I enjoyed this installment of this book series. It was good to have Becky be the focus. I appreciated Glen and thought he tried to make things right in life. There were certain tones that I found easy to connect with which helped the storyline. This was a good installment to the series and could be read as a standalone.

We are back on the Bennetts Farm and Becky is lost in her world, loving the role she plays within the family and with her cooking show growing all the time she feels she is missing something in life. With her brothers meeting the loves of there lives she feels she wants what they have and have a family of her own but the only thing is she is attracted to the wrong man.
Glen has been through a lot in his life, but not with sobriety he is trying to make a mends for all the heartbreak and destruction he has caused along the way but god is playing a serious trick on him and he has an attraction to the one woman he can’t have or can he. Becky has always been the kind soul and sunshine but can he be enough for her and can he get past the family he has caused so much pain.
But, when something happens that drives Becky away, Glen takes off after her and with none of her family around and just to two of them can they acted on the attraction that has been bubbling for a while or will they both feel they have betrayed her family.
I love this serious and you made us wait for Becky’s story you tinker, but it was worth waiting for. In all the other books Becky has always intrigued me and he story was beautiful and heart-breaking in parts. This can be read as a stand alone story as the author brings past history forward so you don’t lose any back story.
Glen’s character was heart-breaking and brilliant all in one, to see how he cares for Becky and truly shows the love he has for her is beautiful to read, the journey he has gone through is remarkable and Becky is the perfect partner to grow the love he has in his hear.
The story as always is well written and flows just wonderfully through the story, I hope there are more stories to come in this series as I am not ready to let go of Langston Falls.

Kiera has just finished a photography job and is on her way to Texas to start another one, but when she goes out with friends she meets him, the attraction is like lightening in the air but when things take a turn and Kiera is kidnapped she becomes lost and scared, but there is a beacon of light when in the crowd of the auction she spots him, Forrest her knight come to recuse her.
Can there relationship grow when she does not really understand the handsome man in front of her?
Oh my lord, what a story. I have read all the other WaterFyre Rising books and all are brilliant but this just seems a bit more dark and thrilling. As I have read the other books this is not a requirement for you to enjoy this book as it ca be read as a stand alone story but I recommend reading the others for your enjoyment.
This story takes you more into Forrest’s mind and vendetta against the criminals who murdered his family and does go dark more than the other stories, but adds more shadow into the story. The relationship between Forrest and Kiera is soft and slow at the beginning but once they get to know each other it ignites into a passionate chemistry between the two.
The story is told in dual POV which also adds a layer to the story as you get to understand both feelings and anxiety with each other. Kiera is a great strong female and I feel she just grows more as the story goes on, although we get a hint of Forrest in the other books it is great to read his story and that he finds a happy ending in the end.
The story as always is well written and such fast pace that you hardly notice that you are half way through in the middle of the night lol. I love the style and the characters are rich and although there are some topics which you may feel its hard to read the author writes with respect and care which just adds to the story and injection compassion.
Thank you for this wonderful insight into the friend again, fingers crossed there is another book in this series.

I absolutely loved this pre-qual to The Talisman Series, Tam DeRudder Jackson is such a thorough writer when it comes to creating a story full of details and leaving nothing out, she is a downright genius. Your imagination gets the biggest treat when you read her books. From the smallest of details to the surroundings of the characters, you can practically taste the smells around the characters, as they experience them. It is such a magical world that I feel like I could climb right into the story as a bystander. It was so easy for my imagination to follow along with the story being viewed in my mind. This is the kind of book that grabs my attention and keeps me reading straight through to the end, they are so amazing! This is the first book I’ve ever read in this series, and it will not be the last. I am so excited to continue on this journey and see where this series leads. I have to say I want to read more of Riley and Lynnette’s romance in order to learn more of Lynnette’s Talisman skills and see how they are able to benefit Riley’s Warrior skills. I am a huge fan of the paranormal especially when romance is a huge aspect of the book. Back again reading another book from this fantastic author. After reading most of the talisman Series, I was super excited to read a prequel in the series.I do love getting the origin story. I made quick work of this story. It was only 11 chapters or so, but even though it was a short read it was Still just as great as the other in the series. And just as the author says in her synopsis. This is a good place to start your journey reading these books. This follows Riley and Lynnette and the events that took place that ended up with them mated together 🥰 I look forward to finishing the rest of the books and any new ones that hopefully come out.

