There is nothing better, in my opinion than a sexy sports romance book. Grant has a not so clean image and Emily is there to help him clean that up…. she will definitely give him a run for his money. The characters are so hot together and the chemistry is off the charts. This was a quick read for me since I could not put it down….This was an amazing addition to the With Me Series!!!! I absolutely loved this book!!!

I have read a couple of books from this author and she continues to blow my mind in her writing. This is the third book of the quick snap novellas. I absolutely love sports romance but this author exceeded all my expectations. This book will get you hooked right from the beginning and you will not stop reading until the end. It only took me a couple of hours to devour this incredible book.

Grant Toolson is the new rookie for a very known team. He absolutely loves football but he also loves the attention. Grant gets into some trouble and they tell him that he needs to clean up his act. He is helping his community when he runs into the beautiful Emily. Grant can’t take his eyes off of her. He finds out that Emily is the mayor’s daughter and she is not who everyone thinks she is. Grant can’t stop falling for her but is she feeling the same way? Will Grant find the one or will it all be for show?

I generally like sports romances so figured I would enjoy this book. But I was unprepared for Grant and Emily – love them!!! Anders does a beautiful job with this story that felt much bigger than the few pages it was packed into. A great story with great characters. I love when I invest and find myself laughing out loud, which most certainly happened several times while reading. A great book and one I will gladly recommend.

This was a quick little book that I really enjoyed. I like that there were some things that surprised me and then even still went a different direction than I expected. I am not much of a football fan and was still able to keep up with the lingo. The characters in this were very well written and surprising to say the least, Tarrah did a great job building this book not only with the main characters but the background people also. I wonder if there is going to be more in a standard novel with some of the shenanigans that were presented in this quaint little story.

Tarrah Anders is one of my go to and fav romance authors. She always has a knack for drawing me in on that very first page until the end when I can barely stand to finish because I don’t want it to end. Rookie Moves is A Quick Snap Novella and reads fairly quickly. While it is a fast paced read the characters involved have quite the slow burn romance that is delectable. I loved Grant and Emily so much, these two compliment each other so well it is hard to not fall in love with them and cheer them on the whole time. We find Grant the rookie football player with a not so good reputation and Emily the good girl and mayor’s daughter. While Emily is supposed to help clean up his image we discover she also has a bit of a rambunctious side and the two seem to have a way of getting into it together. I can’t wait to see what we will get next from Tarrah Anders!

Tarrah Anders’ book was quick and easy to read, I finished it in a day! If you are looking for a quick romance, this is it, you also do not have to read the rest of the series to delve into this book.
While this book initially followed the classic bad boy and good girl romance, Tarrah Anders surprisingly put her own spin on the genre through the character of Emily. Seeing the relationship between Grant and Emily develop and change their own perspectives was great to read.
However, I would have loved for there to be more development in the character background and family aspects. The originality of Tarrah Anders’ story would leave you wanting more.

What a sweet, funny and sexy read. I was pleasantly surprised by how much Tarrah Anders got into only 99 pages. Rookie Moves: A Quick Snap Novella is a great read, especially if your looking for something short and sweet and still has body to the storie. Tarrah has great character development and shows that you don’t always need drama in a romance.
Perfect introduction to a new Author for me.

5 stars!

Sweet and steamy. A really nice short read. I really like Emily, she is prim and proper when she needs to be, and comes out that way to everyone but really she is reckless and adventurous and had me nervous a couple of times afraid she was going to get Grant in trouble since he is always in the spotlight. Grant is a good guy, at first he was obnoxious, going out drinking all the time and getting caught up in multiple scandals, but I love that once he meets Emily he wants to change his ways and become a one woman man as well as a better person. Their relationship is sweet, and Emily’s dad sounds like a real jerk for what he did to them behind their backs, but it all worked out either way. I loved the epilogue and can’t wait to look into more books by this author.

What a sweet romance. A rookie football player gets into some trouble and needs to clean up his image. A volunteer opportunity is suggested, he meets a beautiful woman who is also volunteering. A chance meeting again at a charity dinner gives them more time to get to know each other better!
Sometimes, I’m in a mood for a quick story to read in a couple hours. This definitely hit the spot.

Rookie Moves: A Quick Snap Novella by Tarrah Anders is a short fun sports romance. I would recommend this book to fans of the genre who are in the mood for a quick read. The story follows Grant, a rookie NFL player who is becoming more known for his antics off the field than on it, when Grant bumps into Emily at one of the events he is attending to boost his reputation, neither are aware of who the other is. When their paths cross again, the couple decide to explore their feelings for each other, but other interested parties might get in their way. This is an enjoyable read and the characters are likeable, I would like to read other works by this author.

