Runaway to the Outback (Welcome to Bunya Junction, Book 2) by Nicole Flockton is even better then Ms. Flockton’s first book in this series. Once again Ms. Flockton gives us great characters, wonderful details, and beautiful scenery. This story is filled with drama, lots of emotion, and another unexpected love story. Pandora comes to Bunya Junction desperately needs a break from her career and Jonas certainly isn’t expecting someone like her to come walking through the door of his pub. What happens when date intervenes and opposites attract? You’ll have to read Runaway to the Outback to find out for yourself.

Home to the Outback was ready truly a great little romance novel. This novel had such great characters, descriptions, and so much detail that you’ll feel like your right in Bunya Junction with all of these fantastic characters. I am personally so glad this is a series because I desperately want more of all the characters and Bunya Junction. After being through so much heartache, pain, and distrust Sindy and Ryan want nothing to do with love, but does fate have different plans? You’ll have to read Home to the Outback by Nicole Flockton to find out for yourself.

The Last Danann (Titanian Chronicles, Book 3) by Victoria Saccenti was really a wonderful addition to this paranormal romance series. I personally had the pleasure of reading these on order and it just made the plot that much more detailed and truly flowed beautifully. After reading it after one sitting I am hoping that Ms. Saccenti isn’t done with all of these wonderful characters and this beautiful plot line because this paranormal romance reader wants more. There is just so much wrapped up on this story that it was impossible to put it down from the dram, the mystery, the romance, the danger and so much more Ms. Saccenti really delivers it all. But if you want to know what happens with Kailen you’ll have to read The Last Danann (Titanian Chronicles, Book 3) by Victoria Saccenti for yourself to find out.

Titanian’s Phoenix: Titanian Chronicles by Victoria Saccenti was an amazing paranormal romance that left this reader wanting more. Full of suspense, drama, action, romance and so much more Ms. Saccenti gives us so many twists and turns that you won’t want to stop reading until you find out what happens. While I love paranormal romance I was initially drawn to this book by its beautiful cover. But the cover was Not the only beautiful thing about this book the characters are simply amazing and Ms. Saccenti has not only an amazing way with words but also a beautiful and eventful plot line. But if you want to know what happens with Soren and Maya you’ll have to read Titanian’s Phoenix: Titanian Chronicles by Victoria Saccenti for yourself.

Ms. Matthews really knows how to draw people in with her amazing characters, her intense plot, and her incredible attention to details. Filled with secrets, truth, and an intense hunt to find the one book that could answer it all. Full of twists and turns, action, and so much more to keep us flipping the pages. I personally couldn’t put it down, but will our beloved characters find what they need before it’s too late? You’ll have to read The Book of Carraig (The Cross of Ciaran Book 2) by Andrea Matthews for yourself to find out.

Stranded (Cetacea Chronicles Book 1) by Feather Chelle was a very intriguing read. I originally picked up this book because the cover is absolutely beautiful and I love all things to do with the ocean. It was great to see such beautiful creators depicted in a fantasy book that is also full of details, and lots of information to not only keep children interested but they also learn a lot of things while reading. I absolutely loved the details and descriptions of the whales and the dolphins, it really brought the creatures to life in my mind. The appendix with all of its information and the pictures were really a nice touch and my daughter loved looking at it with me.

Wrong for Him (The Love Lottery Series Book 3) by Christi Barth is an amazing short romance read. Having read both of the first books in this series I was littler leery to pick up book three but once I got into it I was so glad I did. I personally love the characters in this novel and the fact that they had a close friendship before they become romantically involved just made it that much better. While this story is based on romance you learn about the characters pasts like their childhood drama, what makes them tick, and oh so much more. While I do think that emotions develop a little quickly this book is filled with strong emotions that run deep, a writing style that flows beautifully, and very well developed characters. Ms. Barth really put tons of details into this short story and this reader can’t wait for more.

Weep, Woman, Weep: A Gothic Fairytale about Ancestral Hauntings by Maria DeBlassie was a very interesting read for me. This is a novella in a genre that I wouldn’t normally try but the blurb and the cover art caught my attention and I was hooked when I started the very first chapter. I really loved how she incorporated the old world with the new and the ancestral horror was subtle but effective and definitely kept this reader on the edge of her seat. So if you need a short novella to read this weekend then I highly recommend Weep, Woman, Weep: A Gothic Fairytale about Ancestral Hauntings by Maria DeBlassie.

No Strings Attached by Lara Ward Cosio is one of the best romance stories that I have read this year. Her characters are just utterly amazing Kayla a single mom of a four year old, and Kyle a strong, attractive construction worker are just the tip of the iceberg. All of her supporting characters are amazing as well, and the plot literally speaks for itself with how amazing it is. But can Kayla and Tanner really keep their relationship as “no strings attached”? Or will feelings start to come into play? But more importantly what happens when Kayla’s attractive ex comes back into the picture? You’ll have to read No Strings Attached by Lara Ward Cosio for yourself to find out.

