Martimus (Feisty Lawyers Book 5) by Seelie Kay – Review by Erica Fish

Martimus (Feisty Lawyers Book 5)Martimus by Seelie Kay
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have never gone wrong when I pick up a Seelie Kay book. The way she sets up her characters gives me the feeling that I am right there seeing it through that characters point-of-view. She breathes life into her characters that makes reading her books enjoyable. Her vast descriptive writing skills brings the story to you. I felt like I was right there with Cate the entire time. In Martimus, Cate needs to follow the path of her client’s daughter to find where she has gone. Cate doesn’t think that it will be a problem but her lover, Warren Hazelton has a problem with it. Will Cate find the VP’s daughter? What will Warren do to protect Cate? I highly recommend this story to find out the answers to these questions and more.