Rookie Moves by Tarrah Anders a five-star read with all the moves. This was good, I picked it up thinking I would read a chapter or two and then all of a sudden, I realised that it was over. I enjoyed everything about this story, Grant is the epitome of a bad boy, I love how the author had me hating him at the beginning and having him grow on me, he became a great player on the page. Emily was just the icing on a great story, the chemistry she brought alive made the story and brought Grant out. I will be picking up more from this author as I have only read one previously and it was different to this one, I have a good feeling about this author.

5 out of 5 stars

I loved reading the book Rookie Moves: A Quick Snap Novella by Tarrah Anders. It is a romantic novella that I fell in love with from the beginning. I love the characters of Grant Toolson and Emily Masterson. Grant is a rookie that is attracting a lot of attention. What will happen when he attracts the attention of Emily? Emily is the mayor’s daughter. While she knows how she is supposed to act, when she meets Grant, she finds herself showing him the real her. Emily and Grant have intense chemistry together. What does the future hold for them? Read this book to find out. I love how Emily is a young woman who knows what she likes. She is intelligent, strong, determined, and independent. Grant is a young man who has a past however is looking forward to his future in football. I grew to care about both Grant and Emily with each chapter that I read. There are romantic moments included in this story. I also enjoyed the bantering back and forth between Emily and Grant. Don’t miss out on an amazing story that you will not want to put down until you have finished the last page. I highly recommend reading it.

This was a great but quick read as its a novella.
We get to know Grant and Emily quickly and just enough to like them pretty quickly. I loved that they didn’t know who each other were and their status meant nothing to either of them. And even despite some secrets they found out they ignored them and carried on.
Great read highly recommend this series and novella.

4 Stars

This was a quick one sitting read. I truly love this author and have read many of her books. I’m not normally a big fan of any kind of books that revolve around sports which is why I was almost hesitant to pick it up, but then I thought twice about it because..I mean…It’s Tarrah LOL

I’m so glad I gave this a shot. I laughed out loud a few times and really loved the whole concept of this story. Grant and Emily were awesome and I loved the bond that they formed, but is this bond enough to get them through when secrets start to come out?

The only reason I gave this book 4 stars is because I just wanted more, what I got was awesome so no complaints there, I just would have loved it if the book was longer. I love this author’s writing style and I’m in kind of a book slump right now and this was just what I needed to actually feel what I was reading.

Awesome and I Highly Recommend!

This is a short story that is full of sports romance. This is an engaging, fast paced story. I was pulled in right from the beginning. This is a story about Grant who not only is a rookie but also has one of the worst images. What will happen when his team decides he needs to clean up his image? This is where he meets Emily but the problem may be that she is not the prim and proper everyone thinks she is. What will fate have in store for these two? I enjoyed their characters as they were connectable and made the story easy to read. Their chemistry is hot and I found myself hoping they would get together. They are well rounded and supportive. I highly recommend reading their story. I don’t regret picking up this book and neither will you.

Rookie Moves by Tarrah Anders is part of the Quick Snap novellas which takes place in Kristen Proby’s With Me in Seattle series about Will Montgomery’s Football Team.

Grant Toolson is the new rookie that just seems to keep getting into some trouble. When his coaches and team owner makes him do some charity work to clean up his image, he didn’t expect to find a girl. Emily Materson might be the Mayor’s daughter but she has a bit of a wild side hiding under her goodness. They think their meetings are fate but will Emily wild side hurt Grant in the long run?

I loved Grant and Emily, they are great additions to this world and I couldn’t get enough of their story. I love Tarrah’s writing and the fact that she wrote in this series was a bonus.

