Rebecca Remains (Shadow of a Doubt, #1)Rebecca Remains by Jessica Aiken-Hall
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book is a quaint story with a shroud of mystery. It will have you thinking there is trouble lurking around every corner.

Tessa and Emily lost their parents when they were nothing but teenagers. Moving in with their Gram was the only thing that made that time bearable. As Emily was the older of the two, she remembers a lot more about that time than Tessa. Tessa has repressed the memories and forgotten many memories from her past.

Tessa is married to Keith, and she thinks her life can’t be better. That is until she starts having nightmares which lead to the discovery of Keith’s missing first wide. Emily helps Tessa undercover the truth along with a hidden talent that Tessa didn’t know she had. Tessa’s in danger and that danger seems to lurk around every corner. Can they solve the mystery of Keith’s missing wife? Will anything good come from this tragic story?
