Gone Country (Cousins Gone #1)Gone Country by Katrina Marie
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Gone Country (Gone in Love) by Katrina Marie is possibly one of the most amazing romance novels that I have ever read. This is my first read by Ms. Katrina Marie but with her amazing plot, terrific characters, and great word building she will quickly find her way to my favorite author list. I was drawn to this novel by the cover and it’s been on my tbr list for a couple of weeks, but I’m so glad I finally got to read this amazing book. Stella is amazing, hard working, and smart but what happens when mr. tall dark and handsome Johnny walks into her life? Johnny is hard working, handsome, and has some issues of his own to deal with, will Stella be able to repair what once was broken? You’ll have to read that funny, intense romance to find out.

The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance (Her Three Immortals Book 3)The Bow: A Fated Mates Greek Myth Paranormal Romance by Hazel Storm
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

THE BOW (HER THREE IMMORTALS Book 3) by HAZEL STORM was an amazing read, however I am thrilled to know that this is not the end of this series by Ms. Storm. If you have not read the previous two installments to Ms. Storm’s series then I highly recommend that you do as book three picks up exactly where book two ended. I personally love this series, and Ms. Storm has definitely earned her way onto my favorite authors list. Her plot for this series is amazing, her characters are wonderful, and this paranormal romance just has everything that a reader could hope for. As with the previous two installments The Bow has action, suspense, magic, mythology, fate, romance and so much more I can’t even list them all. So if you need a great new series then check out the HER THREE IMMORTALS Book by HAZEL STORM, or if your like me and have already read the first two then definitely pick up The Bow right now.

Drew: Book One of the Perfectly Independent Series by Amanda Shelley – Review by Stephanie Nicole

Drew (Perfectly Independent, #1)Drew by Amanda Shelley
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Drew: Book One of the Perfectly Independent Series by Amanda Shelley is a fun, entertaining, and easy college romance read. Not only does Ms. Shelley give us great characters, and a wonderful plot she also gives a real feel for how hard life is with all of the pressures of college. I’m personally a romance novel lover and Ms. Shelley just made it so easy to fall in love with this charming and wonderful piece of work. Her main characters on paper seem to be complete and polar opposites, but doesn’t chemistry teach us that opposites attract? So even though these two are completely different will they attract to one another? You’ll have to read Drew: Book One of the Perfectly Independent Series by Amanda Shelley for yourself to find out.

Slow Burn by A.K. Macbride is an intense and emotional roller coaster ride of a story. This story has everything that an avid romance reader needs, from a brooding man who thinks he doesn’t deserve love, to a girl that proves he does, crazy and intense chemistry, and some funny moments to make the story not to heavy. The characters are amazing, the plot leaves me wanting more, and the authors word building leaves me not being able to wait to read more by this author.

Scarlet Princess (Lochlann Feuds Book 1) by Robin D. Mahle and Elle Madison – Review by Stephanie Nicole

Scarlet Princess (The Lochlann Feuds, #1)Scarlet Princess by Robin D. Mahle
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Scarlet Princess (Lochlann Feuds Book 1) by Robin D. Mahle and Elle Madison is just purely and simply amazing. I loved this book from the very first sentence to the very last word. Rowan is a second generation Lochlann and this book takes place about 20 years after Robin D. Mahle’s and Elle Madison’s book Lochlann Treaty. While you could read the first book it is not a necessity as Ms. Mahle and Ms. Madison gives us a great plot, a fiery, feisty, and full of attitude princess, as well as other fantastic characters. While this is my first reading by these two I am quickly learning that they love to leave their readers with a cliffhanger, and this reader for one can’t wait to see what happens next.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Caine (Men of Syn Book 2) by Anise Storm is the second book of this series and it’s a great dark/romance read. I was first drawn to this book by its cover, it really intrigued me. While this book is dark, there is plenty of romance that at first catches her reader off guard but it made this reader love her story even more. I personally loved everything about this book her plot was fantastic, her word-building was flawless, and her characters were fabulous. While reading her story I found myself enthralled in the story and my opinions of certain characters changed along the way. So if your looking for a great new dark/romance I highly recommend.

