They are both going through a change that makes them realize that they arent getting any younger . The authors did an amazing job at helping them navigate this while still keeping the humor. I can’t wait to continue the series.

I am totally 100% hooked on this series and this EXTREMELY talented authors writing! She never ever disappoints with her creative and gripping storylines that will have you turning page after page. This book, as all her books do, has a mix of wonderful characters, some who you will love and some you will love to hate! lol Forrest and Kiera completely had my heart right from the start and they will both stay there for a very long time. I won’t go into the actual storyline as there is just too much that I could give away and I refuse to spoil it for anyone. Now this is book 4 of the series and I have to say that I highly recommend the reading entire series. I promise you will not regret a single second spent reading this wonderful authors work.

Reckless Love was a good read for me. This is book 4 in the series and there are so many characters in the book we have known from other books. Becky Bennett’s career is taking off with her brand and now she is hoping to publish The Farmers Daughters Cookbook. She’s the only daughter in the Bennett family and everywhere she looks she finds happy couples. With Christmas coming up and her family working close with Glen Kirby, she finds a way thanks to her dad to forgive Glen for everything that has happened previously. Glen and Becky end up getting close and hiding it from the brothers until it can’t be hidden anymore. Her brothers are not happy with what’s going on and think it’s a game he is playing. One particular thing happens and maybe it will help her brothers see what’s right in front of them. Will Becky be able to be happy or will her brothers ruin whatever she has been building with Glen?

I absolutely loved Hot Flashes and Hockey Slashes. This book was such a great read from beginning to end. I loved how Olivia just doesn’t care what anyone thinks of her. She’s a middle aged divorced woman about to go to her ex husbands destination wedding. She doesn’t want to go but her daughter tells her she has to go. Her daughter Holly brings her roommate from college Hannah. The girls decide they will get someone to be Olivia’s pretend boyfriend for the wedding and Hannah decides to call her dad who hasnt exactly been a great dad to her thru the years. Roman decides to go but isn’t prepared for all things Olivia. She shows up in Belize and is nothing short of a hot mess. When she spots Roman and realizes he’s her fake boyfriend, she thinks about him getting his own room so she doesn’t need to share a bed with him. I loved Roman from the very beginning. Both Roman and Olivia have grown children who think they can parent their parents. Over the course of a week in Belize Roman and Olivia become close but that week is over before neither is ready for it to be over. With Roman being a professional hockey player in Tampa and Olivia being a successful business woman in North Carolina, there’s no way for either of them to bring up their feelings without getting heartbroken. Will one of them take the leap and voice their feelings or will they just say good bye with hopes to maybe run into eachother when they visit their daughters at school? Definitely loved Olivia and her don’t care attitude and Roman….he is the perfect guy. He has no problems voicing his opinions and he is isn’t scared of Olivia even with her hot flashes and attitude. Definitely enjoyed this read.

Becky and Glen were friends as kids. Tragic things happened while they were young adults, and the families became enemies. Crimes committed, prices paid, forgiveness earned. Well mostly. Becky didn’t know why everyone else forgave Glen for all his wrong doings, but she couldn’t. Until she tried harder. She looked into herself and tried a little harder to forgive, a little harder to get to know him. Friends turned enemies turned secret lovers.
I really enjoyed this story except the feelings the family had about Glen. They seemed very wishy-washy to me. The brothers, their wives and even Becky’s dad, seemed to feel one way, then felt another way and then again switched their opinions. I am happy with the way it all turned out but they kind of gave me whip lash with their emotions. Becky and Glen however, seemed to have their acts together.
My favorite quotes from this story came from memories of Becky’s mom.