Rookie Moves: A Quick Snap Novella by Tarrah Anders is part of Kristen Proby’s With Me In Seattle Universe. At only 99 pages it’s a great quick read that I devoured in just over an hour. I have previously read, and enjoyed, other books by Tarrah Anders and I love a sports star romance so was looking forward to reading Rookie Moves. Although it was over too quickly, I really did enjoy this novella.
Grant Toolson is the bad boy rookie at Seattle and needs to get his bad boy behaviour under control. While attending events to give him a better profile he meets the Mayors daughter, Emily Masterson. Let’s just say that Emily is not the prim and proper girl that she has to portray herself as. Will she lead Grant into even more trouble?
I loved the camaraderie between Grant and Emily. I loved reading the escapades that the two of them got up to and there was usually some danger involved.
Even in such a short book, the path to true love never runs smooth and Grant and Emily find out some disturbing news which could being their budding relationship to a quick end. Will their feelings for each other be enough to keep them together? Have a read and find out. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Rookie Moves (Quick Snap) by Tarrah Anders is a very entertaining sports romance- with all the right moves and plays to keep me flipping the pages to find out how everything turns out in the end.
Grant Toolson is a Rookie for the SPFT, he’s supposed to keep his head in the game- but he’s been gaining a lot of attention for all the wrong reasons. Now he needs to clean up his act- or he’ll be forced off the team. He’s definitely got a lot of work to do. What happens next makes for a great read!
This story is part of Kristen Proby’s ‘With Me In Seattle’ universe. After reading this I am intrigued enough to want to explore the other books in that universe, too.
Rookie Moves is a really quick and easy read of under 100pages- a story you can easily read in one sitting, during a lunch break, or just before bed.
I always enjoy Ms. Anders stories and this book was no exception. I can’t wait to see what she does next.

Thank you, Ms. Anders!

Rookies are supposed to be nobody’s. They aren’t supposed to play much. They aren’t supposed to attract attention. They definitely aren’t supposed to be getting in trouble. But when Grant Toolson joins the famed Seattle Professional Football team, he’s already made a name for himself, on the field and off.

When the team decides he needs to clean up his more than a little rough-around-the-edges image, in steps Emily Masterson, the prim and proper daughter of Seattle’s Mayor with a planned meeting.

Only, she’s not as prim and proper as everyone thinks. Not with Grant and not when it comes to what she wants.

Is his image cleaned up and does the relationship work out after hearing hushed conversations?

Well, that remains to be seen…

I have been writing since before I can remember.  Writing has always been a passion, that was kept it under wraps, stayed on the back-burner and never vocalized or followed through with my desire to be a writer, until I read a horrible book and thought: ‘I could do better than that!’

I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but living in beautiful San Diego with my little family while working during the day as a social worker working with the homeless.

My writing style is that I try to write realistic characters and situations. I want my books to be relatable and not to create too many eye rolls.

Thematically, the novels are friends to lovers, random hook-ups and office romances mixed with a whole lot of fun in the middle.

TappedTapped by Tarrah Anders
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Tapped by Tarrah Anders is definitely a 5 star read for me. I have read a few books by this author and have loved all of them.

Janae is about to get the shock of her life one night while she is working. Kai….her Kai from
10 years ago is standing in front of her. As soon as they see each other, the feelings are brought back.

Lao has never forgotten Janae. He has always measured people up to her and no one ever came
close. He was traveling on tour as a back up dancer but now he wants to find a place to stay in. He’s tired of different hotel rooms and sleeping on tour busses. He never thought when he applied for this job, he was going to find the one woman who owned his heart.

Kai and Janae start off as friends again but, Kai knew from the beginning, he wanted more. It took a lot of convincing but, Janae finally gave him a shot. Kai started as a rookie but quickly turned into one of the best erotic dancers at the club. Janae never watches the shows but now she finds herself watching him every time he comes out.

When one is Kai’s best friends come to visit, Janae finds herself in a crazy situation.

This was a great book and had lots of heat. I loved how Kai and Janae were able to have a second chance in life. I also loved the ending. AMAZING!!!

Tapped (The Night Moves Book 3) By Tarrah Anders. This story is one you can read completely as a standalone without any confusion but you’ll want to read them all anyway since they are all great. From page one I knew I wasn’t getting any sleep until I finished Janae and Kai’s story. The characters are complex and relatable with such a hot and sweet story to tell. The author does a wonderful job of of creating a story you just crawl inside and never want to leave. The chemistry between the characters if off the charts and it was fun watching them interact with one another. If you love a great second chances kind of book this ones for you. I’m giving this book a five star review and highly recommend it.

Tapped is a beautiful story of second chances by Tarrah Anders. It is not the first book I have read by the writer so I knew I would be treating myself to a great read when I picked up a copy of Tapped. Tapped is the third book in the Night Moves series but it can be read as a standalone!
Tapped is a story of Janae and Kai who were sweethearts in high school and now, eleven years later Kai suddenly turns up as Janae’s new co-worker at the club she is working at … you can imagine what happens next as both of them have lived their lives during the years in between … Their chemistry is a killer, the banter is off rocker and the sizzle factor of the sensual dancing …. Vow! I loved how the writer gave us a story with no judgement and your typical stereotypes that one associates with the industry that these two represent …
The writer introduced a very intriguing character in Tapped that I hope will get his own story! I can see another great read in our future!
