Unveiling Beulah is my first Audible by this author and this narrator. I truly enjoyed listening to this book and the narrator did a wonderful job of bringing the characters to life using different tones . The characters are relatable and fully developed and made me feel like apart of the story. This is a wonderfully written story where the past and the present collide. Can Lucian and Bea find love and happiness? I highly recommend listening to this fast paced story that once you start listening you won’t want to stop until the end. I definitely will be looking at what other books this author has written. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

Loved this book! I didn’t see Ravenna as an “ice bitch” at all, not like the other guys on her team always said. I saw the reverse, and saw them as being childish and arrogant. The characters are all nicely developed and the whole or universe in which they live in is a fun concept. The thought and time it took to develop these ideas blew my mind. Dravos, this poor guy has been through it, but I love how he knew he had a connection to Ravenna, and she to him, even though neither wanted to admit it at first. The adventure they go on together to save Ravenna’s lover, all they encounter and go through is very engaging. I could not put this book down, it is short, but packed with romance, adventure, double crossing and action. This book painted every scene vividly into my mind and I look forward to more, especially a story involving Bethel and Tract.

This is the first book I have ever read by Landra Graf and honestly, I had no idea what I was getting into. The cover and synopsis were interesting, giving me questions on what and how things happened. It took me about ten minutes to get hooked into the story, the world and characters made me curious how things worked. Captain Ravenna Joyner is a Space Force Special Ops commando. Dravos Trax is a Hirudian, ex Space Force member and now prisoner. And her scent calls to him and what he was foretold when he came of age on his home planet.
Going back and forth between Ravenna and Dravos’ POV this book will surprise you and keep your heart racing in anticipation of what will happen next. Ravenna’s lover Yve is scientist, and her ship went missing, determined to rescue her Ravenna weasels her way into the recovery mission, with one catch, she will have to report to her nemesis Captain Rothschild. Accepting the terms for the chance to find Yve, she goes to the Mothership prison to meet Rothschild and see the “tracker” meant to aid in the mission to find the missing ship. Dravos has been held captive for 5 horrible years as a prisoner and science test subject in the Space Force. He is more than double the average size of other males of his species thanks to the experiments. Instantly within seeing and hearing each other for the first time they both have a pull within them a desire for the other that they try to ignore. Finding the ship Yve has been murdered along with the others on her ship, two escape pods are missing with the possible murder. Though her heart mourns for Yve, she finds it increasingly harder and harder to resist Dravos. Dravos on the other hand refuses to be bonded to someone whose heart is claimed by another. To explain something, she doesn’t understand Ravenna blames the kill chip implanted in Dravos for the pheromone signature that is linking them, claims once the chip is out, he can drop the act and be free if he chooses not needing to pretend anymore to gain favor with the one holding the code.
What will happen if Dravos dies on the table getting the chip out? Will Ravenna still desire him? Will Ravenna finally accept Dravos and her feelings for him with it out? The author is incredible Operation Pinpoint is the most original thing I have ever read, her characters, her world everything. If you love something original and new with some spice this is the book for you, I can’t wait for the next book and to see where the story will go next.

This book is the first book in the Trading Heartbeats Trilogy. It features a love triangle between Mavis, Josh, and Austin. Mavis and Josh happen to be childhood sweethearts. Austin is Josh’s brother. When the story begins Josh is getting a divorce and his ex-wife tells him that he was always in love with Mavis. At this point it had been over ten years since Mavis left unexpectedly, and only left a note that raised more questions. Mavis’ brother is also married to Josh and Austin’s sister. As the story develops we see the motivations, explanations, and realizations that each character has. I liked the relatability in this story. I am looking forward to the next book!

Slow-burn romance This book was a great find. The story has a depth in characterisation that allows the reader to connect easily and to get a better understanding of the decisions that were being made. There was a realistic balance between the drama, angst, suspense and romance that made for a very strong storyline. There are time jumps within the book but I felt they were handled very well. I love dual POV but this author weaves this in an interesting way that was clever and not too distracting from the overall flow. If you are a romantic suspense fan this is one not to be missed.

Oh I just adored this book. Kylee Parker is a Philly police officer. She is strictly by the book and all about following the rules. Jayson Donovan on the other hand is on the other side of the law. The chemistry between these two flies off the pages. How can two people with totally different backgrounds find a common ground? Will the flames ignite them or destroy them?

