Something About Aimee (Girls from the Street Book 1) by S.E. Smith – Review by Candice Estes

Something About Aimee (Girls from the Street Book 1)Something About Aimee by S.E. Smith
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Aimee is a street smart woman who is a courier for deliveries in New York City when she happens across an assassination attempt on the life of a Sheik Qadir Saif-Ad-Din from a Middle Eastern country. In her effort to thwart the assassination, she manages to put herself on the radar of some very unsavory characters. While saving Qadir, she also draws his attention and there is an instant connection between them. Aimee lives in an abandoned warehouse because her life hasn’t quite been what you’d hope for, and the Sheik has been raised in the lap of luxury, and is finally seeing the life that is lived by those with way less means. When Qadir’s life is put in danger, Aimee must put everything on the line to save him again, and hopefully find her happily ever after.
