Stand Your Ground
I enjoyed this book. Cady has a lot to lose in this race against time and crime itself in this murder mystery/thriller. There is suspense with some typical triggers of things such as BLM movement and Cady has to stand her ground and try to fight against her status being stripped from her. The question is will she be able to? Is this typical white privilege? Is this even about white privilege or is there more to the story going on and can she hold her own against the world?
