Night Justice (A Chicago Vigilantes Novel Book 1) by India Kells. I love India Kells and this book was no different. I started reading thinking I would read a few chapters and go to sleep, think again, I stayed up until 2am and the book was finished! Its soo good. Its the story of Orla Karlsen a Chicago Reporter who has found out about a new drug that is about to take their city by storm and not in a good way. She decides to go underground to investigate and meets a Vigilante who is trying to fight to protect the city whatever it takes. Meaning if its illegal they will still do it to save the right people. He is working to take down the people trying to bring this drug into the city and he’s following her to see if she can help him. Once they meet they decide to work together and during that time there is an electricity between them. Once they give in to it they can’t stay away from each other. Orla develops feelings for the Vigilante and she is trying to find out who he is. Will she decide to trust her heart or play it safe. Will the Vigilante stop the people bringing the drug in or will he die trying? The Vigilante and Orla’s chemistry is off the charts and I’m rooting for them to make it. Can’t wait for the next book!

Its about Zariya Chanji who is convinced her father was murdered and she will stop at nothing to find the truth of what really happened. Zariya is half human, half naga which is a snake creature hybird and her world has fallen apart since her father’s death. During her investigation she draws the attention of some very bad people including a very powerful Vampire. She is going to do what it takes to find the truth even if it means making some very powerful enemies involved in the MASC ( Mythical Alliance of Supernatural Creatures). This story is so fast paced and it will keep you ripping thru the pages. It has so many amazing characters and the story is well written it will knock you off your feet. Be prepared to finish this book once you start because you are not going to want to put it down.

Turn up the Tempo (Lyrical Odyssey Rock Star Series Book 4) by Charli B Rose. I loved this book! Its a contemporary romance about Brittany who doesn’t do relationships. She has been so hurt in the past that she just does one night stands. No feelings, no attachments, no emotions. Brooks is a rock star that doesn’t have time for relationships so he doesn’t do anything but hookups. So when Brooks and Brittany meet at a party they go into a one night stand with it being just that, one night. When they see each other at a wedding months later they realize they can’t get the other out of their minds. Was it more than just a hook up? The chemistry between the two is HOT and they fight it with all they have. Miscommunication and emotions lead to tears and fighting the chemistry between them leave them frustrated. Finding Leda; the Science of Happiness (Italian College Novel 1, The Italian Saga) by Gaia B Amman. I love this series and each book gets better than the next. This is the continuing story of Leda Balni who is in college studying Engineering and trying to navigate the world of boys, books and friends. Throw love in there and she’s got her hands full. Sergio has captured her heart and she doesn’t like it because she doesn’t have time for that nonsense. She wants to focus on Engineering, volleyball and a band. Sergio has taken over her brain and she doesn’t know what to do with it. Is love really necessary? I have loved getting to know Leda and her friends and all the fun they have. These books will make you laugh, cry and get angry. I recommend reading the first books to know what is going on but you can read this as a standalone. I can’t wait for the next book!

How ( Stalker Series Book 3) by Megan Mitcham. This is the 3rd book in this series and I recommend reading the 1st two to get the characters back stories. This one is about FBI Agent Libby Irish who has had to work twice as hard to get where she is because she is a woman. Now she is becoming the laughing stock of the guys because she now has a stalker/fan that sends out a not so flattering picture of her. She had just won one of her biggest cases but now the win of that may be lost to this scandal. While this stalker is getting bolder her weird/hot neighbor is her first suspect but when things get really dangerous he offers to help her. She is beginning to see a whole new side to Jake and she likes what she is seeing. Things in her apartment seem to be moved around and she is getting scared that her stalker is going to do something permanent. Will Jake help her in time to find out who the stalker is? Will Libby continue to make strides in her career or will the stalker put an end to it? Read Who to find out!

HIT AND RUN by Diane Hester. All I can say is WOW! I loved this book. I lost a night of sleep over it but it was sooo worth it! Its the story of Rainia Wilkins who is driving alone on a fall night in Maine when a man jumps in front of her car. She hits him and then he climbs into her car and forces her at gunpoint to drive to the airport. Before Rainia can even wrap her mind around what his happening he jumps back out of the car and runs into the woods again. What she doesn’t know is he left something very important in her car, something that he and others are willing to kill for. Thinking she will never see Alec Demarco again she goes on with her life but when he pops back up wanting what he left her life is turned upside down. Along with Alec and a a runaway teen she is forced to trust people she doesn’t know that she should and do things she wonders if she will get killed for. Not knowing who she can trust including the police Rainia is in for the fight of her life. This book is so amazing and I will jump at the chance to read another Diane Hester book!

Fighting in horrible conditions in the desert she is learning of some people who may help her and her friends. But are they too late? Will they be able to win the war waged or will the be too late?