Wow…what a fantastic story. Truck Stopped is Book 11 in the Satans Devils MC series and even through you could listen to this book as a stand-alone I highly recommend listening to all the books as this is a fantastic series.
Truck is a veteran and a firefighter who is also a member of the Satans Devils MC. While trying to tend to a fire call, Truck is injured and burned badly. Feeling down, damaged and angry, Truck just wants to be alone and just feels like a broken monster with all his scars.
Allie is a “sweet butt” for the Satans Devils MC but knows she wants more. Her mom throwing her out at a young age, Allie is a fighter to survive…Allie never forgets Truck as they shared something special before he leaves. When Drummer, the president, wants Truck back at the club he sends Allie to convince Truck to return……but does he?
Allie and Truck continue their bond even though there is lots of hesitation. Will Allie and Truck each overcome dark pasts that lead them to light?
I loved every minute of this story including hearing the future of the club with Drummer and Peg of what is to come and what has happened. I’m very sad this is the end of an era but love to see more from Manda that would include the clubs children as they grow up as a possibility.

This is my first book by this author which I enjoyed reading. Her writing style is such that she pulls you into the story with ease and her attention to details give the story a realistic feel. I found this book to be well written and hard to put down. A story about fulfilling a mothers urge and finding more than just a killer on the journey. I enjoyed the characters in his story. They are connectable, relatable and supportive of each other. They bring life to the story and keep your attention to the end. I enjoyed watching their growth as well as feeling their chemistry. A fast paced story that will keep you turning pages to the end. This is a great entertaining story to read. I highly recommend this book.
This is a sweet Christmas romance story. This is an author that I have enjoyed reading and one I never hesitate to pick up. I enjoy her writing skills and her attention to details that make her stories pop. This one is no different. This is a story about what you do when you lose your job, your apartment and your best friend has an extra plane ticket to Sydney. What happens when they get to Sydney is something you don’t want to miss. The characters are relatable, connectable and have great chemistry. I enjoyed how they pulled me into their world with ease and kept my attention to the end. This is a fast paced story that is hard to put down. An engaging story that will lift your holiday spirit. I highly recommend this book.

This is a nice addition to the series. It covers villain redemption which at times seemed difficult to swallow. He has been horrible in the first couple books and the author does a good job making the reader feel and change thoughts about Glen. This has a lot about guilt and forgiveness but what connected with me most was the addiction recovery. He has thoughts, feelings and learning new habits that were realistic and I felt the author did a good job. The story seems to drag a bit for me a couple different times. I thought it was a little flowery with the thoughts but other times the author does a cute job with her wording when thinking about the opposite character. Overall this is a good one but not my favorite of the series. I look forward to James’ story.

I was completely captivated by this story from beginning to end, I honestly could not stop listening at all. I have to say I am usually consumed by this authors stories but there was just something about this one, she really did take the story and characters to another level. She definitely brought the series full circle with this final instalment. Truck and Allie’s story was so beautifully written, the emotional moments of the story really grabbed me at times. It’s been a while since a book had me in tears but this one did all within a few pages! I was so into what I was listening to, I could feel everything to characters did and I think that’s definitely what had me so emotional! Truck Stopped was an amazing ending to this series and a story I cannot recommend enough. It could be read as a standalone but I would 100% recommend the series as a whole! On top of a wonderful story were the perfect narrators that were chosen, they really did bring the story to life through their narration.

Here we are again with yet another amazing 5 star read from KG Fletcher. I honestly adore all of her books, she writes about such wonderful characters who are so relatable and likeable. The characters in this book were no exception. Becky was so lovely to read about, she was a really wholesome person who is willing to see the best in everyone and this included Glen. Glen was trying hard to become a reformed character and he was working really hard and righting some wrongs he made. I think Becky was right to be cautious of him at the beginning because of her sheltered upbringing but I was so glad that eventually she warmed to him especially as I was rooting for the two of them from the beginning! As always I cannot recommend this authors books enough and I always look forward to whatever she may bring out next!

I absolutely loved this story. It was so easy to read, the pace and flow were great and I just fell in love with all of the characters straight away. Riley was a brilliant female lead, she’s a devoted mother to her son Dylan but also because of her past she is very guarded and that does come across early on in the story however I think its totally expected considering what has happened in her life. I liked Mitch, I was anticipating her would be grumpy but he really wasn’t, he was a genuine, down to earth person who’s overprotectiveness was seen as being grumpy. There was a connection between the two characters even if it didn’t seem it at times. This was a lovely story and one that I highly recommend.

