This was a very intriguing fantasy story. I loved the twists in the story. What a well-written story. The characters are well-written. The story sucks you in from the beginning and holds you until the end. I can’t tell you much more. You truly have to experience this story. It’s worth the purchase. You’ll love it as much as I did. I would give it more than a 5 if I could.

This is a Sci Fi fantasy story that is the debut book for this author. It is a good start to the series. The characters were interesting, and I enjoyed the world building. The author admits she is an avid fan of sciencey stuff and has studied quantum physics, metaphysics, and all things extra-terrestrial and that passion certainly shines through in her writing. This creative tale is definitely unique, a bit quirky and a little unusual but it works. The ancient being The Traveler has a lot to share and those he meets have a lot to learn. I enjoyed this sci-fi adventure story. This is a new author for me which I enjoyed her writing style and attention to details. I enjoyed being pulled into the story by the characters and the adventure they took me on. They are relatable and keep the story engaging. This is a faster paced story that was hard to put down. I couldn’t wait to see what would happen on the next page. This is a story about a traveler that the further they go the more knowledge is gained along with emotions such as anger, joy and love. It is a great story that you don’t know what will happen until it does. I highly recommend this book, it is a great pick up.

Diabolical Sword: An Urban Fantasy Mystery (The Charm Collector Book 1) 4 out of 5 stars This book one in the Charm Collector collection and I adored this urban fantasy. Harlow is hysterical and the constant commentary between Harlow, Caspian and Welsh alone was enough to keep me going. Harlow is a simple girl, just trying to live her best life. But don’t let anyone tell you that, that life is on the gray side of the criminal. When Harlow ends up with a sentient sword, she is fast wanting to get rid of it, only to find out, that the sword has taken a liking to her, and has made her life, a living nightmare. Soon Harlow finds herself on the run from the cops and other crazy shifter creatures. This book was super fun. The characters and world were so detailed and incredibly thought out. As with the first book, Talisman’s original writing style will have you on the edge of your seat, trying to read faster than you can keep up.
I recommend reading this after reading the first book, and not as a stand alone. There is a lot of character development, backstories and different world explanations that are needed to understand to be able to fully enjoy this second book. Without a full understanding, you will not know the characters in-depth and their connections during the action packed “Journeys Through” series.
Again, I am captivated by Talisman’s vivid world building and character developments. This second book is just as interesting and page turning as the first, recommend read!

New twist in the sci-fi genre, it is nothing less than action packed and captivating. Talisman has an extraordinary talent in writing for several characters and their narratives, which takes place between different worlds and points of view. There is so much to learn about each world and its characters in this complex but extremely well written story, it keeps you guessing as to what will happen next.
This novel is fast paced and will have you sitting on the edge of your seat edge wanting to read as much as you can in one sitting. I found I had to reread some chapters in order to keep each world and its characters straight in my mind.
Even among the many worlds and characters, Talisman uses such great detail that you really feel like you are there. You get a clear, vivid picture of each world and the details draw you in and hold you until the very end. With that being said, you need to take your time reading to ensure you don’t miss any details. Recommended read!

Book 2 is just as amazing as Book 1. James Talisman really knocked it out of the park with his sequel to “Journeys Through SpaceTime”. There was the character development I enjoyed from the first book, and the world is just as fantastic as Mr Talisman created in “SpaceTime”. I was dragged into the book (very willingly, I might add) and I loved every word I read. The premise of the entire book is great, and I had a grand time watching the characters continue to grow. Just as unique and interesting as the first book, “Journeys Through TimeSpace” is one I recommend.

First and foremost, WOW! This book is absolutely stunning—in its character development and world-building, plot and even its cover! The attention to detail is just mind-blowing, and the characters are all unique in their own ways, from actions to voices. James Talisman did a fantastic job bringing such an incredible story—and its characters—to life. The book could have easily been overwhelming or even boring, but it’s the complete opposite. It’s a wonderful read, and I truly recommend it.

I actually enjoyed this one more than the first one. Mostly because I felt like I had a grasp on most of the characters. With that being said, this series has me looking into some of the topics discussed or touched upon. I’ve always been curious of other cultures and beliefs even if they do not line up with my own.
What I enjoyed about this series is that it combined modern science with ancient beliefs and created a new world or an alternative world.
I felt like it was a cross between marvel, dr. Who, and Star Wars. Very entertain and action packed. I read each book in one day.
I feel like this could be read without having read the first novel but I highly recommend checking it out to get the background info.