Belinda Williams delivers festive romance on a silver platter. I can always guarantee when inread a book who’s main character is down on their luck, it’s going to captivate me. This book was ready wrapped in a blanket with the fireplace going and it was perfection. Funnily enough I have been obsessed with watching Bondi rescue so I was up for this Australian vacation love whirlwind. I didn’t want it to end but it was good all through. I enjoyed the drama of the story line and the roll with it attitude of the fmc. Good read!!

This was a great 5 star read. My emotions were all over the place. I really liked Con and Jessica, you could feel their connection coming off the pages. I really enjoyed this book. The intertwining stories of the two couples was well written and real. I loved meeting Jasmine, Blake, Lucy , and Luke. I really liked the fact that we were able to see the story from each of their perspectives, therefore getting more of a visual on the story. It was a realistic portrayal of finding love and the drama that can happen in that journey. I look forward to reading the next installment of this series.

Reckless Love: A Small Town Slow-Burn Forbidden Love Romance (The Bennetts of Langston Falls Book 4)
I loved Becky and Glen so much and was cheering for them from the beginning. Everyone deserves a second chance, but Glen was lucky they gave it to him after the history they all share.
I get that Becky is the baby of the family and older brothers are supposed to be super protective but I think the Bennett boys took it too far.
So many little details that are minor individually but together they add depth to the story and characters.
I have read several if not all of the books by Ms. Fletcher and have not been disappointed or left wanting more from that couple.
I’m hoping that there will be at least one more after the next one is released. Love knowing how everything turns out and there is one character I hope gets a chance to find love.

Faking the Fall (Buckeye Falls Book 4) by Libby Kay. I love this series sooo much! Each book is just better and better. This is the story of Alice who has never felt at home anywhere she’s ended up and Buckeye Falls is no different. Alice’s family has been a pillar of Buckeye falls and her brother has been nothing but a great guy so Alice has been labeled the wild child or the flaky one. She has had to move back to Buckeye Falls and in with her parents until she can figure out her life. James was a big city guy until his world blew up due to a very public very ugly divorce so he moves to Buckeye Falls to start over. Everything is going good except for he has lost his creative drive and that is bad considering he is a painter.When he meets Alice all of that creativity comes back. Alice likes James but is not ready for a relationship so they decide to fake a relationship to please everyone. What they didn’t expect was actually getting feelings for each other. Read this fun small town romance! You will love it!

Tracker (The Talisman Series) by Tam DeRudder Jackson. This is the 6th installment in the Tailsman series but actually is a prequel so I think it should be read before the others. This is the story of Lynette and Riley who are trying to find their mate before a certain age. When Lynette goes to a party with her friends as does Riley and his friends. When they meet they know automatically they are mates but never dreamed it would happen so fast. The Gods wanted them to meet quickly but Morrigan will stop it if at all possible. Lynette doesn’t know what her skill is just yet and has to fight quickly. Riley is already a skilled warrior and has no problem in the battle and is ready to protect Lynette at all costs. Lynette figures out her place is to be with Riley at all times. The story ends with Lynette finding out what her skill is and how to use it along with Riley being by her side. Such a great love story!

Merry Christmas, Montana (The Millers of Marietta Book 3) by Elsa Winckler. If you need a book to get you into the Christmas spirit this one will do just that. Its the 3rd book in the Miller’s of Marietta series and can be read as a standalone. This is the story of Riley who is a single mom that lives Portland away from her family in the small town of Marietta, Montana. Its really hard not having any help or support close by but she has always managed. When she returns home around Christmas for a family wedding she realizes how she misses her family. When she meets Mitch the grumpy brother of the bride she wants no part of him. She ends up dancing with him to get away from another guy and the sparks are instant. When she returns home to Portland she realizes she left her heart in Montana. Melt My Heart (North Fork Series Book 3) by Alicia Street. I loved this 3rd book in the North Fork Series. Its the story of Wynter and Caleb who have both sworn off love. Wynter is used to schmoozing with the rich trying to get them to donate money to the cause of the month. After being heartbroken she takes another route and becomes a waitress. She’s also taking care of her aunt and trying to start a non profit so she has no time for love. When she meets Caleb at the cafe she’s working at she finds him attractive but has no use for men right now. Caleb is a retired Navy Seal and has seen more bad things than most people. He works selling fancy Yachts to rich people so he finds many one night stands thru his customers. He has no reason for a relationship. The more time Caleb and Wynter spend time together the more the attraction is real. Will they succumb to their desire or will they continue to be lonely?

