My rating: 5 of 5 stars

LUKE (DEFAULT DISTRACTION #4) by A. S. Roberts was another great installment to this series. Luke is one of the sweetest men that I have read about in a long time he’s constantly blaming himself for his past mistakes. However if there is one thing we can all agree in it’s that Luke is an amazing father that always puts his little girl first. Bring in Nikki as his daughters nanny and it’s love at first sight. Much like the other DD books this one is full of drama, romance, friendship, and so many twists and turns that you’ll be furiously flipping the pages. But will Luke ever see the bigger picture? Will Luke and Nikki be able to overcome their obstacles and be together? You’ll have to read LUKE (DEFAULT DISTRACTION #4) by A. S. Roberts to find our for yourself.

Ashes of Aldyr (The Obscured Throne Trilogy Book 1) by Russell Archey was just purely amazing. This was my first read by Russell Archey and I was definitely not disappointed. While I have not read Mr. Archery before the cover, blurb, and title all really grabbed my attention. So I picked it up and went off to discover a whole new world where characters are all perfectly written, and while this book has some dark undertones it was a perfect blend of dark and fantasy. This is the first installment of The Obscured Throne Trilogy series and I for one am very happy that it’s a series because I can’t wait to see what happens next.

The Guardian’s Legacy (The Coin of Time series Book 1) by Luciana Cavallaro was a very interesting and short read for me. I was initially drawn to this novella by its cover, the colors were beautiful, and the drawing intricate. But upon reading the first chapter I found myself fascinated with the characters and the story of the 2500 year old magical coin, that is so powerful it must be guarded at all costs. This novella included lots of Greek mythology, fantastic characters, and an amazing plot that will keep the readers reading until the very last word. Wild Desire (The Protectors, #1)Wild Desire by Toya Richardson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wild Desire (The Protectors Series Book 1) by Toya Richardson is one of the best shifter/romance books that I have read in a long time. This great novel has a Alpha male that knows it’s his job to protect his mate and his pack and he knows just how to do it. Meanwhile his mate is not just a meek girl like so many authors portray them but she is fiery and feisty. But between the writers intense writing, incredible details, and just the overall story Ms. Richardson will have you hooked by the end of chapter one. Fast paced full of suspense, drama, and more, trust me when I say that you won’t want to put Wild Desire down once you start it.
