“Kris & The Pirates: The Adventures of Kris” by Art Blegen is a thrilling and action-packed story that will keep readers on the edge of their seats. The story follows Kris, who sets out for a fun day at the beach but ends up on an unexpected adventure filled with pirates, danger, and excitement.

I was immediately drawn into the story by the vivid description of the island and the suspenseful encounter with the pirates.
