My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Out Bad (Sinners or Saints Book 1) by Janice M. Whiteaker. This is the first book in the Sinners and Saints Series but its a lot like her Lost Boys Series and I LOVED that one. Its the story of Joe a ex high ranking biker gang member who has lots of bad stuff in his past. He left the biker gang and never looked back but not without burning some bridges along the way. He has guilt by the ton for things he’s done in his past but when he meets Gwen he knows no matter what he has to have her. Gwen is a sassy, hardworking some would say workaholic, beautiful woman who knows better than to get involved with a guy like Joe. Her sister Gabby just happens to be Joe’s best friend Heath’s wife and Gabby does her best to convince Gwen not to date Joe. Gwen finally has to tell her sister that she’s a big girl and she can take care of herself even though she’s not convinced. She doesn’t have the time for a relationship especially with someone with as much baggage as Joe. Joe’s also got some bad guys out to get him for leaving the club and the only way they know they can hurt him the most is thru Gwen. Will Joe and Gwen survive the Gangs attempt to make Joe pay? Read Out Bad to find out!

The Flood by Meghan O’Flynn – Review by Tausha Treadway

The FloodThe Flood by Meghan O’Flynn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Flood by Meghan O’Flynn. Let me start by saying Meghan O’Flynn is one of my very favorite authors. This book just goes right in there with her other amazing reads. Once you start this you can’t put it down because you have to know what happens next. Its Louisiana and an unprecedented storm is occurring. Victoria Larson and her husband Chad are sitting on the roof of their home watching their beloved city turn into a lake with another massive storm heading their way. They’ve had no food or water for 3 days and don’t see any way in site of getting any until Wendy shows up in a boat and whisks them away to a water proof bunker. Once they get there Victoria goes on high alert because there is a lock on the outside of the door and the food boxes are empty. What is going on? How are all these people going to survive if there is no food. She’s also getting the weird vibe that everyone knows Wendy from before the flood. Are they all in a big plot together against her or is her mind just going crazy from lack of nutrition. This book poses the all important questions “what lengths would you go to in order to survive?” This book is a emotional roller coaster and I honestly didn’t know what was going to happen from one chapter to the next. Its a great book!

Truck StoppedTruck Stopped by Manda Mellett
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Truck Stopped (Satan’s Devils MC #11) by Manda Mellett. This book was AMAZING! I have loved every book in this series and didn’t want to read this one knowing the end was near but once I picked it up I couldn’t put it down. Its the story of Truck who has left the club to never return, broken, burned, injured physically and mentally. Enter Allie who we have read about in most of the books as the lose woman every guy in the club has been with. We’ve loved to hate her now we see a different side. She’s sent to try to get Truck back in the club. It’s not an easy task. Truck is at the very lowest point of his life even having thoughts of ending it all but Allie makes herself his friend. Is she encouraging him for herself or the club or really for him? Can he be with someone who has been with all his buddies intimately? Allie loves sex and makes no bones about it but she’s always had a soft spot for Truck and she’s afraid if she can’t reach him it may be the end of the road for him! I encourage you all to buy this series and don’t mess around buying one or two buy them all right now and read them from the beginning. You will LOVE them!

He calls her the Lady from the Lake but her name is Josie Baird who is running from her own past. Her abusive ex husband has black mailed her into paying all his bills before he would give her a divorce so she’s flat broke and starting from scratch as well. Proper Impulse (Jaded Lily Book 4) by Zeia Jameson – Review by Tausha Treadway

Proper ImpulseProper Impulse by Zeia Jameson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Proper Impulse (Jaded Lily Book 4) by Zeia Jameson. This is the 4th book in the series and I LOVED it. Its the story of Milo Cipriani who is a Police Officer and does everything by the book. There is no gray area where he is concerned. Enter Juniper Jensen also likes to help people but that doesn’t always entail doing everything by the book. Her world is full of gray area! At the beginning they clash like cats and dogs but as Milo eases up sparks fly. With Milo being uptight and by the book and Juniper being so sweet and wearing her heart on her sleeve it causes them to bash heads for a while but will they push that all aside to realize they are meant to be together? I laughed out loud in this book. I Loved it. These books can be read separately but I think you would enjoy them if you read them in order. Can’t wait for the next book from Ms. Jameson.
