This was a great informative read into the reasons why we procrastinate and how we can make changes that will make us more productive with our time and lives.
I am bad when it comes to procrastinating and it interesting to read that by doing that it puts me in a disempowered state which I was never aware of before. This book allowed me to look into the reasons why I procrastinate and lose focus and I was very surprised.
The hints and tips to overcome this was amazing and after implementing some I can feel my attitude and focus improving.

I would really recommend this for people who want to get a handle on procrastinating and want to find a way to improve their focus on all tasks and areas in their life.

It was very informative but written in a way that everyone could understand and digest the information.
