Accountability (Scope of Practice Book 3) by Jessica Aiken-Hall – Review by Kerry Carr
Accountability by Jessica Aiken-Hall
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
This is book 3 in the Scope of Practice series and its just as good as the first two.
It carries on with the story of Val and the ladies from her trauma group.
Now Val is married to Tim and she has her son Gabe in her life with her group of friends her life seems perfect. Until one early morning phone call changes all that and turns her world upside down.
Now feeling strong enough she also decides it is now time to hold Dr Chad Ross accountable for his actions against her and feels with her support network she has the strength to now do that.
However when her support network starts to get smaller will Val stick with the original plan to get justice the normal and right way or will she be tempted to take matters into her own hands.
The book is a very emotional story which deals with historical abuse and dealing with grief. It is really well written and the action will keep you gripped all the way through.
