This was a great steamy read! This was a different take on shifters that I have not read before. I really loved all of the passion between Kieran and Quinnlynn.The patience he has for her is so sweet.I enjoyed getting some background to Quinnlynn’s story and what really happened to her parents. I didn’t want the story to end and can’t wait to read more from this author. They have a very detailed and passionate writing style.

This isn’t my normal read for starters. I really enjoyed that it was action-packed and a bit suspenseful. I usually watch things like this and not read them. Romano and Raven were drawn to one another from the start and I really loved reading their story come to life on the pages. Sort of like Romeo and Juliet they are from two completely different worlds and aren’t supposed to be together, it breaks every rule. They can’t be not together though so they are faced with the trials that come with it.

I was so exciting to see another book in this series, I had to start reading it straight away as I couldn’t wait. I was instantly transported straight back into the world that this author has so imaginatively created. This book, like the others, just adds to how outstanding this series is. Each one I think is better than the last and that the author surely can’t do any better. Each time she shows us just how much more she has to give. The characters and the story blend so well in this book. Each compliments the other and makes the book all the better. This author is one I now never fail to pick up and read as I always know I am going to get an amazing story. This is one series I would highly recommend.

Its a fast paced, paranormal, supernatural story filled with magic, underground that is supernatural, secrets and mages. Ava is a Mage who runs the Black Cauldron Detective Agency and she knows all the goings on in New York. If you need secrets uncovered, objects found or just plain Mage gossip Ava is the one to call. When Tasis her formal rival shows up asking her to help find the Laurent Grimoire she may have bit off more than she can chew. She is full of worry if she can really trust Tasis or not. Master Romano is the fourth book in the Masters of the Consulate series by Sylvia Black. It is a fantastic addition to this paranormal romance series- with vampires, witches, curses, feuds, agendas, an underworld society, politics, the supernatural, magic, danger, tension, intrigue, drama, emotion, superb world-building, twists, dramatic turns, opposites attract, duty, responsibility, choices, challenges, and a whole lot of sizzlingly HOT developments. Even though this is the fourth book in the series, I really recommend reading the other three books before beginning this one. Each book in the series focuses on its own separate couple, but as there are interconnected details, as well as recurring characters that span the series- I really recommend reading from the beginning and seeing what has happened right from the start, as each instalment contains information that I feel would help you to better appreciate this book, and the series as a whole. And the series seems to get better and better with each new addition, making it extremely hard to pick a favourite from the four (so far). I am really thrilled to find that there are 12 books planned for this series! Colour me excited! Can’t wait for the next instalment!!! Happy Reading!

This was my first trip into Lexi Foss’ Omegaverse world and let’s just say, I have no desire to ever leave. Quinn and Kieran’s story reached all the right angles. Mystery, tension, angst, suspense, passion and redemption. I loved everything about it! Quinn, betrothed to Kieran, disappears suddenly leaving him to hold the responsibilities of the clan while he desperately searches for her. She has her “reasons,” of course. Despite her sassy, “I don’t need any help,” attitude, she finally realizes that Kieran has always wanted to be by her side, sharing her secrets, sharing her burdens, no matter what. Kieran is definitely book husband material and I loved everything about him. This was a great book and I can’t wait to read the next one!

This is the first time I have come across or read anything by this author so she is new to me. I enjoyed the flow of the story and her style of writing. Luciana is a cop with psychic & telepathic abilities. She’s put on a case to fund out who is behind taking the women that have recently gone missing. She is put undercover to work in a club where she meets her new boss, Overmaster Salvatore Descallia. She is being shown around the building by another worker when some masked men come to rob the place. She nearly loses her life but is saved by Salvatore. He himself is also trying to find out who is pulling the strings and kidnapping all these women. It gets especially critical when the mate of a master is taken. While trying to figure out a strategy for finding the missing women these two start to develop an attraction that cannot be ignored. It’s hard for Salvatore at first because he had a mate that he lost hundreds of years before. He didn’t think he would come to love anyone again. There is ancient text in the vampire lore that speaks of a woman who will be the salvation of the vampire race. Luciana fits the description to a tee. Could Luciana be that woman? Could she also possibly be his mate reincarnated?

