Cult (Feisty Lawyers Book 3) by Seelie Kay

5-Stars

Cult is book three in this series and can be read as a standalone. I do however recommend reading the other books for more background on the characters. I love following Cade and Dianna as they attempt to figure out why women are disappearing and how it is involved with a strange cult. All. The characters are very entertaining and the storyline is easy to follow. This novel was an excellent short read and easy to get lost in. I enjoyed the various settings and was fascinated with the creativity the author expressed when inventing her cult God’s Delight. I definitely recommend this book and the series.

Cult was a great 5 star read and book three in the Feisty Lawyers Series.
I was once again pulled in right from the beginning and loved it.

Hope finds herself getting a roommate (Cookie/Cate) and I have to say I had a lol moment when she took down someone that she knew was following her.
Dianna and Anders find themselves going to Madison to investigate God’s Delight, there have been several student disappearances that seem to be connected.

Cate and Hope have attended rallies for God’s Delight, Hope can feel that there isn’t something right about it but Cate is being pulled in by it. Dianna ends up going undercover as a student to try and gather more information. Things take a dangerous twist and Dianna goes missing.

Can they solve the case and get Dianna back safely?

There is so much more, you will be on the edge of your seat. All of the characters were great, I have to say Cate gave me some LOL moments, she is a spunky gal. This can be read as a stand alone but I really suggest starting with book one so you can get to know the characters. I look forward to reading more from Seelie Kay and this series. 1-click and get started today.

Hands down, Cult is my favorite Feisty Lawyers novel yet! I get so excited whenever there is going to be a new one, and this time was only enhanced by the fact that Seelie Kay has incorporated the ever elusive ‘cult’ theme. I don’t know what it is about reading books with the theme present, or even movies, but it is something that I must read just about every time.

I would recommend that you read the Feisty Lawyers books in order for the full experience, and to get to know the cast of characters as they develop. In Cult we see a lot of agents Dianna Murphy and Anders Mark. These two are so fun, and being newly married adds a nice twist to the dynamic. Whatever you do, prepare yourself for one thought provoking and twisted adventure with Cult. I can’t wait for book four!

5 Stars

I have read all of the Feisty Lawyers Books and if it’s possible, each one gets better and better and that says a lot because I thought the very first was completely awesome.

I love these people and this author keeps giving us looks into them and their relationships and makes us fall even more for them with each story.

This one was tough with the whole Cult thing and it completely hooked me from the very start, I don’t know why this subject fascinates me I guess it’s that it’s even possible for these “people” to get inside of their targets heads and how easy it is for them to lead them…Hard to imagine yet no less true.

Dianna and Anders are on the case and had just recently married when Dianna goes undercover to get answers about The Presidents God daughter and ends up with a whole more than what any of them bargained for. I loved Cate in this story and how feisty she was.

I just love this series, I recommend reading them in order so you have all of the story and this author is absolutely one of my favorites and I can not wait for more!!

Loved it!

Cult by Seelie Kay is the third book in the Feisty Lawyers Series. I really enjoy how the characters have grown up and evolved from where they were in the first book, especially Dianna. She has been through so much starting in book one, now she’s a full fledged grownup/agent and a married woman.

I liked the fact the story was based on Cults, it isn’t a subject that is written about very often and I thought she did a great job. I think my favorite scene was at the frat house between Dianna and Anders while they were dancing.

I’m going to assume there will be additional installments of this series with the way this one ended and I cant wait to see what happens next.

Cult by Seelie Kay is the third book in the Feisty Lawyers series. This is like the others a great read that will keep you wanting to read all in one sitting. Dianna Murphy and Anders Mark have been asked to go undercover to investigate a cult that is taking girls from college campuses and has taken the President’s goddaughter.
This story gets intense but I had to keep reading. I have enjoyed the characters from the other books and was glad to enjoy another story with them. If you like action, suspense, a bit of romance this is a good novel that you will enjoy reading. I look forward to seeing where this series goes in the future.

