Houses of Deception (The Madeline Dawkins Mystery Series Book 6) by Cynthia Hamilton. This is the 6th book in the Madeline Dawkins Series and can be read as a standalone but is much better if you read them in order. Its the continuing story of the MDPI team who consists of Mike and Madeline Delaney. After they attend a party given by Tara & Troy Richardson they get a call the next morning that Tara is missing. They have been given the message that if the police are called they will kill Tara so they hire Mike and Madeline. At the same time they have another missing person case come up and they are trying to give them both equal attention. Will they be able to find the victims before its too late?