This book should have come with a trigger warning unless I missed it. It was short and sweet and such a forgiving love story between two people who lacked communication but loved each other very much. They were very stubborn, to say the least. Ava and Cole, I really enjoyed reading their story and the little spats that they would have. Going through what they have gone through isn’t easy on top of Cole being part of the Freemasons. This is the first book I have ever read that has talked about that and I found it very interesting. Cole was open and honest with Ava and didn’t hide anything from her after their separation. They worked as a team for the Gala and worked out their issues.

Bea Lockhart is not only a strong woman. She has endured so much in her life. The Scar on her face did not help much. Even her father considered her damaged goods. After running her fathers shop, she just got tired of being put down. So she left and moved to a small town in Texas. Lucian Moreau is set into an arranged marriage by his grandfather. With all the money he ever earned, discovered his bride was only out for his money. Well he wants more, so he packs up and moves to Texas. These two lonely hearts need to find love and family. Will this happen for them? Or will they stay hidden? The author wrote this amazing story. It is fast paced and grabs you in the first chapter. I love Bea and Lucian! The struggles that have rained upon them are some we ourselves face as well. That is what made this book so easy to listen to. I hope you enjoy this story as much as I did.

This is a good story that really drew me into the plight if the characters. It made me like them, dislike them and be frustrated at them during different times of the story. Joshua, Austin and Mavis a trio who grew up together but circumstances broke a couple apart and drew another couple closer. I struggled with how this story was going to play out. This is one nightmare triangle that has really no winner. I really liked Joshua for his hopefulness and eventually his determination..he almost seemed pure. Mavis has one heck of a decision to make and I do not envy her.
I read this fairly quickly as I enjoyed all the characters. It moves along at a good pace and easily keeps me interested with all the back and forth. I actually enjoyed Mitch as a bystander character. I was troubled over the trilogy the book was listed as because I figured this story would play out over three books. It does seem to end and the next is about other characters.

This is my first audible by this author. I enjoyed listening to it and I look forward to listening to more by this author. I enjoyed how the narrator brought the story to life by using different tones. They brought the story to life and made it easy to imagine. A story where the past and present collide. A story where deception and rejection is strong throughout the years. What will happen with these two souls and will they ever find a love that will last? The characters are connectable and kept me coming back for more. This is an easy story to listen to and entertaining. I highly recommend this audible.

Christian and Delilah’s love story is one that we all strive for, the amount of trust and love they have for each other is obvious from the first page. Even though they get on each other’s nerves they never stay mad long and the communication between them is amazing. Then Delilah’s life is put in danger, Once found its obvious to Christian that he’ll do absolutely anything for her and doesn’t care about the consequences or the Consulates opinion on her. While Christian wants her to heal and recover from the traumatic experience, Delilah wants revenge and will stop at nothing to get it but there’s only so much a human can do in a supernatural world. When a confrontation turns deadly and Delilah is caught in the crossfires, Christian refuses to even entertain the idea of existence without her and changes her. Can she adapt to her new world and rules? Will Delilah and Christians flame burn brighter or burn out??

Bea Lockhart is a woman you do not mess with. She may be shy and conscious about her scar, but she is a smart business woman. She leaves her Father’s Mercantile in New York to have her own store and love in Texas. There she meets Lucian, once from New York, but ran from an engagement he didn’t agree to. The rest is there to listen to. Lots of friendship, family drama, romance, and even threats here and there.

This is the first book in what looks to be a cracking series. I’ve read several books by this author over the last couple of years but somehow missed this series. So glad I found it as I thoroughly enjoyed this book. This is a really great second chance romance set in Australia. The series is set around 4 male friends who all have high positions in the Freemasons. In this book we get the story of Cole and his estranged wife Ava. The couple split after losing their baby soon after their marriage. Ava is asking for a divorce but Cole is determined to win her back and make a go of their marriage. I really loved Cole and Ava’s story. It’s very angsty, which I love, as Ava is determined not to fall for Cole’s charms again. But that proves to be a much bigger struggle that she thought. The story flows really well and keeps you gripped and entertained from start to finish. I enjoyed this so much and I already have book 2 on my kindle ready to lose myself in.