Goddess of Everything: A Blood-Curdling Tale of Truth, Freedom, and Love by Paul DeBlassie III was a very intense and interesting read. While this isn’t normally something I read the blurb and the cover art drew me in and once I started I couldn’t put it down. This story is so full of love, truth, and a struggle for freedom but it is also full of a plot that will keep you on the edge of your seat, and several scenes that will leave you will chills. Mr. DeBlassie III has a way of writing that even when your reading a book that isn’t in your normal genre he’ll find a way to get you hooked and leave you wanting more. The characters in this book for detailed beautifully, and I personally found the plot fascinating. So if your looking for a new read then I recommend Goddess of Everything: A Blood-Curdling Tale of Truth, Freedom, and Love by Paul DeBlassie III.

Forever: A Diamond Doms Novel by Ivy Nelson was an amazing read. Her characters were simply amazing, the plot flowed beautifully, and the steamy scenes were written perfectly. While this is the ending to Ms. Nelson’s series it can be read as a stand alone but reading the others for background context can be helpful. This book was filled with secrets, romance, drama, and oh so much more. While each character has two different sides they enter-twine beautifully and flawlessly. So if your looking for a steamy read this weekend I highly recommend Forever: A Diamond Doms Novel by Ivy Nelson.

Love’s Refrain is one of the most interesting and addicting love stories that I have ever read. Ms. Fletcher gives us incredible characters and an incredible romance that doesn’t just face all of the normal obstacles of life but it transcends death and time. I loved this story so much that I wanted to speed read it, but I forced myself to slow down and really enjoy all of the tony details and the change back in forth from 1947 to present day. Trust me when I say that Love’s Refrain is unlike any other romance you have ever read, and if you need a good romance for this weekend I personally highly recommend.

Saratoga Roan by Bree M. Lewandowski is one of the best romances that I have read in a long time. Ms. Lewandowski’s characters are amazing from the rugged, handsome, over protective cowboy to the seductive, feisty, and demanding cowgirl he loves. It’s been a long time since Rhett has seen Casandra will Cassandra be able to convince him that she’s different then she used to be? Or will Rhett keep his distance and shun her? But what really set this apart for me was the horse ranch, and her use of descriptive details for all of the horses. Personally I love romance stories but throw horses in and that just makes it that much better for me. So if your looking for a great quick weekend read then I highly recommend Saratoga Roan.

Entwined (Stone and Cinder Book 1) by A.L. Morrow was a beautiful retelling of a classic tale with several interesting twists and turns. The characters were very well described and while some things in this retelling are different, but she makes sure to leave enough the same that the reader will definitely know which classic we are retelling. Her scenery descriptions are wonderful, there are a few spicy scenes so I would definitely recommend to an older Group of people, but we are well earned in advance. There are several creatures, princes, a kingdom and so much more that will have you delving into this short novella, and leave you craving more.

Dating the It Guy by Krysten Lindsay Hager was a very interesting read, while a lot of YA stories can take you back to your teenage years, Hager writes in a way that will make you feel every emotion that you felt back then. Her main characters are great, it the real question is will these two love interests have anything in common, you’ll have to read for yourself. This book was filled with so many emotions including angst, romance, joy, growth, and so much more that it really makes you feel those teenage years all over again. But just like any romance there is bad communication, advice from friends, and so much more so will this budding romance last? You’ll have to read Dating the It Guy by Krysten Lindsay Hager to find out.

I have read several of Ms. McKinleys books and they are making her quickly become one of my favorite authors. Her plot lines are always so perfect, her characters are wonderful and very detailed, and she makes sure that no stone is left unturned when it comes to descriptions. Max aka “Matt” is the very definition of mr tall, dark, and handsome. Meanwhile Liliana is a beautiful mafia princess who just wants out. Will Max get her out safely? Will she trust him to protect her and get her away from her horrible father? Or will she find a way out on her own? You’ll have to to read No Way Out (Mafia Elite, book 1) by Amy McKinley for yourself to find out.

Unsettled Scores (DAG Team Series Book 2) by Kel O’Connor was a very interesting spy novel with a main character that puts the likes of Jason Bourne to shame. The spy novel had everything a spy lover needs including a character with amazing spy skills, grief, a rich playboy, revenge and family entanglements, that will all keep you flipping the pages quickly. While
this is book two I personally hope this story isn’t done because I loved Hugh and Amy so much that I want to see their story continue. While I haven’t read any of Ms. O’Connor’s work yet I will definitely be reading more. Her writing flowed so effortlessly, and her plot was so perfect that I couldn’t help enjoying her story. So if your looking for a good book for this weekend I highly recommend Unsettled Scores (DAG Team Series Book 2) by Kel O’Connor.

