Laramee’s life was torn apart, so she ran, until she was forced to come back home to decide her family’s ranch fate. Jamie has spent most of his life trying to redeem himself from past mistakes. Their lives collide and are changed forever. This book is a beautiful rocky romance and shows the courage these two must face their past issues head on in the company of someone they barely know. When neither of them can admit their short time was as impactful as it was, it breaks the readers’ heart to see them part ways. The chapters are engaging and evolve the story quickly.
