My rating: 4 of 5 stars

8 Second Ride by Shannon Nemechek is a very quick and easy western romance. It is a story you can easily finish in your lunch break, or before bed.
Dakota “Tuck” McGraw has been working at the Four Leaf Ranch as a way to get to the Nationals- what he didn’t need and wasn’t in the job description was babysitting the ranch owners spoiled daughter. But ever since Tuck was a little boy, he had dreamed of following in his father’s footsteps, first as an Army Ranger, and now, working his way towards winning a buckle at the National Rodeo Championships. He is determined to do whatever it takes, even if it means putting up with the demanding spoiled princess. So, what happens when he ends up with miss high and mighty tagging along on his trip to Vegas to attend the National’s? Well, buckle up because the sparks are about to fly fly.

Thank you, Shannon Nemechek!