Tracker is part of The Talisman Series and is a prequel to the other books in the series. It is a paranormal romance full of drama, danger, action, suspense, mystery, intrigue, Celtic Mythology, and fated mates. The story is told from multiple POV and centers around the characters of Riley and Lynette. In the beginning of the series these two were a couple already but this tells how they met. Riley is a skilled warrior who only cares about having a good time and going out to party with his friends. He is cocky, arrogant, and a bit self-absorbed. Riley has completed the sign ritual to begin his quest for a mate but has no desire to find his mate. Enter Lynette who immediately captures Riley’s attention and he instantly knows she is his mate. She is kind, sweet, brave, and down to earth which balances out Riley’s attitude. Lynette has talisman talents but is unsure as to what they are just yet. Riley and Lynette attempt to get to know one another but the evil goddess Morrigan is determined to keep them apart. The ensuing story is a battle of good versus evil as Riley and Lynette battle against Morrigan in their attempt to be together. A great read that kept me reading until the end. I look forward to reading the next book in this series.

The Truth About Myths is book 3 in The Winemakers Series by Giovanna Siniscalchi. In this story, we go along with Viscount Henrique as he is tasked with accompanying Princess Isabel on a trip to Spain. Isabel is Henrique’s best friend’s sister and should certainly be safe from his rakish ways, right? I really love this series. Giovanna has the ability to make even the rakish characters attractive. I really enjoyed the dynamic between Isabel and Henrique. I’m a sucker for opposites attract. This book carried all the beautiful writing and vivid detail that Giovanna’s stories are known for. I adore this series. There is plenty of passion, steaminess, and political intrigue to keep you entertained. Everything is well-balanced.

Alicia Street really outdid herself this time with this 3rd book in the North Fork Series! Melt My Heart most certainly lived up to its name, because when I was done reading this book, my heart not only melted, but I wanted to go out and adopt a cute little puppy (not that I could, my Siamese cat would not be pleased). This romance all starts by chance with Caleb Westfall, a rich playboy who is joint CEO of the Westfall Yachtworld with his big brother Tyler, who runs into a gorgeous woman (Wynter) leaning under a car trying to lure out a stray dog. This little guy is such an integral part of bringing these two strangers together to give love a chance, despite both of them having bad past relationship experiences. Wynter not only works at the restaurant that Caleb frequents on a regular basis with either his big brother, Tyler, or dates that never seem to last a day or two, but she also helps her cousin run an animal rescue. Caleb has never noticed Wynter before, usually getting the blonde, bustier waitress, but one night Tyler and Caleb get moved to Wynter’s tables to the surprise of both Caleb and Wynter. There is definitely obvious heat between these two, and Tyler enjoys joining in and antagonizing Wynter, trying to get Caleb to admit he’s attracted to their stunning waitress. The stray puppy is Caleb’s in on working his way into getting to know Wynter better, especially since he’s the only person that the stray puppy seems to connect with. Will this puppy be able to bring Wynter and Caleb together, or will they be a lost cause? You won’t want to read this newest book in this series, I was so excited to find a sneak peek into Tyler’s story at the end of this book, where we get to read about his own trial of seeking love, taking us back a bit in time before he married his wife. The Taste of Light is book 2 of The Winemakers Series by Giovanna Siniscalchi. In this book, we follow Pedro and Anna. These two are brought together by fate as they have to flee from false accusations from a truly vile enemy. This book is a historical romance with just as much intensity and forbidden romance as the first. The emotions and passion along with the vivid detailed writing of the author make this an engaging historical romance. The continued world-building is outstanding. The well-written plot and chemistry between Pedro and Anna will keep you hooked.

Another enjoyable, engaging and heartwarming romance set in the small town of Langston Falls. I love being back with the Bennett family, and I really felt for Becky Bennett who has four very fiercely protective older brothers. I loved this slow burn, forbidden love story between YouTube sensation Becky who’s cooking show, The Farmer’s Daughter is a big hit, and lumberjack Glen. For Becky although she loves being an online success and the queen of Bennett Farms, she still daydreams about working in the garden of her own house wearing her big floppy hats and overalls. Glen and Becky’s family do not get on, not surprising after Glen nearly killed one of her brothers, and she never expected to develop feelings for him but now that he’s sober, he’s more humble and is easy to talk. When their secret pining is exposed and knowing her family will never approve Becky leaves town, followed by Glen. The two frenemies can’t fight their feelings any longer which results in a steamy and passionate night together, however, as their relationship develops a dark secret is revealed. As usual the descriptive narrative brought both the small town setting and the characters vividly to life, which made me feel fully immersed in the story. The chemistry between Becky and Glen sizzled off the page and I liked how their forbidden romance developed throughout the book. I was hooked from start to finish and the promised HEA!