This is a true romance book with all the twists and turns of what young love can be. This book is about second chance loves and has a triangle situation. The main female in this story goes through one of the most horrible things a woman can go through and during that time she leans on the shoulder of one while being in a relationship with another. She leaves town for years when all of a sudden these two men show back up in her life and she must finally decide who she wants to be with. The comforter or the one that shares her history. I picked who I wanted her to end up with and, well, that didn’t go my way at all. This book is so well written that I didn’t even mind her not picking my front runner. The author ties this story up with a great bow and you just know after finishing it that the other guy is going to have an amazing story in book two. This book had me constantly turning the page and feeling real raw emotions for what the main female went through. I highly recommend reading this book and keeping some tissues next to you cause your heart will ache right along with all the characters. Reviewed by: @bbohls

I am not normally a Sci-Fi genre reader but for some reason this book called to me. To find out that Dravos believes that Ravenna is his “mate” and that she is in love with another, which is why they are on this mission is intriguing. Reading on to find out what happens in this triangle of love and lust was very much worth it. This story will keep your attention. While it is short and a quick read, it will keep you turning pages and leave you wanting more. Really good story and I will probably pick up more like it. Always try new things. You may surprise yourself and enjoy the new experience.

This book is such a good, quick read that I found myself relating to in so many aspects. The characters were so believable and relatable. It’s a story about how people’s experiences and perspectives influence our path’s in life. It also is about when the past comes crashing into the present. Finally, it shows how the things we always thought, might not always be true. Ky works for the police. She has a loving family and has all the support in the world. However, her past comes crashing in around her when she makes an arrest. The man that she is arresting is Jayson. Jayson is a local drug dealer who is part of a large drug ring. However, he is also her childhood crush. The boy who broke her heart. Jayson has always fantasized about being with Ky, from the time he was really young. He had an awful home experience and Ky’s family truly influenced him in a major way. He didn’t mean to break Ky’s heart. In his eyes, she broke his heart. When they reconnect the sparks are instant. They both remember what they used to have. Jayson really wants to try having a relationship with Ky. But will their jobs hurt their chance of being able to have the relationship they desire. Are they willing to risk everything to be together? This is truly the epitome of a good girl / bad boy romance. And man did I love it. I truly recommend that anyone considering reading this book do it!

Sci-Fi Enemy to lovers I was apprehensive but ended up pleasantly surprised by this book. This is a hold your breath adventure interwoven with romance, betrayal and suspense. The unique world building and characterisation are well done and there is even a ‘fated’ mate storyline thrown in. I enjoyed Ravena’s character she was strong willed, courageous and has a shell around her. Davros is the ultimate sensitive and needs a strong partner by his side. This is a great start to a series and I am looking forward to seeing where the author takes Ravena and Davros’ story.

I love Ellie and Raf’s story so much! Raf is best friends with Ellie’s brother. She’s the younger sister. They both have had feelings for each other for SO long but never acted on it. Raf always made sure to look out for her though and was always there for her and a little overbearing, lol. The backstory for Raf is pretty deep, I wasn’t expecting that. But I love it at the same time. He doesn’t think he deserves anything good..because of his past. Book took a turn I wasn’t expecting either! Suspenseful about 70% into the book and it’s SO good. A lot of angst in the beginning and a lot of spice 😉 towards the end. Great characters and great story! Read this in one sitting!

All I can say is WOW! When I started reading this book I thought it was a romance novel but as I made it further into the book I could tell it was much more! This book started as romantic suspense to a new high with fast-paced, action-packed twists and turns. The book follows two main characters, Kylee and Jayson. They come from two very different ways of life. Jayson is from an abusive alcoholic low income family. At the same time, Kylee comes from a large supportive family. Kylee and Jayson finally stop fighting the physical and emotional attraction they have had all these years for one another things start to become more complicated. When Kylee gets jumped because of her job as a police officer and Jayson is about to blow his cover as a DEA agent he must leave Kylee alone in the hospital recovering from a horrific attack that left her almost dead. I love that the author jumped to the future in the story to continue the story at a turning point! I can’t wait to read more from this author!!

