This is an author that I have enjoyed reading from the first book. I enjoy their writing skills as well as the attention to details that make their stories fast paced and hard to put down. This is the sixth book in this series which is just as great as the previous books. I highly suggest reading the previous books as they are just as great as this one. Scala is back in another mystery. This time he finds himself in the criminal underworld. With another tragedy, will Scala’s instincts prove to be right? I enjoyed how he pulled me into the story from the start. He is a connectable character that adds to the story. He is my favorite and I look forward to seeing what is next for him. This is an engaging story you don’t want to miss. I highly recommend this book.