All the books in this series have been great and this one is no exception. Master Romano is tasked with settling a long going fued between vampires and witches over some land. Raven is a witch who belongs to the coven involved in the fight for said land but in a plot twist she actually ends up helping the vampires. When the consulate comes to believe that Raven is a spy Romano is tasked with ending her. Even though they are on different sides of the fight he is captivated by Raven and has other plans. Having read the first three books in the Masters of the Consulate series, I could not wait to read Romano’s story. I would like to point out the series should be read in order for the best experience. Having recently discovered the treachery within their ranks the Masters of the Consulate are being overly suspicious of each other as well as cautious. Romano is aware the others fear he may be a traitor to their kind, but he is not just going to be an open book. He has given everything to them and is now feeling the sting of betrayal himself; still he is going to do what he can for his people. Raven is found sneaking onto Master Romano’s property, when confronted by Romano she disappears in to thin air, which signals she is a witch. Witches and vampires are suppose to be on opposites of a war however they are intrigued instead. As their relationship grows will the two be able to figure out a way to be together? What will they do if they must choice? Will they be able to go against everyone to have their happily ever after? Will they be able to protect those they care for yet keep each other? Romano’s story did not disappoint. I would recommend not only this story but the whole series. I can not wait to see what comes next.

This was a very interesting book. A great continuation of the previous 3 books. I love how the characters flow through every book. Master Romano has lost trust of the Vampire Counsel. He is now out to prove himself innocent. Isala is in hiding and has to be found and this is Master Romano’s job to figure out with Lucas by his side babysitting him.
The Vampire and Witches have hated each other for decades. Now they are fighting over land they both believe they have a claim too. Tensions are super high with distrust and betrayal. Can a witch named Raven be the key to a solution? Read on and find out.

After reading Diabolical Sword, I was completely enthralled by this book. It fits perfectly, I’m so completely in love with this series already. Literally every supernatural creature that interests me is in this book. Kayda is feeling lonely because her best friend is on the run, Harlow is hiding to protect those he loves. Two separate stories intertwined.

This series is really good and I enjoyed this one as well. Romano and Raven’s story was really interesting and exciting. The story had some good suspense and fighting scenes as well as a really cool love connection. The book ended with a little bit of a cliffhanger making it hard to wait for the next book in the series. I enjoy this author and look forward to reading more from her.

This is the fourth book in this terrific and thrilling series and it is every bit as good as the last. When I first stumbled upon the series and it’s wonderful author it was a total accident and I read them out of order. However when I first picked up book two and saw its beautiful cover and read it’s synopsis I knew right away I would be hooked. After devouring the first 3 I anxiously awaited book four and devoured it as soon as it hit my kindle. The cover is just as beautiful as the previous books, and the storyline is once again filled with action, drama, romance, and of course some suspense. This series has quickly become one of my favorites since I discovered it last year, but book four is by far my favorite. The characters are amazing, the word building is out of this world, and I simply can’t wait to see what we get next.

I definitely read these books out of order, but this book was just as good as book two and three. When I first discovered this series I had no idea who this wonderful author was or how quickly I would devour her books. While this is a series each book can be read as a stand alone, however the series is so great that trust me you won’t won’t to stop at one. The plot was original, full of action and romance, and of course plenty of twists to keep you interested. Do if your looking for a great new story pick this one up today.

He’s having to prove that trust with letting them come to his home and watch everything he does. Meanwhile, some nice looking witch, Raven, is watching Romano’s property. She ends up helping the vampires. Of course we have smexy times, drama, and more story plots. This Author is seriously one of my favorites due to this series!!! Ready for the next book!!!

I don’t think there’s enough words to describe how much I love this series. Master Romano rates right up there with the rest. If you love vampires this series is definitely for you. I’ve always been obsessed with vampires and shifters. So anytime I come across a book of that nature it takes a lot for me not to read it. This author is no different. The Vampires and witches are at war and Isala has gone rogue. Master Romano can’t be trusted, or can he? Overmaster Descallia has his doubts. So he sends Lucas to Romania with Romano to keep tabs and report back to him. Overmaster Descallia leads with an iron fist and is well respected in the vampire world. Also the way his character is written in this particular book reminded me why I love him so much!! Anyway back to Master Romano and his new witchy friend Raven. Raven sees through the propaganda about vampires. Was she raised to be scared of them? Absolutely! Is she afraid of them? Absolutely not! She’s actually just as intrigued in Master Romano as he is her. Which is a big faux-pas. Witches and vampires can not counter mingle, they are at war. Despite Descallia’s peace efforts. Unfortunately, like the rest of the books in this series you get a bit of Devora and Descallia going head to head. Do they track down Isala? What happens if they do fine her? If you’re stumbling across this series for the first time, please go back and start with Master Descallia(book 1.) And if you’ve read the first three I don’t know what you are waiting for. Me? I’m waiting for book 5, and while I do so I’m going to start again. I feel like this series will be the series that keeps on giving each time you read it!