I loved the concept. Who doesn’t like multiverses? Who doesn’t like the past blending with the present and future? Super action packed. I would’ve given this 5 stars if I didn’t have a bit of trouble keeping up with all the characters. You can tell the author has a love of different cultures and traditions. Definitely a sci-fi lover recommendation.

I absolutely loved this book! James Talisman has a way with detail and imagery in a series with such vastness, that he makes it so easy to picture everything! I could really feel the bond between the characters! The time travel segments to different eras had me reading as fast as I could just to find out what would happen next! The incorporation of mythology and Atlantis as well as the way that the ending reveals itself is as unexpected as it is satisfying. It really makes you think!

This book was enthralling, a must read! James Talisman truly tansports you through different worlds with his vivid imagery and thought provoking characters. Each one so different but expertly brought to life through his imaginative writing. This fast paced novel had me captivated from the first page with twists and turns I never saw coming. His blend of ancient ideals and futuristic concepts bring a delightful duality to the genre. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series!

As always, I preface my reviews by saying that you should read books in book order. This is book 2 in the Can’t Resist you Series. This is a science fiction; dystopian romance story and it is beautiful. This story is written in multi-point of view (POV) and adds a deep richness to the story that allows the reader to form a connection to the characters. Julia is a fascinating character that is both well written and beautifully heartbroken. Too many things have broken Julia, and she is scared to let anyone close. Derek wants to be close to Julia, but he has both a job and a duty, and he isn’t sure if he is making the right choice by keeping his distance from her. This book is for lovers of romance, sci-fi, fantasy, dystopian, military romance, and strong leading characters. A solid 4 out of 5 stars.

I honestly have to say I wasn’t expecting what I did when I was going to read this book, I did read book one and have to say this book 2 is nothing like this one. I enjoyed it so much more and was very surprised on how much I did enjoy it. this book very doesn’t do much with space which is something I was very surprised by but had a lot of time travel in it to try and fix things that are coming up in the future to correct with civilization. It was a page turner and kept me on the edge of my seat wanting to know what was going to happen next. I honestly would read another book in this series if there will be. Very impressed and very happy that I picked this one, was not disappointed.

Yall- I ate this book up and left ZERO crumbs. If you enjoyed Journeys Through SpaceTime (as I did!), you’re gonna LOVE Journeys Through TimeSpace. Not only is the cover art breathtaking once again, the story is FANTASTIC. I think often book series can fail because the second can’t measure up or characters fall flat, blah blah blah, but TimeSpace was incredible. I felt lucky to read the first and I felt immense joy to read the second. James Talisman continues to create incredible characters and an enriched multiverse that is written so well that I can actually feel as if I am there and witnessing the worlds around me. I love this author and I am ready for more of his books! Onto the next!

Do you ever feel like YOU were the lucky one for finding a book? Because I felt LUCKY getting to read this. I am a BIG fan of books that utilize multiple point of views (POVs) because it really keeps me immersed and engaged. I loved the complexity of not only the storytelling- but of the worlds and characters within them. There are so many dynamic exciting things that happen that it can seem overwhelming, but let the story overtake you because the outcome is so worth it. It’s the first in the series and I’m so thankful I can read the second one because I am EAGER FOR MORE. I can’t get enough of the Journey’s Through series and more works by James Talisman! Onto the next!

Journeys Through SpaceTime (Journeys Through…, #1) by James Talisman was a super interesting read. I love sci-fi, time travel, and multiverses so I was intrigued after reading the synopsis and knew this series would be right up my alley. The book starts with so many different characters and paths, that at times it was hard to follow, yet still kept me interested. As you read on, the story starts to unfold and really shows you how the entire multiverse connects. I recommend this book and have already started the second because this one was so great! Journeys through Timespace is the second book by James Talisman in his Journeys Through series. Like the first book it takes you into the Multiverse on a wild adventure. To defend Earth ancient artifacts must be obtained. Acquiring them is no easy task. The three friends must use new skills in order to accomplish their way through this adventure. Time traveling in both directions with life or death obstacles to overcome. It is easy to imagine the characters and how their bond as friends is. The need to kept reading to find out what happens keeps you from putting the book away. Will Earth win?
With a continuation from the first book James does it again with drawing you into the pages. The world building along with the characters is amazing. You won’t want to put this book down either. I cannot wait for the next book. This genre is not my usual read, but I find myself highly immersed in this series.

