The Vigilante Sloane Friday. She was a cop, but has turned vigilante. Her goal is to stop the Phantom, a drug that is killing people nightly. Sloane must get help from the one man she should stay clear of. Former marine Luke Radcliffe is out in the night when Sloane approaches him for help. While he hoped to never get involved with violence, he is in the throes of danger. The biggest being Sloane Friday. Now he, Sloane and the other vigilantes are deep underground. To stop the Phantom from reaching the streets.

India Kells has written this heart stopping roller coaster. At which she did a great job keeping me on the edge of my seat. She will clean you of all the feels and some you had no idea you had. The events in this story will make you wonder if this was real or just make believe. I love the 2 Main characters in this story. You can’t help falling in love with Sloane and Luke. Well Done India Kells! Well done.