Ravenna has to be in the search and rescue team of Perseus. After getting Admiral Penchant to assign her to the team, he then drops the bomb that she will be under Captain Rothschild’s command. She follows the order. She has to find her love, Yve. Yve was one scientist on the missing ship and the only light in Ravenna’s life. When she arrives at the Mothership Prisoner Holding Facility, she meets up with Rothschild, Kuchi, and two other commandos. The deputies bring in a yellow-eyed Hirudan Tracker and release him. They gave the huge tracker a human prisoner, causing everyone but Ravenna to feel terrified. They give Ravenna a termination code to a chip embedded in Dravos. If Dravos becomes uncontrollable, the code would kill him. Having fed, Dravos is willing to go and Ravenna leads him to the ship. Ravenna feels odd around Dravos, and the feeling is mutual. When they find Perseus, a message comes across. Ravenna and Dravos are searching the ship. Everyone still aboard the ship is dead, including Yve. Rothschild announces he is going to blow up the ship to finally get rid of Ravenna. Dravos saves Ravenna into an escape pod despite her desperate attempt to die alongside Yve. A jolt shows that a larger ship has locked onto the pod. Is it Rothschild? Is it an enemy space alien who wants to kill or eat them?

A sexy Fire Elemental on the verge of self-combustion. A human woman with a touch of Water in her blood. A supernatural foe bent on destruction. Levi, warrior and Fire Elemental, has one mission—to protect the mortal realm from the forces of Chaos. But that changes after a chance encounter with a human woman whose smile makes him burn hotter than the fire inside him. Brooke Simmonds can’t forget the mysterious man with flames in his eyes and strange tattoos on his arms who walked through an inferno to save her from a devastating apartment fire. When she finds him again, their reunion ignites a fiery passion that threatens to consume them both. But Levi is back for another, more urgent reason. The Chaolt are after Brooke. There’s a power awakening inside her, and they plan to exploit it. She’s suddenly sucked into a world, and a war, she never knew existed while Levi’s powers blaze even more out of control, endangering everyone around him. The attraction between Levi and Brooke is so hot it sizzles, but if he doesn’t get his fire in check and stop the Chaolt, the entire town of Topaz Ridge may go up in flames. Im excited to read more book from this author in the near future.

This is the first book that I have read from this author and I was not disappointed. I fell in love with this book from the very first page of it. I was not able to put the book down until I had finished from the beginning to end. I highly recommend this book to any and everyone. You won’t be disappointed. Greer Smith’s circumstances change radically her senior year of high school. Moving from an apartment to a multimillion-dollar mansion should be an easy transition, but her soon-to-be stepbrother makes it hell on earth. Beckett Dawson is a football god and an arrogant jerk. He makes it clear Greer is not welcome in his home or at his elite private school. And yet, the battle with herself is more confusing than the one with Beckett. Even with confusing and unexpected obstacles, Greer is determined to find a way to not only survive but also to thrive, no matter what Beckett throws her way. But he’s not going to make it easy. I’m excited to read more books from the author in the near future

Hate You Later is the first book in the Lit Lovers series. The blurb sounded like a fun rom-com, and the story did not disappoint. Of course, there is a happily ever after but I enjoyed the realistic dialogue between the main characters. This is a fun, enjoyable getaway read that had me laughing at the story. I also enjoyed the cats and dogs. What better way to get to know someone than through the cats and dogs in their lives? Georgia is a relatable character to me having difficulty asking others for help. Hudson was a good counter to Georgia. I enjoyed the back and forth between the two of them. I look forward to reading more in this series soon.

This is not my normal genre for reading, but the plot line was intriguing enough to give it a try. I didn’t know what to expect from this book but I am glad that I picked it up. Short but with adventure to keep you enjoying the story from start to finish. Captain Ravenna is on a mission to rescue her love at any cost. This includes partnering with an untrustworthy alien named Dravos. Dravos is on his own mission to find the missing Space Force vessel. The way their stories connect while searching to accomplish their missions will draw you in. If you are looking for a new sci-fi read with fated romance then this is the book for you.

Best friends Wednesday and Ryker are paranormals who have the unfortunate – or perhaps extremely fortunate – situation of not only being physically attracted to each other but harboring secret romantic feelings for one another. To make the matter even more complicated, they have a more intimate relationship along the lines of ‘no strings’. I loved this concept from the beginning and was blown away by the easy dialogue and quick yet steady pace of the story. This was a super cute romance and the first book of the series I’ve read. Thankfully, this standalone doesn’t seem to connect to others in the series. Now that I’ve read this one, however, I’m dying to read the others!
