Cruel Start was such a tease!! Like all of the Hidden Valley Academy books, it hooks its claws into you and doesn’t let go. This installment focuses on Phoenix, who we know from the previous books, and Aspen. Aspen is new to town but has already woven her way into the Elite. Both are about to live their worst nightmare; something they both experienced and planned to avoid like the plague. Anxiously awaiting reading Cruel Hate to see how this all plays out.