Code Name: Vulture (The Order of the Condor Series Book 1) by Maya Daniels and Sylvia Black was a very interesting dark vampire romance, with so many elements it made my head spin. The dark romance had a lot going including suspense, action, drama, chemistry, magic, mystery, and of course a bunch of supernatural characters and vibes. There were several times that I had to hold my breath because I couldn’t predict what would happen next. Out of all of the books I have read lately this one was one of the more fast-paced and I definitely enjoyed all of the characters and the attention to details in the plot and the story as a whole.

Going back to Whispering Pines is supposed to be relaxing and calming but when she arrives, she discovers a lot of things that make her cap instincts kick in. Will she have what it takes to use those instincts again or will Jayne read and paint while clearing out her grandparents estate? While I have a list of extensive favorite authors I can honestly say with her intriguing writing and limitless imagination Ms. Burson has definitely made her way to my list with Murder Among Friends.

The Boss Prince (It’s Raining Royals) by Alix Nichols is a great fun romantic comedy. While I have never read a book by Ms. Nichols before I can definitely say that I will be reading more from her in the future. Her story was perfectly developed, with just the right mixture of fun, romance, and just a light touch of paranormal. I actually picked up this book because the cover intrigued me, and I was looking for something light-hearted, and a quick read. Boy was I not disappointed, Ms. Nichols developed not only wonderful characters but a fantastic country that will keep her readers hooked through the whole story.

While the main characters are younger some people would consider this book a younger read, but the plot is very real to even a lot of adults. Her plot is fantastic, her settings are beautiful, and overall Ms. Nyman’s characters are wonderful. I actually read this book after reading it’s sequel and I can honestly say that I love both books equally and am looking forward to more books from Ms. Nyman.

SPOOKED BY A SUSPICION by Risa Nyman really hit home for me. Being a girl that had a lot of family changes Ms. Nyman really got all of the details right on the nose. So many emotions in this book that if you have ever felt any of them it will instantly make you feel drawn to the book, and make it that much more realistic. Her characters are well developed, her word building skills are fantastic, and although this is book two it can be read as a stand-alone. However I will be going back to read book one and you should too.

Forever Valentine is book six in Ms. Vale’s Kirk University Series, but in my personal opinion it is the best. Ms. Vale’s characters are amazing, an amazing plot, and I personally loved the different view points. While this book gives us more of a story about Cassie and Diego but we also meet Diego’s ex wife. Will she cause problems between Cassie and Diego? You’ll have to read Forever Valentine to find out.

The characters are wonderful, the plot intriguing, and the over all story left me looking for my by Ms. Mayfield. The characters are very relatable and help draw the reader in from the very beginning, but much like the main character in this story once your drawn in will you be able to get out? Mr. Ullman’s attention to detail is amazing and gives his story so much authenticity and believability that you’ll almost feel like these are real live events happening right now. So if your looking for a great new crime thriller to read then I highly recommend Stand Your Ground by A. J. Ullman.

The main characters are wonderful, and her word building skills made her plot and overall story line easy to follow. This story was so beautifully woven that I was pulled in from the very beginning and I never wanted it to end, I will definitely be looking for more by Ms. Finn.

A Natural Passion by Tammy Mannersly is probably one of the sweetest contemporary reads that I have read in a long time. Not only did Ms. Mannersly impress me with her characters, word building, and plot but I loved that it was based around turtle conservation. Personally if all of her characters are like the ones in this book then I definitely look forward to reading more from Ms. Mannersly. With an amazing love story, a passion for saving animals and so much more how could you not love this book? So if your looking for a short contemporary romance this weekend I highly recommend A Natural Passion.

Something Lost (Funerals and Weddings Series Book 1) by Bernadette Marie was such a fantastic read, I can’t wait to see what happens next in this series. While I am a huge fan of contemporary romance this has quickly become one of my favorites. Ms. Marie’s characters are fabulous, her plot leaves just enough to the imagination to keep you flipping the pages, and her scenery descriptions are beautiful. Ms. Marie’s writing is so beautiful and flows so effortlessly that I read this book in just a couple of hours. Rachel and Craig loved each other a long time ago when they were kids, but now that their paths cross once again as adults what will happen next? You’ll have to read Something Lost for yourself to find out.

While Ms. O’Flynn as a plot that will keep everybody interested her characters are just simply the best. Poppy and Carson are the most unsuspecting main characters and they are both brilliant. Or only will Ms. O’Flynn keep you guessing with her plot but also Poppy and Carson’s future.