Journeys through Spacetime is the first book by James Talisman in his Journeys Through series. It is a fantasy book that takes you through the Multiverse of time and space. The characters are diverse and unique as you follow them through the different POVs and worlds within the book. You can feel the passion that James has for writing through the words on every page. The adventure written in the pages draws you in. Which side will win?
This was my first read by this author and it was a book outside my normal realm of reading. It is a book that is not the quickest read, but letting the details sink in is worth it as it helps fully ground you in the story. I am excited for the next book in the series. If you are looking for a page turning cannot put the book down read then this is one is for you!

As the second book in this series continues on with the characters in which we met in the first book. We get to continue on the character’s journey. I am completely amazed at how the author, James Talisman, ties in each character and so many settings and multiverses, but yet ties them all together with the characters from the first book. As the reader, you are able to explore these multiverses even further and grow with the characters as they take on their each individual journey/beliefs. I cannot say how completely amazed with the writing that takes you through this journey back and forth to these characters and somehow manages to tie it all together!

Journeys through Space time gripped me from the beginning and kept me hooked until the end! The author, James Talisman, weaves a multitude of characters into this fantasy sci fi world and had me so enthralled in each character. I found myself falling in love with the build up, the lives, and the complexity of these multiple characters. I felt like I was able to follow all these characters in these fantasy multiverse worlds. James had a way of having me feel like I have known these characters my entire life!

Journeys Through TimeSpace (Journeys Through Book 2) an absolute fantastic continuation of this series. The world building goes even deeper in this continuation and I absolutely loved the developments. Characters really fall into their own in this book and it makes for such fun reading through the various perspectives as this collective journey continues. I really enjoyed some twists at the end I didn’t see coming and loved feeling the dopamine rush of another book that I enjoy so much I struggled to even put it down. This has truly been such a fantastic series and I very much can’t wait for the next in the series!

From multiple places in time and space, a multitude of perspectives and journeys a collective story unfolds in the best way. This book has fantastic world building and fantastic characters. There is mystery, hope, love, and plenty of action. I loved all the completely different stories that were all connected within the larger collective journey. An amazing Sci-Fi and Fantasy Journey awaits as you transverse the Multiverse theory. A strange and mysterious voice visits multiple individuals from multiple universes with the same mysterious message. The message is cryptic, but they all have to find out what it means for them and how they are all connected to combat a evil force.
This book is an art form in how the characters are developed, giving you all the details necessary to both fall in love with characters, or have strong feelings of dislike in only short passages as you learn every characters backstory and how they tie into this journey.
Tying together all of these individuals stories is masterful, and kept me hooked and wanting to learn more. The book is definitely complex, and you will find yourself deep into the story with time passing quickly as you devour this story. Fans of science fiction, fantasy, dystopian societies, will all enjoy this story as it completely bends your basic understanding of the universe.

Breathless and thrilling are the best terms to use to describe this 2nd installment to the Journeys series. This could be read alone but reading book one helped me better understand the characters.
Book two brings you through past present and future on a wild ride of surprises I found myself muttering “omg” out loud while reading. You will explore the multiverse theory in more depth and detail. You spend time getting to know the trio of college students from the first book and you will really love the tie into Atlantis! You will follow them learning time travel and journey to find ancient treasures. meanwhile a reptilian commander has his own plans and needs he will ruthlessly work to obtain. Mr Talisman brilliantly ties together each universe frequently flipping between characters as you read yet you never feel lost, or confused about what part of the story you are in or where you are reading about. you are fully engaged flipping pages to see what happens next!
This series truly has made me look at the world around me and its connections in a different way. I absolutely cannot wait for the 3rd installment and this is a MUST READ for any Sci fi lover out there! fair warning you will get lost in this series and lose track of time because you will not want to put it down!

I dug right into this series and couldn’t stop reading the book! With every page that I turned the story and character narrative continued to build, and I was even more intrigued. I love that this was an original idea, and the writing was so vivid, but I related to the humanity in the characters as well. I loved this one so much that I jumped right into book number two! I highly recommend this book for your reading journey!

When I finally finished book 1, I was ecstatic about book 2! I agree that this book was hard to put down and a great sequel to the first book. I can appreciate the way that James the author takes us to new places as I read the book! His writing is very descriptive and I could for sure are in my imagination the story unfolding. James does not disappoint at all in book two!
