At Last is the first book in the Adams Brothers series and debut novel by Mindy McKinley. This is a well-written sexy and steamy co-worker romance, with just enough drama and angst to keep things interesting.
Lola is a great teacher, but lacks confidence and so tends to keep a low profile. Dom is a history teacher working at the same school, who has a bit of a player reputation. They have had little to do with each other until he sees Lola sing at a local Jazz club. Then things take an interesting turn.
A fun read. Looking forward to more from Mindy McKinley in the future.