This is a great debut novel and I can’t wait for the next one. This is the story of Nathaniel James Jr or Nathan and Bryer Reid. Nathan is a playboy and leads a solitary life because of a deep dark family secret. Bryer has been betrayed in the past so she’s not sure she can ever trust again but she is so attracted to Nathan. Sparks literally fly! They are so enticed by one another and they are so scared to feel anything but the chemistry is too intense. Will they be able to have a relationship regardless of their pasts or will the mystery and lies tear them apart? This book will keep you on the edge of your seats and once you begin reading it you won’t want to stop.

Dealing with her partners death guilt eats at Lilandra but she knows she has to do what she can. Werewolf Donovan begins to bargain with her telling her for the head of the organization he can bring her partner back to life. All she has to do is bring the Seal to his lady as opposed to her coven. What will Lilandra chose? Will she chose to try to bring her partner back to life and forget rescuing the Seal or will she do what is right for her coven?

As chaos takes over her life is unraveling at remarkable speeds and the Fae world is ready and willing to claim her but can she trust them? If she isn’t careful she will lose everything that is dear to her. Will she find the path she needs to be on before she completely loses her way. Will Bran return to her? Josh experiences what she went thru because of their telepathic bond. Will Josh be able to reach Manuela before death takes them both? This book will keep you on the edge of your seat trying to find out what happens. It can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading from the beginning of the series.

Throwback by Zeia Jameson. I love Zeia Jameson so when I saw this book I immediately knew I was reading it but I didn’t know it would suck me in and not let up until it was over. I had a book hangover after this one! Its the story of Livy who thinks she has found her prince charming in Jeremy. They have friendship, passion, love & marriage. This story shows you the true colors of a relationship. The good, bad and ugly especially after the honeymoon phase is over and you are in the real parts of life. Livy has trust issues and that causes some problems but for the most part they are happy until they are not. Their perfect relationship starts to unravel and they are both devastated. Will they be able to get back the love they once had? This book will make you laugh, cry and get a little hot under the collar! Do yourself a favor and read Throwback!

The first Every Last Thought is about 16 year old Tess Davis who suffers from schizophrenia that is triggered by her twin brothers death. When she meets a boy at school named Ed he gives her a new lease on life. She and Ed are best friends and all is great until she start falling in love with him. When Ed gets a girlfriend Tess is shattered. She starts to spiral out of control again adding cocaine to the mix and she doesn’t know if she will ever recover. The second story is about 18 year old Evelyn Baxter who seems to have it all. Popular, rich, tons of friends, beautiful and great boyfriend but when she applies to the University of Cambridge to study law and another girl in her year get in and not her Evelyn’s true colors come out. Murder, lies and ugliness ensue as the real Evelyn is revealed. These stories are so good and will keep you in the edge of your seat!

Enemies of Doves by Shanessa Gluhm. This book was WOW! I started it thinking I will read a few chapters but let me tell you it sucked me in and I didn’t stop reading until I was finished. Its a mystery spanning years and it keeps you guessing til the very end. Its starts with brothers Joel and Clancy Fitchett in 1932 in East Texas. Joel enter a diner badly beaten with his brother who is unconscious barely breathing beaten within an inch of his life. The brothers claim to not remember anything that happened but what happened is so etched in their minds it will forever haunt them. In 1991 Garrison Start is in College and has always heard rumors of his grandfather who disappeared in 1964. Rumor is Clancy Fitchett is his grandfather so he travels to East Texas to find out if he can find any other family. What he finds is a mess. A web of lies is discovered that goes back 60 years involving his grandfather and the woman both he and his brother loved. Read this amazing mystery. You will be kept on the edge of your seat!

Holding Out for You by Anna Paige. This book is amazing. Once I picked it up I could not put it down! Its the story of Blair who has a brother named Becker and they are super close! While growing up Becker’s best friend Ashton was always around but he and Blair hated each other. They have all graduated and gone off to college and come back home as young adults. As Blair and Ashton are around each other as adults things have changed. They are looking at each other in a totally different light! Maybe they need to look at their relationship again and see what happens. Ashton had always had a crush on Blair but couldn’t act on it because of Becker but now they are adults and things are different. This story is amazing. I loved the brother/sister bond was awesome and the romance was hot!

Her friendship with Jake is falling apart and Dr Dangerous is not who she thinks he is. People are starting to put themselves in danger and she doesn’t know what to do. She is trying to find the truth but keeps getting shut down. She has joined the gold team and the producers even are warming up to her and Captain Fantastic still believes in her. She is determined not to give up but is afraid she is going to get in real trouble if she doesn’t watch it. Read Bargaining to find out what happens.

