginning and was kept engaged to the end. I also enjoy how the characters are connectable and make the story easy to read. The author’s use of details gave the story life on each page. In this installment now that she has the heart of the God of the Underworld she has another problem, his mother. What happens next, you need to read this book and find out. I had a hard time putting this book down as I wanted to know what happened next to this main character. I enjoyed the growth of this plot throughout the story. I highly recommend this book.

“Easy, little bird. You’ll wear yourself out before it’s time to play.”

Vulture is one of the Order of the Condor, a vampire and specially bred killer whose latest contract becomes a little more complicated than he first imagined. An ancient relic, a multimillion dollar bid, a sassy museum curator, fated mates, hidden agendas, prophecy, vampires, magic, danger, and sizzling chemistry brew into quite an intense situation. There is definitely more to the situation than he expected. He is the predator and Danielle just became his prey. Outbidding her at the auction was just the first step in his plan- abducting her his second step- now, if he can only get her to cooperate and divulge everything she knows about the relic.
Danielle was outbid at the auction, then abducted and thrown in a cage- held captive by the monster for hire. Her world changes in an instant when she realises that all the tales she’s heard aren’t fantasy, they are in fact real- monsters and the supernatural really do exist…… and the fate of the vampire world is at stake.
Code Name: Vulture is the first book in The Order of the Condor Series by Maya Daniels & Sylvia Black. It is a dark paranormal romance with vampires, the supernatural, suspense, action, violence, drama, chemistry, sizzle, danger, magic, bondage, dominance, abduction, captivity, agendas, and mystery.
There were some intense scenes that had me holding my breath, as well as some darkish themes. This is a fairly fast-paced story full of descriptive details- but, I felt like the story suffered a little, at times, due to the hectic pace. I also had a few issues where the wrong word/s were used, for example; esthetic instead of ecstatic- two similar words but with very different meanings…. they pulled me out of the story and had me rereading parts to try to make sense of what I had read.
Code Name: Falcon (Book #2) continues the story of the Order of the Condor- with Falcon and Cara’s story…

Thank you, Maya Daniels and Sylvia Black!

First of all, I am soooo happy to find that this instalment isn’t the end of ‘Her Three Immortals’ series- as I was worried it might be after finishing at the previous book. I squealed with delight when I got to the end of ‘The Bow’ and realised there would be another addition to the series!!! I’m one happy book worm right now!!!
The Bow is the third addictive book in Her Three Immortals series by Hazel Storm. And as you have probably figured out- I LOVE LOVE LOVE this series- it is really fantastic and entirely addictive. Hazel Storm earned herself a spot on my favourite authors list and I will happily devour anything and everything she produces!!!
The Bow continues from where we left off at the end of Book #2- so if you haven’t read ‘The God’ yet, I highly recommend that you do so before starting on this story.
It is a brilliant paranormal romance- with more than one love interest- making this a delicious RH story that sizzles right off the pages. This fantasy is full of adventure, action, suspense, interesting and endearing characters (as well as some more detestable cast members), originality, imagination, wonderful world building, magic, drama, danger, Gods/Goddesses, mythology, fate/destiny, trust, emotion, and an intriguing prophecy.
In this instalment, we get to learn so much more about the characters, the Underworld, the Overworld, and the Upperworld. Vanessa has been assigned a task by the Queen of the Underworld- with her very soul at stake if she fails. The assignment sounds simple- but things definitely do not go according to plan- and Vanessa finds herself a prisoner in the Upperworld. So, how is she meant to complete her task if she can’t find a way to escape? With the clock ticking, she is running out of time! But she’s not the only one who needs help! What happens makes for another enthralling read!!
After reading the end of this story with the added tantalizing sneak peak of the next book, which looks set to be amazing by the way- I am excitedly awaiting the release of “The Box” (Book #4)- releasing in November 2021!!! Can. Not. Wait!!!

Thank you, Hazel Storm!

Code Name: Vulture: Dark Vampire Romance (The Order of the Condor Series Book 1)Code Name: Vulture: Dark Vampire Romance by Maya Daniels
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Code Name: Vulture, as advertised, is a dark vampire romance, but what wasn’t advertised was how it’s also an introduction to a different kind of vampire story. More than just a simple by-the-book romance, there’s a complexity to the relationship between Vulture and Danielle. What starts out as a physical attraction goes beyond the skin and with steamy scenes the deeper into the story we go. The authors deliver on a shiver-inducing tale about love, survival, and magic where nothing is as it seems. If you like a story with a little spice and darkness, you’ll love this book. I’ll be keeping an eye out for book two!