What an incredible story this book was. I’ve read quite a few books by this author now and she never fails to amaze me with her wonderful writing, characters and storylines. She writes dark MC stories and she does it incredibly well. There was just so much going on in this book, the characters Dingo and Celee were amazing to read about. I really took them both into my heart and they definitely had me in tears at times. The chemistry between the two of them was electric at times, it wasn’t forced at all it felt so real and genuine. I was hooked on this book from beginning to end and I think it might possibly be my favourite from this author so far! I am definitely looking forward to reading more from her in the future.

This series is becoming one of my favorites and thus author is becoming one that I will read anything she writes. This is the 7th book in the series and these books keep getting better and better. This is the first part of a duet in a series. So, make sure to read this one-first before you move onto the next book. This is also a book that you will want to read the rest in the series before this one, just so you have some background info about this amazing group. This book has everything you could dream of from angst, to steam, to intrigue. Since this is a duet story it does end in a cliff hanger and I normally detest cliffhangers but this one actually makes me want to read the next book, instead of being angry. I suggest that if you absolutely hate cliffhangers that you could wait for the second book to read it but you would be missing out on the start of an amazing story. The enemies to lover vibes that is given will have you turning pages faster than you can read them. The mystery into who did what will have you creating how things are going to go. This book has you wondering if they will figure things out. It also feels like everything is coming full circle with the series. This is the first instalment in Shane and Winter’s story, which concludes in the next book, Wicked Ends. It is a New Adult, enemies-to-lovers “bully” romance with plenty of angsty drama, love, hate, emotion, trauma, tension, intrigue, suspense, mystery, secrets, family dynamics, sparks, chemistry, and s-s-s-sizzle. As we previously- The ‘Elites’ are the top of the food chain, college football stars. They are brothers Cole and Damon and their cousins, twin brothers Phoenix and Shane. Each of the elites get their own book/s – and this time it’s Shane (and Winter’s) turn. And OMG do they have a story to tell! This is not a light and fluffy read- nor is the series. There is a lot of darker content, which I won’t go into because I don’t want to spoil anything for you. The Inquisitor is the fourth book in the WaterFyre Rising series by Nadia Han. It is a fantastic romantic suspense with a second chances/friends to lovers element, intrigue, danger, mystery, tension, chemistry, sizzle, drama, agendas, damsel in distress element, alpha-male type billionaire doctor, family, friendship, emotion, abduction, human trafficking, violence, and deadly developments. Ms. Han certainly knows how to weave an engrossing story and she always manages to pull me in from the get-go and keep me glued to the pages, devouring the words to discover how it all plays out in the end. I have loved this series from the very first book, and each instalment since just seems to get better. Each new release always becomes my favourite till the next one knocks it off its throne. As was the case here. I loved the backstory behind how ‘WaterFyre’ came about, and that aspect of the series has always intrigued me. The group of WaterFyre men each get their own book, so each could be read as a standalone. But in saying that, I highly recommend reading the entire series, from the beginning, because they are each fantastic stories in their own right and each book lets us get to know one of the WaterFyre men, and their love, in much more depth. This is Forrest and Kiera’s story. Forrest is the Inquisitor of WaterFyre (yes, I have mentioned that name several times now and if you don’t know what that is, you really should read the book to find out what it is all about) and a billionaire doctor and a protective alpha type male. He comes to the rescue when Kiera is abducted and put to auction by human traffickers. Things are about to get complicated, in more ways than one. What happens makes for some intense, engrossing, and dramatic reading. Looking forward to the next release – ‘The Strategist’ (Book #5). Happy Reading!