Becky has always done what she can to support her father, brothers, and the farm….while also building her own business via her YouTube following. Lately, however, she is finding herself feeling more alone. But, when everyone goes out of town, imagine her surprise when the one man that she ends up spending time with is the one her family would never accept.
Glen has been making amends for his past digressions. He has found peace working on the farm alongside the Bennetts. But, as his feelings start growing for Becky, he knows that he needs to approach with caution. His history with the family is not going to make it easy. Once he’s all in, though, he know he can do with Becky by his side. But, as long-held secrets come out and the brothers make it known that they will not accept this relationship, is Becky strong enough to stand up to her family?
I enjoyed this story. I could feel the struggle Becky was dealing with as she went back and forth between keeping her family happy and making herself happy. If you’ve read the previous books, you know what Glen has done in the past and how hard it must be for the family to forgive. But, people grow and change and can become better versions of themselves with the proper help. I think Glen is doing just that. I was rooting for him throughout the story and was hoping these two would get their happy ending. It was another good story in this series.

This is book 3 in the North Forks series. This romance is a quick read but completely captivating. The characters are so well written and likeable that you can’t help falling in love with them. And if that wasn’t sweet enough you get the 4 legged little furball that brings them together.
Wynter and Caleb come from 2 very different backgrounds but both have been hurt in the past and are unwilling to risk their hearts again. But neither of them can deny the chemistry and attraction between them. When they both seem to be connected by a mysterious letter could this be the thing that brings them closer together or that keeps them apart? This is a really sweet romance containing chemistry, angst, trust issues, and learning to trust and love again. I haven’t read this series in order but I will definately be heading back to read them. If your looking for a sweet easy to read romance then I really recommend this book.

Once again, Isla Vaughn delivers with a fantastic book that I was unable to put down. The Hidden Valley Elite Series has most definitely become one of the most addicting series that I have ever read. I am always so excited when I see there is a new release and I pencil off time in my schedule to ensure that I will have enough time to read it in one sitting. Isla Vaughn does a fantastic job of creating characters that are flawed yet are so lovable. I don’t know if lovable is the right word, but they are characters that you want to know more about and are truly invested in. This is the first part of the final duet in the series. In this we are really introduced to Shane and Winter. These two are the two throughout the whole series that I have had very conflicted feelings on the whole time. I truly enjoyed getting to see things from their perspective and watching it all unfold. I have a love / hate relationship with the fact that these books are duets. This leaves me on a cliffhanger and while I love the way it is written I hate having to wait for the next book. As with every other book by Isla Vaughn I have ever read, I definitely recommend reading this book and the whole series. She has created an entire world with this series that I truly love.

This is one of those books that really impacts you as you read and definitely stays with you for some time after reading. Angela K. Parker writes a fantastic romance with characters that are truly so well developed that you feel that they have become a part of you and your family. This is a story where loss brings about a once in a life time romance. The romance that fills your very soul. This book features two incredibly amazing characters in Adam and Hope. Adam is dealing with an incredibly tragic loss and Hope is looking for something. That something is what she hasn’t quite put her finger on. This is the type of romances I long to read. The ones that leave me feeling wistful after I finish reading it and reluctant to go back to the real world. However, it also left me looking at the people I interact with differently. I felt a little more hopeful about the world. This is the perfect book to read as you are lying in bed! I definitely recommend reading it!

Heart warming HEA The 4th book in The Bennetts of Langston Falls is Becky’s story. She is the younger sister of the Bennett boys and is a strong, hard working and dedicated woman who knows what she wants and goes after it – that is until Glen Kirby. What unfolds is a brilliant story that holds you hostage until the end. I have thoroughly enjoyed every book in this series and even though this can be read as a stand alone it is so worth starting from book 1. Highly recommend.

Libby Kay’s fourth instalment of the Buckeye Falls series, Faking the Fall, follows Alice Snyder who has recently moved back to her hometown because she’s feeling a little lost. She’s highly educated and well travelled but doesn’t have a clue what to do next in her life, and everyone in her family and small town is waiting for her to settle down. That’s when she meets James Gibson, the new guy in town and well-known artist, the perfect guy for her to start a fake relationship with. My favourite character was Alice because she is so relatable and my least favourite character was Ara, the best way to describe her is a menace. I recommend this book because the main character is extremely relatable, the romance ticks all the boxes, and it’s set at my favourite time of year! I’m excited to read the rest of the Buckeye Falls series now. “Take a page from your beloved romance books and make a grand gesture.”