This is the story of Eli who is the VP for the Satan’s Devils MC and he’s been married to his long time love and they are expecting a baby soon. Eli has the perfect life, or so it seems so why is he unhappy and wanting more? Why does he think he’s missing out on something in life that there is more out there? Liv is doing everything she can to support and trust him but she is also pregnant trying to take care of herself and with Eli shutting her out its so hard. I could relate to the story sooo much because after being married for 24 years you can relate with Eli but you also feel for Liv. Georgia Pine is the 3rd book in the series and its the story of Jessica Kaufman who has recently just divorced her Real Estate Mogul husband and she’s left with their 4 daughters to raise alone. When she meets Tim McGill her new gardener she is interested. Tim is running from his celebrated career on the West Coast so becoming a gardener half way across the country is a good place to start. He becomes totally taken with Jess and her girls. Will they be able to get past all their baggage and makes this relationship work?
These books can all be read as standalone’s but they are all so good you should read them all!

Descendants of Time and Death (The Gods’ Scion) by Winnifred Tataw. This is the 2nd book in The God’s Scion series. Its the continuing story of the Royal brothers Rayden & Roderick. After a year of being under siege by the Demon King, Ryton who has reigned terror and betrayal upon them all has finally stopped. This leaves Roderick to face the tyranny he left behind but thankfully his brother Rayden is along to help him. Lady Death has found the 23 year old prince to aid her in stopping the war. With the help of Rayden he may be able to pull it off. They are set out on a journey of intrique, betrayal, broken promises and worse death. Racing against time its going to be a miracle if the can stop the war. This book is full of twists, turns, secrets and grab you by the seat of your pants moments. Do yourself a favor and read this book!

Book 4 is Badge Bunny and its about Chris & Brynne who are such fun characters. Brynne is a Doctor but she seems to always fall for the wrong guy, especially guys with badges! She even has the nickname “Badge Bunny” which she hates but knows she has probably earned. Once she meets Chris who is a State Trooper at a wedding who has had a thing for Brynne since the first time they met. Will she be able to loose her nickname this time? In thefifth book Wedding War the kids of rival families are trying to save their mutual Wedding businesses. Jason Friday’s business has kept Grooms in style for 40 years and Hannah Robinson’s family has done the same for brides for 30 years. Can they manage to work together after this squabble so many years ago? Book 6 is Stage Mom and its about Larissa Emerson who is a strong willed single mom trying to fight for her special needs daughter. High Fae Academy – Year One: Fae Paranormal Romance by Kaylin Peyerk. This is a great book about a young girl living her life happily never having any interest in attending High Fae Academy for Gifted Supernaturals but couldn’t avoid it in the end. There she found 5 hot Fae males who wanted her bad but she had to choose just one. Being that she can control all the elements and each one attracts her to a different guy its going to be difficult. Add to it she is destined to end the war between light and dark her plate is very full. This prophecy that says she is to end the war is just that a prophecy but it is controlling her life and dragging her into some messy situations. On top of all this she has to keep her grade point up so no pressure really! Will she find the male she’s supposed to be with, will she create peace instead of war and will she keep her grade point up? Read this book to find out!

All The Wrong Reasons (Serendipity Falls Novel Book 1) by Erin Bevan. This is such a good book. Its the story of Christian School teacher Alexandra ( Alex) Mills and self made businessman Max Buchanan who have been friends since they were 7 years old. Max was poor and his parents dumped him at the fire station when he was a baby. He was adopted by a nice couple but the dad soon ran off leaving him with his mom. His mom has since died but Alex and Max remain the best of friends and have each others backs at all cost. Max is somewhat of a playboy and Alex is a good girl but when Alex makes a mistake and Max offers to fix it for her will she realize she really loves him or will she let her head mess it all up? Max has always wanted Alex but he never thought he was good enough now he is trying to prove to her he will do whatever it takes to have her! Sweet steamy romance!

Anger (Hero High Book 2) by Mina Chara. This is the 2nd entertaining book in the Hero High series. Its the story of a girl with super powers and she has been a part of the Hero Channel’s most famous show Hero High. She meets 2 important heroes in this episode, the Figure of the Flames and Dr Dangerous. She is also dealing with anxiety on how to fit in to the school just like a normal teenager. She is trying to avoid the cameras that film her 24/7 so that she can investigate some bad guys. Her persona hero, Captain America wants to take her under her wing but his mentee Ashley is not having it. She doesn’t trust Hero High in fact she doesn’t know who to trust or not to trust. This book will keep you turning the pages until the very end. Its a fantastic book!

Denial (Hero High Book 1) by Mina Chara. This is a fun coming of age fantasy book. Its the story of a 17 year old girl who has powers and as soon as her dad found out he sends her to Hero High, one of the most famous schools for powered people. She has to live at Super Structure and let cameras follow her every move. The school tells her what to wear, what kind of personality to have, who to hang out with and who to fake a romance with. That is a lot to deal with but they are compensated by being paid. This book will keep you on the edge of your seat and you will feel like you are right there with the kids!