Master Sardinia is the eighth book in the Masters of the Consulate series by Sylvia Black. I know I have said this with every new instalment in this series, but it’s true- this series just gets better with each new instalment- and I don’t need any more enticement than sexy vampires: vampire mafia to be exact- even better. Again, as with the rest of the series, this is a fantastic dark vampire romance/paranormal romance- and has all the ingredients of a romantic suspense too– with an underworld society/vampire mafia, enemies to lovers, a fated mates element, age gap, danger, drama, high stakes, chemistry, sizzle, agendas, evil plans, politics, magic, emotion, action, loyalty, bonds, mysteriousness, intrigue, tension, emotion, and is told from a duel POV- which gives this story added depth and interest. I highly recommend reading the other books in the series before beginning this one. Because even though you could read this as a standalone, as each book in the series focuses on its own separate character/s, and there are also some interconnected details, as well as recurring characters that pop up/span the series- so I really recommend reading from the beginning, so you know what’s happened right from the start. The best part about this series is that there are 12 books planned…. 8 down, 4 still to comewhich means more sexy vampires on the way! Oh, and did I mention VAMPIRES!!!!! Wicked Games is the seventh book in the Hidden Valley Elite Series. At this point I’m invested, I have to keep reading but sometimes the stories feel forced. This one has picked up since the last one. The ending of the last one allowed this one to start with the reader on the edge of their seat. The characters are nice but I think need a tad bit more development. At times the interactions seem forced. Overall it was a huge improvement since the last book!

This is book 7 in the Hidden Valley Elite series. I honestly can’t give this series enough praise. I have loved every story. I was waiting on the edge of my seat for this book after the cliff hanger the last book left me on. This book follow the last of the 4 men we have read about in this series (definately read them from the start). We are with Shane and Winter in this story.
When we rejoin Shane he is struggling through the fallout and consequences of his actions. When Winter reappears in his life. And when their pasts catch up with them a secrets start coming to life would they even want to be together. What happens when the need for revenge turns into a connection and a passion neither one can deny.
Like with the other romances the chemistry between our characters is on fire but the angst, trauma and struggles they have to go through is what makes me fall in love with them.

This series is one of my all time favorite romance reads. Winter and Shane are both very well developed characters. I have been waiting and waiting to find out about Shane from the beginning of this series. He is this mysterious character playing a background role that finally has the spotlight in this novel. Between him and Winter, this book gives me enemies to lovers vibes.
I honestly have to say that this has been my favorite so far in the Hidden Valley Elite Series. It is not my favorite because it is one of the longest in the series, but I do give the author credit for expounding on this storyline. And yet, I am still dying for more. Shane is accused of many things, but I do not believe for one second that he had anything to do with Winter’s sudden problem. Once again, the cliffhanger is going to be the end of me! I cannot wait for the next book!!

The Truth About Myths is a historical enemy to lover’s romance tale and the third book in fabulous The Winemakers series. It is easy to imagine the world and time period as Giovanna writes with rich historical detail, descriptions, and world building, with such passion and in a vibrant style. This Regency romance is set in Portugal and Spain amongst the Monarchy and court politics, secrets and scheming. This beautiful love story shows the difficulties and struggles they face with their relationship. There is heartbreak, compassion and passion, tenderness, danger and tension, angst and animosity, chemistry and romance. I love that it was told in dual POV as we learned so much about these characters and especially Henrique’s rakish ways. Their journey is filled with sense of duty, patriotism, and unexpected twists and turns. The swoon worthy playboy Viscount Henrique doesn’t believe in love, and he has big dreams, but he is about to be whacked over the head with it. He is witty, charming, sexy and an unapologetic rake. It’s hard not to like him. Princess Isabel is the epitome of entitled princess. She is a determined, strong and intelligent woman who cares about doing the right thing for women and is about to find out there is much more to life. I loved their wit, banter, chemistry, and the perfect amount of push pull denial and tension as they learn more about each other. I often found myself laughing at their antics or situations they found themselves in. I recommend reading this book if you are a fan of historical romance, enemies to lovers, opposites attract forced proximity stories.

