Summer was escaping a stalker ex while trying to refind her place in the world. Teddy was recently out of the military, needing time to recover after a really bad tour. Each returning to the only place they felt safe enough to start to heal, Mickey’s. Mickey’s was Summer’s grandfather’s bar until he recently sold out to Teddy, unknowingly stealing Summer’s dream. Now they are back in town, together, for the first time in about a decade.
