The Forsaken: WraithThe Forsaken: Wraith by Martin Ferguson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I am a lover of all fantasy and sci-fi. And I have to say that I have fallen in love with this book and cannot wait to read more of the series.

Alena Athscar loses everything: family…home – everything that has grown to love in her world. She is then raised and trained in the Guild of Thieves and Assassins. Once she has completed her training, she needs to complete a trial which will then allow her to be a full member of the Guild. She will then be given her first task or assignment.

I love how the author, Martin Ferguson, enticed me into this world of mystical characters. I love reading the development of the character of Alena. There are parts of the character’s history that I want to know more about and I just know that it will be in the next books of the series. I cannot wait to read those!