The Bow (Her Three Immortals, #3)The Bow by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I truly am unable to get enough of this author’s amazing series. I have been hooked since I was introduced to the amazing characters and story line in book one. Hazel Storm knows how to weave a tale with such interest and certain specialties as I call it that really draws the reader in! Loved this installment!

I loved Vanessa in this gripping novel. She has grown so much as a character since the first book, she really is a bad ass and she ha gone through, well a lot! She’s a fighter and even won over the darkest soul to love her. That took more that just a bit of work. When she is sent to the mission to meet his mother, I found great relation to that ordeal. I have been there too many times. I loved the fact the author put a strong relation many readers can think on that they have been where Vanessa is.

In this book practically, I loved the scenery and how the author described everything. The adventure to well what Vanessa had to complete, perhaps I say to gain the mothers acceptance, was less than ideal, but certainly made the story more powerful in many different attributes it brought! I could not put this one down, I thought the last installment was gripping, but this one really held on to me even more tightly! There’s so much happening, and all things are different perhaps in how they seem , just maybe? I could go on and on how much I loved this specific installment. To me, it was the best one yet! I anxiously am awaiting the next book installment for this series, it needs to come out, I am more than eager haha!

The author’s word play in the past books were good, but this one really took the cake. The author really took what her recognition has been with the past books and really made this one topping off the first two books. I am left with no words, to describe how remarkable this read was. l long for more, and I know this is one I will gladly cherish for a long time to come. I highly recommend this book, as well as this series, this one is the best yet in the series, in my opinion, and each book gets better and better for me in the series, the author is truly remarkable and talented! I LOVE their books, and this one was beyond amazing!

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Code Name: Vulture is a Dark Vampire Romance by Maya Daniels & Sylvia Black. This is my first book by Maya and Sylvia but I really enjoyed it.

Danielle is a curator of a museum looking forward to getting her hands on an ancient artifact. But little does she know, she’s not the only one who wants this artifact.
Vulture is a purebred vampire. He has a job to do, and that job is Danielle. He takes a contract to take her, but boy oh boy, he didn’t expect her to be so head strong.

I would personally recommend you check trigger warnings before picking this one up. But if you enjoy Dark Vampire Romances – you’re gonna want to give this one a shot!

I enjoyed this paranormal story. This is not my first book by these authors but it is one of my favorites yet. This is a well written story about protection and the cost you are willing to pay for that. The author’s use of details made the story come to life on each page. Their creative, unique characters add to the story as being relatable and strong. I enjoyed being pulled into the story from the beginning. This is a story about Vulture and Danielle. He is a born leader and also a ghost just like his brothers. She never expected to end up in a nightmare and willing to give up anything to these vampires. Problem, she has secrets that they must never find out about. As both of their lives intertwine they find themselves barely hanging on to survival. What happens next I highly recommend picking up this book. It is for sure worth the pick up. I enjoyed their chemistry and growth throughout the story. They made such great characters and I enjoyed what they brought to the story. I really enjoyed this paranormal story with hot, steamy characters. I highly recommend this book.

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Code Name: Vulture is the first book in a new series about a woman, Danielle, who is a curator of a museum. The story starts at an auction where she is “guaranteed” to obtain an ancient artifact that holds many secrets. What she doesn’t realize is she is not the only one after this particular artifact. After being outbid, she obsesses about losing the artifact to some stranger. What she doesn’t know is that he will not be a stranger for long, but her mate. I really enjoyed this first book. As someone who loves dark vampire romances, it did not disappoint. While I did think that it started a little slow and confusing, I was able to catch up pretty quickly. Once I was a couple chapters in, I was hooked. Now, there are a lot of these types of novels, so I am always looking for a different point of view. I think the author did really well with bringing a new aspect to the stories we have heard in so many different ways. I look forward to the rest of the series.

Code Name: Vulture is a dark Vampire Romance story and the first book in The Order of the Condor Series by Maya Daniels & Sylvia Black. It is fast paced, with lots of action and danger and is steamy, addictive, and sexy, and full of danger. I was lost in the story and the harsh but oddly alluring world that Maya and Sylvia have created. A place where secret and lies, darkness and death thrive to weave a twisted world. One of domination, lust, greed, and brutality.
When extinction threatens the vampiric race rumours abound of a relic that could just as well annihilate them or be their saviour. Unfortunately, there is only one person that knows of the relic and its secrets. Now she is on their radar she finds herself in a fight for her life.
I devoured this short story in one sitting. I can’t wait to see what else they bring.

