The Girl Who EscapedThe Girl Who Escaped by Mark Nolan
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book lays out a tragic experience for a young girl which is part of a much larger, and mind blowing, ring of illegal activity. While the story is definitely far from an average experience, it gets the mind reeling for a fan of crime stories and books. The author does a great job with character development, even for the secondary characters, which leaves the reader further invested in the book. It was a slow read for me initially, not due to the storyline so much as life being busy, but as I read further along, I found myself making time to finish the book. I would have liked a few additional twists, but overall this was a good read and worth my time.