Raven Woman's TavernRaven Woman’s Tavern by Laura Koerber
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Raven Woman’s Tavern by Laura Koerber was a great short read and I’m looking forward to more from Ms. Koerber. Raven Woman’s Tavern keeps a very surreal feeling through the book leaving her readers feeling as if they are in a dreamlike state. Ms. Koerber gives us quick glimpses into most of the lives of her character and focuses more on the vivid details of her main characters, the plot, and the town. She weaves all of her characters stories together flawlessly like a spider weaving a delicate web. With just enough drama and suspense that the readers will continue flipping the pages as fast as they can read Ms. Koerber pulls her readers in hook, line, and sinker.

My Soul to Give (A Demon’s Love Book 1) by M. A. Fréchette – Review by Stephanie Nicole

My Soul to Give (A Demon's Love #1)My Soul to Give by Magali A. Fréchette
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

My Soul to Give (A Demon’s Love Book 1) by M. A. Fréchette is a perfect dark, paranormal romance. I was obsessed with the cover of this book as well as the synopsis and just knew that I had to read it and I was not disappointed. With a few religious undertones, romance, suspense, and so much more you’ll be hooked from chapter one and won’t be able to put it down until you’ve finished. This book has so many twists and turns that no reader could possibly guess what’s going to happen next and that just added to this books perfection. All I can really say about this book is wow, the characters are fantastic, the plot is flawless, and the overall story is fantastic. Romancing the TropicsRomancing the Tropics by L.M. Mountford
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Romancing the Tropics (A Tropical Cocktail Romance Boxset) by L.M. Mountford was definitely an interesting romance read for me. While this box set is very short Mr. Mountford knows how to pack the pages with lots of steamy romance. I don’t normally read romances with this much steam, but I found myself incapable of putting Romancing the Tropics (A Tropical Cocktail Romance Boxset) by L.M. Mountford down until I finished it in just a couple of hours. His word building was fantastic and the the short stories flows without flaw.

Return to Alpha by Wesley Britton – Review by Stephanie Nicole

Return to Alpha (Beta-Earth Chronicles #6)Return to Alpha by Wesley Britton
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Return to Alpha by Wesley Britton was a very interesting read for me, while I don’t usually read sci-fi I thought I would give this one a shot. Upon starting the book the story was interesting, and the chapters short enough that I was able to read it relatively quickly. I must admit even thought this is the sixth book in the series, it is the first that I have read but you can read the detailed story as a stand alone. But personally I find myself wanting to read the rest to see how the story got the great place it is in this installment. Mr. Britton puts his great word-building skills to use to give us very vivid details for not wonky his story but also his wonderful characters. So if you love sci-fi then I definitely recommend Return to Alpha as your next weekend read.

Caught by HimCaught by Him by Tammy Mannersly
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Caught by Him by Tammy Mannersly was a fantastic short read. While this book is only seventy pages long Ms. Mannersly really knows how to draw her readers in fast. I was immediately drawn to this book by its blurb and the cover alone but I was hooked after the first few pages. Ms. Mannersly really knows how to hook her romance readers by giving us a dashing male lead, a beautiful and brilliant female lead, and just enough heat to make you continue to flip the pages. I was so enthralled in this short read that I read it in just a little over an hour. So if your looking for a great short romance to read this weekend then I highly recommend Caught by Him by Tammy Mannersly.

Notebook Mysteries ~ Decisions and PossibilitiesNotebook Mysteries ~ Decisions and Possibilities by Kimberly Mullins
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Notebook Mysteries ~ Decisions and Possibilities by Kimberly Mullins caught my attention right away. The synopsis and the cover both pulled my attention the minute I saw them, but once I started the book I was drawn in even faster. Our main character Emma is open and honest, and while she has matters of the heart to settle she doesn’t let that stop her from solving mysteries. This story offers us so much mystery, twists and turns, and drama that you will find yourself not being able to put it down. The plot of this story was written so perfectly that it is the perfect second installment to this series and I look forward to more.