Cult is the third instalment in Seelie Kay’s Feisty Lawyers’ series and what a ride it is taking us on! I think the series gets better with each book and I cannot wait to see where the writer will be taking us next! You probably could read this story as a standalone but I promise you that you will get so much more out of it if you have read the previous two first as you get references to them throughout this one!
In Cult the writer sends the newly wedded agents Dianna Murphy and Anders Mark on the trail of God’s Delight, a cult that is preying on young college kids, especially young women and then those young ones go missing when out on missions in Latin America … When the President’s Goddaughter disappears, the President wants to know what is going on so all hands on deck to solve the mystery.
It seems on the surface like a simple mission of determining whether a welfare check on American cult members is warranted, and then get out … but it ends up going much much deeper Dianna goes missing and she might pay with her life!
It is such a fast paced story that pulls you in and you will sit at the edge of your seat until you come to the end, put down the book and go vow …

Cult is the third book in the Feisty Lawyers series.

Out of the three books I’ve read in this series thus far, this one is the best one. I was able to get into it pretty quickly and was able to connect with the characters much better than in the first two.

Cults has a great story line with drama, danger, and mystery. There are some good twists as well that keep things interesting. There was only one aspect of this book that I didn’t care for, but it didn’t overshadow the story on the whole.

Overall it was an entertaining read. ?

What an AMAZING read!! I was drawn in from the very first word and I didn’t put the book down until I had devoured it entirely. I have really enjoyed this series so far but the author really took it to another level with this third book. I loved all the non-stop action and the twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat and my eyes glued to the pages, pages that I couldn’t turn fast enough. I loved Dianna and Anders and seeing them work together to solve the case in this story. The authors writing is excellent, the pace and flow of the story are perfect for the story. Cult is one of those stories that you actually cannot wait to read again, which for me doesn’t happen very often.
This story may be on the shorter side but believe me it is not short on anything at all! An outstanding 5 star read and I cannot wait to read more from this author again in the future.

Cult is the third book in the Feisty Lawyers series by Seelie Kay and by far my favorite in the series. In all reality, these books are my favorite genre and story lines. Seelie Kay is one of my favorite authors. Her ability to draw me in to the story with her portrayal of the characters make me feel like I am right with them. I feel close to Agent Diana Murphy like I could take her place if need be. This story is about the President’s goddaughter. She is missing and he has called Murphy and Mark to go in and take her back to safety. This takes some twists and turns and the simple “grab and go” turns into let’s hope everyone makes it out safely. Enjoy this story and keep your eyes open to enjoy the book even more.

I give Cult (Feisty Lawyers Series #3) by Seelie Kay, 5 stars.

There is a cult that has been travelling the college campuses, preying on the delights of college kids. They offer sex drugs and rock and roll. Their charismatic leader says just what these confused kids want to hear. But then college kids start missing. Is it related to this cult? When the agents of our favorite covert operations are called in, they have to investigate every lead. But this just may go much deeper than they had ever imagined. Can they find the missing? Are they really in danger? When one of their own disappears, they quickly learn just how bad things really are….

This series gets better with every book. The agents are once again going undercover, but the mission is completely different from ones before. The story pulls you in from the beginning and you cannot stop until you finish the book. All of the characters are great too. Each and every one of them has grown throughout the series and that is quite apparent in this book. Even the ones who are not the main focus have learned things the hard way and have grown from it. But they are still are learning as they go too. The bond between these people are strong, as well as their fight to do what is right to protect others. This book fits in seamlessly in the series and picks up after the last book. You can probably read this as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading the other two first. You can understand the characters better that way, in my opinion.

If you enjoy a great suspense book with some fun and romance thrown in, this book and series are for you.

They narrow down the location of the compound in Bolivia and Café decides to send in Dianna and Anders on recon. What should have been an easy info gathering trip ends up in disaster. Chaos ensues and lives are in danger.

When college students begin disappearing from American campuses, a notorious cult, God’s Delight, is the primary suspect. God’s Delight has been hosting shows featuring sex, drugs, and rock and roll around the country, and young people are flocking to them.