After reading the first 3 books in the series I knew that this would be so great! I have not read any other books by this author until now and that will change! She has such a great way of writing these vampire romance novels that had me captivated and unable to think about anything else other than finishing them. This is the 4th book in the Masters of the Consulate series. I have loved every single one of these books and I really recommend reading them from the start so you follow the full story. The author does an amazing job with these vampire romance books. There is so much more happening than just the romance, there is danger and traitors in each side of paranormal beings from the witches and the vampires. It is a fast paced story full of twists and turns that keeps the reader gripped from beginning to end
They now have to find a way to work together after years and years of being enemy’s. The romance side is really well written I love how opposites attract and how even though they are ment to be enemies Romano and Raven can’t deny or fight the attraction between them. Even though everything is telling them they can’t be together what do you do when you can’t fight destiny. Will this bring the witches and vampires together to make them stronger against their enemies or will this union only serve to make the animosity between witches and vampires even worse. Fighting against their attraction whilst also fighting enemies set on destroying both the vampires and witches are they going to be able to survive?

Oh, this author knows how to write a paranormal romance that will please a reader. Romano and Raven are the latest pairing in the Masters of the Consulate series. The drama, romance, adventure, and mystery all make for tremendously entertaining reading. Vampires, wolves, and witches with the mob thrown in are involved in the crazy war to find out who is behind trying take out the Vampires. Descalia, Lucianna, Embry, Lucas, Trentino, and others came to fill out this intriguing tale of love and suspense. The plot was enthralling. I was engaged from the beginning. I love this series because you can pick up where you left off just like you went to visit an old friend. Oh, but there is a cliffhanger and I’ll be eagerly awaiting the next book in the series. This is one of my favorites. You must read this. It would get more than 5 stars if I could give it.

I have been reading this book since the first book came out, and each time I am swooning in my own way literally! I can never get enough of these deep in depth characters or those steamy moments that impact my entire kindle screen! The author is certainly talented at making this series come to life!
I enjoyed this book with every part of my soul! The characters in this one were deep as they can go as always, the romance was steamy. The suspense was shocking at times, and kept you on the edge of your seat! I loved how things went with this book not in the ordinary sense. Everything was a risk it seemed, and to take it, meant putting everything on the line. As per usual, this book was impossible to put down. The story was different compared to others, and I was very much intrigued! Freaking loved this book!
The entire series is a must read for sure! I loved this book as a independent installment for all it was. The author has an amazing writing style! Highly recommend it all around! A must read with no doubt!

Wow I can’t rate this book highly enough, if you like your wolves interesting and honourable and your Alphas to be Strong, and in charge (especially dominant in the bedroom), your Omegas to be caring and give their all then this may well be the book for you. Dark shifter dystopian romance with a twist that shows even those with honour and think they are doing the right thing can make mistakes. Princess Quinnlynn promises herself to the one Alpha who is not fighting for her attention after the untimely death of her parents. Before they can commit fully Quinn leaves. A century later Kieran finds his Omega in the most unlikely of situations after following every lead to find her. He must keep her safe, keep her with him and contained but earn her trust so that she will give him her reasons for leaving him. Can he help secure and keep contained the family secret that has been left for Quinn to protect, before the magic needed leaves her disassociated from her wolf and alone forever. Can they be what each other need to mend their broken souls, learn to live again, lead their people and love each other… I am certainly looking out for the next book in this series and going back to read prior work from this author.

I really enjoyed this book. It was interesting as we followed two separate stories, Harlow’s and Kayda’s. Both stories had a lot of drama and adventure which made for an exciting read. Each story was complete unto itself yet they connected on a basic level. I loved both and I found this to be a really good series and I look forward to reading more from this author.

Unearthly Magik is engaging from the very start. It is a paranormal supernatural tale full of action, suspense, adventure and drama. The storyline is original and intriguing and will have you wanting more.
There is mystery around every corner, lies and secrets to uncover, a supernatural underground, magik, grimoires, Mages, a supernatural Detective Agency and impossible cases to be solved.
Ava is strong willed, sassy, quick to temper and she is extremely unpredictable. I fell in love with her.
Ava and her Mages from the Black Cauldron Detective Agency have been tasked to find The Lauret Grimoire when former rival, Tasis shows up. Can he be trusted? What will they discover on this journey?
I enjoyed this book and I can’t wait for the next one and I know you will too.
I was so excited to delve back into this story and these characters after reading this first book. This one definitely lives up to my expectations and is easily better than the first. It was jam packed full of exciting storylines and brilliant characters. It is one of those books I struggled to put down, even if it were 3am! I thought the plot development in this book was even better than the first, pushing it into the next level for me. the author pieces together everything so well and it is such an enjoyable read. I would highly recommend this series and I cannot wait for what comes next.