I was glad to see another book out by one of my favourite authors K.G. Fletcher. One click and it was in my hot little hands.
This is the fourth book in the wonderful The Bennetts of Langston Falls series. It is a steamy standalone romance tale, but I recommend reading them all in order to understand the characters, their lives and where they are coming from. But also, because you will be missing out on so much goodness of the other stories.
Reckless Love is a beautiful slow burn forbidden love tale set in a small town where everyone knows each other. The biggest hurdle is not the town but being the youngest and a girl it’s those pesky older brothers with their noses all up in her business.
This is Becky and Glen’s story. Glen has not been a popular boy, but it seems he has redeemed himself. Now he just has to prove himself not only to Becky but her family as well and the fun begins.
Becky is a big girl something her family, her brothers seem to forget so falling for the enemy is supposed to be a no go. Glen is a changed man and has turned his life and himself around but that doesn’t mean her family will greet him with open arms when they find out who she’s fallen in love with.
This steamy romance has everything you want in a romance story that melts your heart.
I loved this story, and I would highly recommend reading it. I mean who doesn’t like rainbow unicorns?

Hot Flashes and Hockey Slashes is the first book in the new Hot Flash Hookups series by Marika Ray and Sylvie Stewart. This is a fun contemporary romantic comedy with a fake dating element, OWYM, holiday hookup, forced proximity, only one bed, meddling family, reverse age gap, menopausal mischief, chemistry, funny quips, banter, one-liners, antics, family dynamics, drama, emotion, angst, and wonderful characters. When Olivia has to attend the wedding of her ex-husband, her meddling children organise a ’fake date’ for her. Roman isn’t what she expected at all. A pro hockey player with more than just his looks and hockey skills going for him. What happens makes for a really fun and memorable read. The story was so entertaining, and I enjoyed every second between these covers. These two authors have come up with a magic recipe here and I can’t wait to continue this madcap romp of a series. Bring on Book #2.I really recommend this book, and I can’t wait to continue with the series. Happy Reading!

We are finally entering the final duet of this series. And I will be sad when the final book comes out. This series is wonderful and fantastic. These characters you grow to love. Wicked Games is the beginning of the end. I feel like the series is coming full circle, this book gives you a lot of similar vibes as how the first duet started. Bullying is not okay and that’s exactly what Winter did to Shane when they were young. He stuttered which gave her all the ammunition she needed to tear him down. Well guess what she’s back and Shane vows to get revenge for what she put him through. Not that he has time, he’s dealing with a lot and Winter just adds to the mix. Giving her a false name allows him to get close, but at what cost? Will heart or mind win out? Will he continue on his path of revenge or decide to bring it to an end? Winter has returned to her hometown. A town full of ghosts. Where she lost her dad. Where her sister was murder. Where her mom was arrested. She now returns to dig a little deeper into her past while attending college. Never did she expect that journey to be derailed by Landon. A man spotted across a cafe that just pulls at her soul. She’s drawn to him. He mentions they were kids together, yet she doesn’t remember him, but she wants to get to know him. Will she find out who he really is? Again I will reiterate, I love this series. And this final duet is setting up to be the grand finale. The best journey taken with these characters yet. Do you need to read the others? Not really but you should! So what are you waiting for? I’m waiting for the final book release.

This was a great 5 star read. I love these two authors together. I had several LOL moments and I can relate to the hot flashes. Olivia quickly became a favorite character for me and Roman wowza. Roman was perfect for Olivia, I loved the bantering between them and the things Olivia would sass back to him. You could feel the connection between these two coming off the pages. The authors pull you in with their writing and you feel like you’re right there with the characters. All of the characters added a great element to the story. This was a good 4 star read. Becky has always taken care of her dad and brothers. She is lonely and she starts to grow close to her brother’s friend Glen. But of course that doesn’t go over very well. I really liked these two characters and was rooting for them to have a HEA. It definitely was not an easy journey. All of the characters added a great element to the story. It was finally time for Becky’s brothers to support their sister, but will they? I liked the playlist as well. The author does a great job with her writing and pulls you right into the story. I look forward to reading more from this author and series. 1-click and get started today.