Among the missing is the President’s goddaughter, and he wants answers. When he asks Agent Cade Matthews, a member of a secret covert organization, to find her, the mission appears fairly straightforward. Find the God’s Delight compound, determine whether a welfare check on American cult members is warranted, and get out. Simple. Clean. Easy.

Cade sends newly-married Agents Dianna Murphy and Anders Mark to the University of Wisconsin to follow the trail to God’s Delight, but when they wind up in Bolivia, things go sideways. Suddenly, what appeared to be nothing more than a simple in-and-out could cost Dianna her life. When an Agency extraction is ordered, chaos erupts, and the question becomes, will anyone survive?

Infamy (Feisty Lawyers, #2)Infamy by Seelie Kay
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Infamy

Infamy by Seelie Kay is the second installment from the Fiesty Lawyers series, featuring all the same players from the first book, Snatching Dianna, which I read prior to reading this.

Dianna, Law Student and a new Agency recruit; teams up with the very lawyers and agents that orchestrated her rescue from a sex trafficking scheme to find out who, how, and why terrorists plan to make American plane’s dissappear, and eliminate the threat via several agencies and legal channels. This story has much more intricate detective work, and more suspense than the previous story.

This book is a 5 star read! Right from the get go its evident that although all the characters take their jobs and roles seriously, and are very much so intelligent, they all have great senses of humor. This story has some scenes that are not for young eyes! And it’s very original. I’ve never read a book with a plot similar! My Favorite part of every story, and this one is included in that, is the moment the title is revealed! Its non stop action after that.

My Rating: 5 of 5 stars

Infamy (Feisty Lawyers #2) by Seelie Kay was an fast pace heart pounding read, that had me hooked from start to finish.

Not my first read by this author or in this series. This is a continuation series, and though this book can be read as a standalone, I highly suggest reading the first book, as there are many references to it, as well as much needed background info and character development.

Wow, I am loving this series. As far fetched as this story may seem, at the same time the writing and attention to detail, makes you believe you’re a fly on the wall to a real life spy org. My fav scene is actually within the first few chapters. Cade is scolding Dianna for not being professional, and I don’t know why I like that scene so much, but it was like the author took all that was wrong with the normal female MC, tossed it at you in the first chapter, then in the next, bitch slapped it out of the story. Bluntly stating, that actions like that could get yourself or worst your buddy killed. I think I’ve been waiting for a scene like that… bravo!

That superb writing only gets better as this high stakes story picks up its speed and intensity. I’m not going to go into that because this story is about 121 pages, so any more I say will spoil this wonder. I can tell you that you will be on the edge of your seat! So please take my super high recommendation and my stamp of approval that you will get caught and trapped by this action thriller.

Happy Reading

Infamy is the second book in the Feisty Lawyers series. It isn’t specifically a cliffhanger but some of the story line is left open to continue in another book. If you want to get a deeper background on the characters, read book one, although you don’t necessarily have to in order to appreciate this book.

This is not a long book, I finished it in about 2.5 hours. I felt like the story line was a little rushed, but ultimately entertaining. The first couple of chapters were great and I felt like I was actually getting into the characters, but then toward the middle they moved back to more of a superficial connection. Maybe too much speculative dialog? I’m not exactly sure what made the difference.

Overall a decent way to pass some time.

I give Infamy (Feisty Lawyers Book 2) by Seelie Kay, 5 stars.

Harun Ali is told that his brother is seriously ill and asking for him in the middle of the Amazon. He hasn’t seen his brother in a long time and is wary. So he brings his friend and secret agent, Cade, with him. They get there and the dying man tells them something that raises alarms in both these men and all over the states. They uncover a possible terrorist plot. But that is all they know. The agents and lawyers must work to figure out who is behind it and just what is going to happen. Can they do it in time, or will the terrorists win?

This author never fails to amaze me. While there is suspense throughout the book, it starts out more about the couples and their relationships. But then then the suspense turns up a million notches and I cannot put the book down. She pulls me in with the gripping action and I forget everything else until I am done. The characters are so engaging, they feel like they could be your neighbors. At the same time, they are so smart and use any means necessary to keep everyone safe.

This is a romantic suspense that is spectacular. I highly recommend this book and series.
