When her mom falls apart, Claire shelters their little family and takes on more responsibility than any 17-year-old should have to. She gives up her summer to care for her baby brother. She feels like all of her hopes and dreams are going down the drain as she realizes how deep her mother’s betrayal goes. Her protective side leads her to find the inner strength she didn’t know she had. There are secrets to learn and a new future to explore.