A Divided Mind (The Divided Series Book 1) by M. Billiter – Review by Stephanie Nicole

A Divided MindA Divided Mind by M. Billiter
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

A Divided Mind was a different kind of read for me, knowing some people that suffer from mental illness. But this book is written very wonderfully as you go through a young mans diagnosis and you really see the struggles that his family faces, in trying to help him cope with his diagnosis. While this book isn’t too long it’s 322 pages and 39 chapters it definitely sucks you in from the start. But upon reading this book I definitely will say that you need to read it with an open mind, Ms. Billiter really captures how real and raw mental illness is, and gives us a plot and characters that deliver it and it’s consequences brilliantly.

Written in the StarsWritten in the Stars by Angela Christina Archer
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Written in the Stars is a very heart warming story, but if your not in the right mindset it will make you ball like a baby. There is so much in the book that you will find yourself spiraling through emotions. Ms. Archer had provided us with a wonderful story that is filled with belonging, adoption, family, and so much more. While her characters are amazing, Ms. Archer has a way of writing a plot that pulls her readers right in and makes her share their emotions with her characters. While I have only read a couple of books by Ms. Archer this series is quickly becoming my favorites of her work and I look forward to more. After all it’s not everyday that you find someone that can write such beautiful women’s fiction!

Another Yesterday is the second book in the Seashells and Second Chances series by Angela Christina Archer and I can honestly say that it was a phenomenal addition to this series. While this is the second book in the series it can be read as a stand alone, as each book focuses on different characters. Ms. Archer provides us fantastic characters and a great contemporary romance with second chances, emotions, secrets, betrayal, and so much more. DATING THE INTERN by Natalina Reis is a very fun rom com, with humor, romance, emotion, and more. Ms. Reis really knows how to write her plot in such a beautiful fashion that she hooks her readers from the very beginning. She includes all of our favorite things for a good rom com and gives us just enough drama to keep us on the edge of our seats. Dire’s Club was definitely an interesting read for me, at first glance I was very drawn to this book by its beautiful cover, and it’s intriguing synopsis. But upon delving into the story I was so enamored with the emotions, characters, and the life ending problems that they face. While to some people this book might be depressing, it does have a sense of magic to it with these people fulfilling their last wishes, and the bonds the lay form in between. It really makes one wonder what you would do in their situation, so if your looking for a book full of emotion, and wonderful characters then I highly recommend Dire’s Club.

Ride For Me (The North Shore Crew Book 1) by Vi Summers had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. The entire crew for this series is just fantastic, and her plot really makes you feel for some of the characters. But boy oh boy does this story have it all, it has drama, it has laughter, it definitely has steaminess, and so much more. But most of all there are so many twists and turns to this book that you have no idea what comes next. Ms. Summers definitely hooked her readers with this one and this reader for one can’t wait for the rest of the series.

Dangerous Curves Boxed Set 1: 3 Cozy Christian MysteriesDangerous Curves Boxed Set 1: 3 Cozy Christian Mysteries by K.L. Montgomery
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Dangerous Curves Boxed Set #1 (Dangerous Curves Books 1-3) by K.L. Montgomery Is simply one of the most amazing series that I have ever read. Ms. Montgomery gives us fantastic plot lines, amazing characters, and beautiful scenery. However my personal favorite is the fact that the main heroines are librarians! Everyone expects Sunshine and her friends to be just quiet librarians but once you start book 1 Betrayal at the Beach you will quickly learn that these girls are not your average librarians. Book 1 was so amazing that I finished it in one sitting and couldn’t wait to start book 2 Mystery at the Marina. In book two Ms. Montgomery provides us with yet another cozy mystery with lots of twists and turns, and so many secrets that you won’t be able to wait to see what happens next. Finally after devouring the first two books I got my hands on book three Shooting at the Shore, which is personally my favorite out of all three books. But the question is will Sunshine and her friends be able to figure out the clues in time to solve the mystery, you’ll just have to read this cozy mystery to find out for yourself.