I give Hazard in Hawaii (A Doctor Danger Mystery Book 1) by Heather Silvio, 5 stars.

This book was so different from any I have read before. First of all it takes place in Hawaii, which is always a great location to set a mystery. Then there are people mysteriously dying. These are all things you may have seen in books before. The unique part is why they are dying and what causes it. I do not want to give anything away, so I will not go into any more detail, but it was very unique to me. But this is not the only thing that makes this story so good. The characters are fantastic, setting up this series to be very enjoyable. The story itself, the many things happening during their investigation, are written so well, I felt like I was part of the case. I could not put this book down until I was finished and anxiously await the next in the series.

This is my first book from Author Heather Silvio and I really enjoyed this paranormal cozy mystery story. Sarah, who is an assistant investigator, is asked to fly to Hawaii with her boss when a client hires them to find out how this fever-based illness that people are contracting has now become deadly. The story really unravels and you piece together whom the victims of this illness are and how they are linked. The paranormal aspect on how this illness comes about was well played, and I really thought I had it figured out. Will Sarah and her team figure out where this illness comes from and hope to save the people effected by it before it is to late? Definitely read this book and and find out. There were a few twists in this story and overall if you love a good cozy mystery with some paranormal aspects, you will enjoy this book.

Wow,
I could not find another word to introduce and describe this book.
Is all you ever wanted, it is true it has vampires and werewolves but with a twist in it that I swear I did not see coming, it was adventurous and sexy.

It made me feel every single emotion since chapter one. To be honest this is not a teenage book and I say that with the best intention because it is what young adults/adults have been waiting for. The way that everything is described and how detailed it is makes you believe that you are in it. I felt like the main character the whole time even when her voice was not present. I couldn’t stop reading it since I got it and honestly it might be one of my favorite books of werewolves and vampires.

Hazard in Hawaii (A Doctor Danger Mystery Book 1)Hazard in Hawaii by Heather Silvio
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Sarah Danger is an assistant investigator while also working towards her doctorate in comparative mythology and counselling, she enjoys all the parts of her life, however, this trip to Hawai’i with her boss to investigate his latest case is a once in a lifetime opportunity, although the reason they are investigating is less than happy. The client who has hired them has asked them to investigate a mysterious illness which is currently affecting one of their family members, it is an illness which causes the affected person to have a progressive nausea, a headache, a fever which cannot be treated and which raises until the person’s organs fail and someone has already perished.

As they prepare to arrive in Hawai’i, Sarah’s boss asks her to come up with a plan for when they land, she decides to conduct the interviews with the patient and their family members first, followed by the doctor treating them and finally the family of the person who died, they agree that it is the best course of action before going for a meal and settling in so that they can get an early start the next day. As the investigation progresses, Sarah has to call on her clairempathy during the interview to try and find out about the emotions the interviewee is feeling and how it corresponds with the answers they were giving, however, things don’t quite go as planned when one of the team ends up in hospital and another has to be brought in and Sarah is thrust into a leadership role she is not sure she is comfortable with.

As more information is found and more cases are found, a pattern emerges and t is looking more likely to be a supernatural rather than a biological nature, this is where Sarah’s expertise really comes to the fore as she researches into the new possibilities with her team. Will they be able to figure out who and what is behind the mysterious illness and how they can remedy it before those affected succumb to its affects? This is a cozy mystery with a supernatural element, which will draw you in and keep you reading through the twists and turns until the conclusion.

Yes! I have found a new favorite series.
This book is the first of an adventure that I cannot wait to continue.
A story of werewolf and vampire that puts Twilight in the background, the originality is amazing.
The attention to detail when describing the chemistry and building the romance between a

Vampire, werewolf, and a past that can destroy everything they hold dear. LOVE!
The development of these characters and the plot is timeless and worth more than five stars.

Forbidden WolfForbidden Wolf by C.R. Robertson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Forbidden Wolf by C.R. Robertson is simply a great read! One vampire, one Lycan, two species that war against each other, but these two found love and have to fight their way out. Many years later, they meet again, but there is another species out there making themselves known even though they did not know it. The way C.R. builds this story with all the main characters is just amazing! This was my first read from C.R. Robertson, and I immediately made sure I got the second book! If you have a love for vampires and Lycans, then check this out!
